Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
This paper reviewed the existing literatures of executive function in obsessive -compulsive disorder (OCD) patients, and critically examined four neurocognitive tests in the recent ten years' studies, including stroop task, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),London tower, and Trail-making test. In addition, we discuss the problems occurred in the past experiments, and put forward suggestions for further studies.
3.SELECTIVE TOXICITY OF RHODAMINE 123 ON CARCINOMA CELL IN VITRO
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The selective toxicity of the mitochondria-specific cationic fluorescent dye rhodamine 123 (Rh-123) on HeLa cells in culture was studied. In this report, we demonstrate that with continuous exposure, Rh-123 markedly inhibited the growth of HeLa cells but had little effect on normal human kidney fibroblasts. With continuously exposed to Rh-123, the growth rate, colony forming ability, and mitotic index of HeLa cells were decreased. The mechanism of toxicity of Rh-123 on HeLa ceils was investigated by EM and enzyme cytochemistry stain. The mitochondria of carcinoma cells were the main targets for the inhibitory action of Rh-123, since they selectively accumulated the dye. At the dosage of Rh-123 which was toxic to HeLa cells, the structure and function of mitochondria were disrupted, as the mitochondriarelated enzymes, i. e., ATPase, LDH, and SDH were inhibited. The possible mechanism of the action of Rh-123 on HeLa cells is briefly discussed.
4.A Study of Development and Validation of Chinese Mood Adjective Check List
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To develop the Chinese mood adjective check list (CMACL) and study the validation of this scale. Methods: The CMACL was filled by 1010 subjects aged 21.0 ? 7.4, 507 males and 464 females (39 lost gender information), which were randomly split into two samples after balancing the gender for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). 232 middle school students divided into five groups according to their grades were engaged in the test-retest study at the first to fourth and sixth weeks. 34 volunteers finished the CMACL and self-rating depression scale (SDS) and 30 college students joined the validation study to test the correlation between the CMACL and state trait anxiety inventory. Results: A four-factor model was found by EFA and confirmed by CFA, which has the following dimensions: Fidget(F)?Happy and excited(HE), Pain and sad(PS),Angry and hate(AH). 30 items were also left in the CMACL after the modification(GFI=0.902,AGFI=0.883,NFI=0.884,TLI=0.931,CFI=0.937,RMSEA=0.046). Reliabilities of the four factors are higher than 0.80. Validation studies showed: (1) SDS total score is significantly positive-correlated with F (P
5.The Development and Validation of Peptic Ulcer Symptoms Self Rating Scale
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective: to develop the peptic ulcer (PU) symptoms self rating scale (PUSRS) and study the validation of this scale. Methods: The PUSRS was filled by 151 PU patients, 118 males and 30 females (3 lost gender information, aged 38.61?14.99), which were recruited from 18 gastroenterology departments. 30 PU patients were engaged in the test-retest study. 40 PU patients and 30 gastritis patients joined the discriminate validation study. Results: Two factors, pain factor (PF) and dyspepsia factor(DF), were found by exploratory factor analysis. Reliabilities of the two factors are 0.786 (PF) and 0.753(DF). Validation studies showed that PU patients have significantly higher PUSRS total score (P
6.Investigate the curative effect on treatment of 40 major aphthous ulcer patients by combined use povidone-iodine,H_2O_ and levamisole liniment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the curative effect of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 asso- ciated with levamisole liniment. Methods The RAU patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The patients of curative group were instructed to use povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment; The control group were in- structed to take metronidazole, antibiotics, compound vitamin B and vitamin C.Then the patients were observed peri- odically. Results The success rate of curative group was 85 % and the control group was 55 %.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Treatment of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment is effective.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(51):10113-10116
BACKGROUND: The super-hydrophobic surface exhibits excellent super-hydrophobic property, which attracts more attention in anti-coagulation property study. However, the test result is differing from the expectation.OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research status of super-hydrophobic effects on anti-coagulation.METHODS: The web of science database was retrieved with key words of "super-hydrophobic surface; blood compatibility; platelet adhesion; protein adsorption" to search papers concerning anti-coagulation property of super-hydrophobic surface. A total of 37 papers were initially searched by computer. According to the inclusive criteria, 20 papers were initially in this review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Through thorough analyzing different test methods of platelet adhesion used by present researchers, including in vitro static platelet adhesion, in vitro blood circulation experiments and in vivo animal experiments, we find that it may be not accurate and objective to obtain the conclusion of the super-hydrophobic surface possessing positive effect on anti-coagulation only by statically testing platelet adhesion in vitro. In order to confirm whether the super-hydrophobic luminal surface has anti-coagulating property, analysis of the blood deposition onto the luminal surface after in vitro circulation experiments and in vivo implantation experiments must be performed.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective: To study social anxiety proneness in college students and factors having influence on it Method: 200 college students were assessed with Social Anxiety Inventory, Shame-Proneness Scale, EQQ-short form, Coping Style Questionnaire, Beck Depression Scale, and Trait Anxiety Scale Result: Social anxiety of college students was influenced by shame-proneness, psychoticism and extroversion of personality Students with high social anxiety proneness were also more easily ashamed by their own behaviors Lack of negative coping styles also contributed to their proneness Low social anxiety proneness could be explained partially by three factors: psychoticism and extroversion personality, self-appraised trait anxiety Conclusion: Shame-proneness, psychoticism and extroversion personality are main factors having influence on social anxiety proneness Positive self-evaluation and coping style are helpful in reducing social anxiety
