2.Abscopal effect in tumor treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):826-828
Abscopal effect is for tumor therapy and control of tumor metastasis.it will produce consider-able eignifieance in clinical tumor therapy. The exactly mechanisms of this effect have not been recognized com-pletely so far,and researchers find this effect is associatod with immune system response, espeeiaHy the cell-me-diated immunity. The response of abscopal effect can activate antitumor immunologic response in vivo possibly through antigen releasing and presentation, activation of T cell and natural killer cell, the role of cytokine,in-flammatory reaction, apoptosis, and etc.
3.Clinical research of maintenance therapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(9):585-588
The first-line chemotherapy with platinum-based regimens for 4 to 6 cycles is a standard care in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, for patients who got disease stabilization or maximal response after first line chemotherapy, how to choose safe and efficacy anticancer agents to extend first-line treatment and provide a better clinical benefit is deserving of more concerns currently. In this article, the clinical progress of the chemotherapy and molecular targeted agents as maintenance therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC is reviewed.
4.The robe of transcription factors in genetics mechanism of congenital atrioventricular septal defect
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):555-557
Atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD)is a frequently diagnosed congenital heart malformation affecting the atrioventricular valves and septa. Heart transcription factors play fundamental roles in atrioventricular valves development and atrioventricular septa formation. Now cardiac transcription factors ( GATA4, NKX2. 5,TBX5 ,ZIC3)have been identified to involve in the pathogenesis of AVSD in humans. Their abnormal expression or function change may cause atrioventricular valve and septa developmental anomalies. Here we review advances in the understanding of the relationship between these transcription factors and AVSD.
5.Analysis to current situation of TCM science popularization based on internet
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(6):531-532
By analyzing the current situation of TCM science popularization, We found that internet is serving as the most influential and rapid developing media at present. Therefore, a through excavation and utilization of internet as a tool for TCM science popularization will not only expand TCM science popularization platform, enhance mass foundation, promote mass understanding and recognition of TCM, but also meet the need of TCM self-development.
6.The effect of mouse uterine decidualization on NK cell distribution and maturation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the distribution and regulation of uterine NK cells in mouse uterus during early pregnancy. Methods:Using a unique uNK cell marker,Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA) lectin,to localize NK cells in uterus of normal pregnancy, delayed implantation and artificially induced decidualization. Results:DBA staining is mainly distributed in some vascular endothelial cells during embryo pre-implantation. In D5 of pregnancy after embryo implantation,NK cells were distributed in the stroma of uterine mesometrial pole, with round, immature and small lymphocyte-like cells. During D7 and D8 of pregnancy, the immunostaining results showed that uNK cells were increasingly accumulated in the mesometrial pole of implantation sites, with their morphology changing from small round cells with scattered cytoplasm to large and mature cells with heavy cytoplasmic granules. In the artificially induced decidualization model, the distribution and maturity of NK cells are similar to those of the normal pregnancy in the mouse uteri. Conclusion:The distribution and maturation of uterine NK cells are dependent of uterine decidualization in mouse early pregnancy.
7.Clinical analysis on infant malnutrition: an analysis of 63 cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To review and analyze the causes of infant malnutrition and its relation with the way of feed. Methods Infant malnutrition was analysed with the emphasis on pathogeny, the onset month of the birth, its complication and clinical reflection in 63 cases. Results Infant malnutrition occurred in the case with incorrect feeding way:feeding on low protein powdered milk or cereals untimely without considering the supplementary food. Malnutrition easily brought out other kinds of disease. Conclusion It is recommended that infants younger than 5 months should be fed on breast-milk.In case of no breast-milk or short, dairy products are introduced, especially in- fant formula, with adding supplementary food timely. If not so,infant malnutrition occurs.
8.Micropatterning of endothelial cells on poly-dimethylsiloxane flow channel bottom
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(19):-
Objective To simulate the blood flow features of the susceptible sites of atherosclerosis in vitro. The cell micro-patterning is to be obtained on the bottom of channel for the information about single cell or cell groups. Methods Poly-dimethylsiloxane(PDMS) flow channel and PDMS stamp were fabricated by soft lithography.Fibronectin pattern was formed on chamber bottom by micro-contact printing method and cells selectively attached on fibronectin pattern. Results The PDMS-patterned chamber that possessed favorable optical property and the PDMS stamps with different sizes were obtained.Cells attached on fibronectin pattern presented square array. Conclusion The fabricated methods are quick and simple. The chamber could be used for the advanced real-time investigation of cell mechanical behavior in vitro.
9.Clinical analysis on compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of 86 cases of patients with vitiligo
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(7):997-998,999
Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo .Methods The 86 cases of vitiligo patients included in the study were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(n=43) and control group(n=43).The observation group was given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation and compound card force cumin tincture ,and the control group was only given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation .The clinical efficacy and the dermatology life quality index ( DLQI) in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate after 1st,2nd,3rd course of treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group ,and the total efficiency rate after 3rd course of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =4.568,P<0.05);the DLQI scores after 1st,2nd, 3rd course of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t1 =1.916, t2 =4.298,t3 =4.661,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions 16.28% in the observation group between the control group 11.63%showed no significant difference (χ2 =0.387,P>0.05).Conclusion Compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo has more clinical superiority .
10.Comparison of allergic rhinitis animal models in guinea pigs and new zealand rabbits
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To compare the characteristics of allergic rhinitis animal models in two different animals(Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits) induced with various doses of toluene-2,4-Diisocyanate(TDI).Methods:Low dose and high dose of TDI olive oil solution was used as sensitizer to establish models of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits. The typical symptoms and sings of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits were respectively scored during modeling. After the last challenge, nasal mucosa of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits were histopathologically examined and the level of histamine in nasal mucosa was measured by spectrofluorometer. The mortality rates and model success rates were record.Respiratory tracts of dead animals were dissected and histopathologically examined to find out the causes of their death. Results:Compared with control groups, all the Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits in model groups got typical symptoms and sings of allergic rhinitis.Histopathology examination of nasal mucosa showed eosinophile cells infiltrating obviously. The levels of histamine in nasal mucosa were highly increased(P
