China Pharmacy 2017;28(17):2362-2365
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reducing the occurrence of ADR and disposing ADR correctly. METHODS:Using the Excel statistics and manual screening,528 ADR reports were collected from a third grade class A hospital in Chongqing during Oct. 2005 to Dec. 2015. Those ADR cases were analyzed statistically in respects of general information of ADR patients, routes of administration and occurence time, types of ADR-inducing drugs,organs/systems involved in ADR and clinical manifesta-tions,disposal and outcomes, etc. RESULTS:A total of 285 cases(53.98%)of ADR occurred in elderly patients aged more than 65. Most of original diseases were respiratory system disease(144 cases,27.27%). 124 ADR cases occurred in people who had al-lergic history(23.48%). Most of ADR cases were induced by intravenous administration(428 cases,81.06%). ADR frequently oc-curred within 1 h after medication(385 cases,72.92%). Anti-infective agents(211 cases,39.96%)and TCM preparations(67 cas-es,12.69%) were the top 2 involved drug types. The most common ADR occurred in skin and its appendants (175 cases, 33.14%),followed by general reaction(148 cases,28.03%)and administration sites(63 cases,11.93%). The treatment of ADR mainly involved drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment (285 cases,53.98%). ADR mainly were cured and recovered (509 cases,96.40%). CONCLUSIONS:The characteristics and regularity of ADR disposal should be analyzed to formulate clinical path-way for ADR diagnosis, suspected cases observation, examination, disposal and rescue. When the patient has general reaction or re-spiratory system and circulatory system problems, treatments should be more actively processed.

5.Local Angiogenesis and Neurological Functional Recovery After Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral ischemia activates endogenous angiogenic factors, and increase microvessel density and form new capillaries in ischemic brain tissues.Exogenous angiogenic factors can more effectively promote angiogenesis and the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic regions and peripherial tissues, improving local blood supply and reducing infarct size. The further study of the mechanisms and methods in promoting regional angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia will contribute to improve neurologic deficit.
7. Research progress on natural products with selective inhibition against 11β-HSD1
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(18):3864-3870
11β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (11β-HSD) is a metabolic enzyme of glucocorticoid. Growing evidence suggests that inhibiting over-expression of 11β-HSD1 and reducing partial effects of glucocorticoid could be the strategy to treat type 2 diabetes, as well as metabolic syndrome. Researching and developmenting selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitors may become a new direction. As natural products (NPs) have represented a cornerstone of pharmaceutical research, literatures on the development of natural products with selective inhibition against 11β-HSD1 published during the last 10 years were selected, and the inhibitors were classified according to the way how to find them. This paper will provide reference for the further research on the selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitors.
8. Expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(12):1356-1360
Objective: To study the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs and to probe the mechanism of sutural distraction osteogenesis. Methods: Eighteen mongrel dogs (12-week old) were randomly divided into distraction osteogenesis group(n = 12) and the control group(n = 6). Rigid external distractor was used for sutural distraction of the midfacial skeleton in the experimental animals. Two experimental and one control dogs were sacrificed at defined time points (on the 5th,10th and 15th day of distraction, the 10th and 20th day of fixation, and 30th day after completion of fixation). The expression of BMP-2 was observed by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: During the period of distraction and fixation, positive staining of BMP-2 was found in the proliferated preosteoblasts, the mesenchymal cells and the newly formed bone matrix at the sutural margin of the experimental dogs; weak expression was also noticed in the control dogs. Compared with that in the control group, the expression of BMP-2 in the experimental group increased and reached the peak on the 15th of distraction, then gradually decreased, the expression of BMP-2 nearly restored to the normal level 1 month after the removal of the distractor. Conclusion: The mechanical strain can lead to the generation of endogenous BMP-2, which may play an important role in the new bone formation.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(03):-
Objective: Effects of human ?-calcitonin gene-related peptide (?-hCGRP) on renal function and renin-angiotensin system were studied during controlled hypotension. Method:Twenty SD rats were divided into ?-hCGRP (C) and sodium nitroprusside (S) groups. The mean blood pressure of rats was reduced to and maintained at 6.7kPa for 1h. The glomerular filtration rate (GFR),effective renal plasma flow (ERPF),plasma renal activity (PRA),angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ), urine volume, heart rate (HR)and the excretory rates of sodium, chloride and potassium of rats were measured beforeand 1h following hypotension. Result:GFR and ERPF increased significantly at the end of 1h hypotension when compared to pre-hypotension in the group C. GFR and ERPF decreased mark during hypotension period in group S. In both groups during hypotension,PRA and A Ⅱ increased by eight-folds or so,the excretory rates of sodium and chloride decreased significantly and the excretory rate of potassium increased slightly, urine volume de creased and HR increased markly. Conclusion:The ?-hCGRP,a potent vasodilator, has a protective effect on renal function as a controlled hypotensive agent. Sodium nitroprusside may harm renal function. The increased excitation of renin-angiotensin system may be responsible for the changes of urine volume, heart rate and the excretory rates of sodium ,chloride and potassium during hypotension.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
To evaluate the influence of human ?-caleitonin gene related peptide (?-hCGRP) used in the controlled hypotension on hepatic blood flow, oxygen supply and oxygen consumption in rats. Method: Alpha-hCGRP and sodium nitroprusside were administered intravenously to reduce the blood pressure of rats to 6.7 kPa maintained for 1 h. Radiomierospheres were employd to measure hepatic arterial blood flow (HABF), portal venous blood flow (PVBF), and total hepatic blood flow (TABF). The arterial0portal,and hepatic venous blood gases were analyzed. The hepatic oxygen supply and oxygen consumption were calculated according to values of blood flow and gases. Result: HABF, TABF, and hepatic oxygen supply increased significantly, and PVBF decreased slightly during ?-hCGRPinduced hypotension. HABF, TABF and hepatic oxygen consumption increased significantly, and hepatic oxygen supply decreased significantly during sodium nitroprusside hypotension. Rebound hypertension occurred after the discontinua tion of sodium nitroprusside rather than ?-hCGRP. Conclusion: Alpha-hCGRP does not cause hepatic hypoxia during controlled hypotension, while sodium nitroprusside may result in hepatic hypoxia. Alpha hCGRP is more adequate to be used to controlled hypotension than sodium nitroprusside. No rebound hypotension is another advantage of ?-hCGRP.
