Background and purpose:Although FDG tumor imaging has been applied in clinic widely, dual-phase imaging can provide much more information about the FDG uptaking of pulmonary lesions. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the usefulness of dual-phase18F-FDG coincidence detection SPECT/CT imaging in the differential diagnosis of the pulmonary lesions. Methods:There were 28 patients with pulmonary lesions which were detected by CT. All the patients undertook the SPECT/CT imaging at 2 time-phases respectively: early imaging at 40-60 min and delayed imaging at 2-3 h after the intravenous injection of FDG. Data processing: calculating the radio of T and N in early and delayed imaging respectively; T: The radioactive count of the lesions; N: The radioactive count of the normal tissue; and the change rate:ΔT/N. ROC was used to ifnd out the threshold of T1/N1, T2/N2及ΔT/N in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions. AUC was used to evaluate the diagnosis value of the dual-phase and single-phase imaging. Results:The threshold of T1/N1 in early imaging was 2.65, whereas AUC was 0.767. The sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy were 83.3%, 30% and 64.3%, respectively. The threshold of T2/N2 in delayed imaging was 3.14, whereas AUC was 0.847. The sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy were 94.4%, 60.0% and 82.1%, respectively. The threshold ofΔT/N in delayed imaging was 16.9%, whereas AUC is 0.950. The sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy were 88.5%, 71.4% and 86.2%, respectively.Conclusion:Dual-phase18F-FDG coincidence detection SPECT/CT imaging has much higher accuracy and speciifcity. However it still has false positivity, and should be analyzed with CT and clinical history.

OBJECTIVETo observe differences of immediate effect of twirling reinforcing-reducing manipulation at head acupoints on muscle force in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
METHODSA total of 126 patients who met the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into a twirling reinforcing group, a mild reinforcing-reducing group and a twirling reducing group, 42 cases in each one. The lines between Baihui (GV 20) and bilateral Taiyang (EX-HN 5) were selected and treated with successive insertion of three needles. The twirling reinforcing method was used in the twirling reinforcing group, and mild reinforcing-reducing method was used in the mild reinforcing- reducing group, and twirling reducing method was used in the twirling reducing group. Each needle was manipulated for 1 min, which was repeated once every 10 min. The needles were retained for 30 min. Muscle force was evaluated immediately after treatment.
RESULTS(1) Muscle force of upper limb: after acupuncture, the muscle force of proximal and remote ends were all improved significantly in three groups (all P < 0.05), which was more obvious in proximal end (all P < 0.05). The improvement of the muscle force of proximal end in the twirling reinforcing group was superior to those in the mild reinforcing-reducing group and twirling reducing group (both P < 0.05); the differences of the muscle force of remote end were not significant among three groups (all P > 0.05). (2) Muscle force of lower limb: after acupuncture, the muscle force of proximal and remote ends was all improved significantly in the three groups (all P < 0.05). The improvement of the muscle force of proximal end was superior to that of remote end in the twirling reinforcing group and mild reinforcing-reducing group (both P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe twirling reinforcing manipulation at head acupoints is superior to mild reinforcing-reducing and twirling reducing manipulation for muscle force in patients with acute ischemic stroke, which is more significant in proximal end of limbs.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hollow screw internal fixation for the treatment of distal epiphyseal teenagers tibial fracture. Methods Thirty -nine cases of epiphyseal fractures of the distal tibia were treated in Shanghai Children′s Hospital between February 2005 and September 201 4.This study included 24 boys and 1 5 girls with the average age of 1 3.1 years (ranged 1 0.5 to 1 6.2 years old).Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed by the X -ray films or CT examination. All the cases were closed fractures and manipulative reduction all failed.Surgi-cal reduction was performed when plain radiographs showed the fracture gap of epiphysis board and articular surface were greater than 2 mm or after closed reduction.Under C -arm X -ray machine, ankle axial traction was performed initially.Anatomical reduction underwent according to the bone fracture type. The fractures were fixed with cannulated screws by percutaneous or open approach.Postoperative X -ray or CT confirmed anatomical reduction at articular sur-face and growth plate. All patients had been immobilized with short -leg cast for 4 -6 weeks. The ankle joint function and growth were evaluated by means of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)Ankle Hindfoot Scale. Results All patients were followed up for 5 to 91 months with an average duration of 35 months.X -ray films showed that all fractures were bone healing. No uneven articular surface was found and there was no extremity rotation and shorte-ning deformity. Results were evaluated by AOFAS scoring system:excellent in 27 cases, good in 10 cases, and general in 2 cases. All patients were able to participate in the normal physical activities. Conclusions CT with multiplanar recon-struction is a premise to make an accurate diagnosis and to choose a reasonable approach. For failed closed reduction for adolescent distal tibial epiphyseal fractures, the cannulated screws are simple and may have a satisfactory effect.

Objective To study the role of water exact from salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) in promoting hair regrowth in testosterone (T)-induced alopecia in mice. Methods Pathological alopecia mice were induced by T and the mice were randomly divided into control group, model group,Zhanggvanp 101 group,SM low-dose group,SM middle-dose group,SM high-dose group (20,40,80 mg/ml,respectively).The effects of SM on hair regrowth were evaluated by measuring hair length, weight and the number of hair follicle. The concentration of serum T and estrodiol (E2),the content of skin VEGF,MDA,SOD,and GSH-Px were measured after external inunctum for 21 days. Results (1) SM significantly promoted regrowth hair length, weight and the number of hair follicle (P<0.05) (2) SM significantly balanced the hormones by reducing levels of T and increasing E2 (P<0.05) (3) SM significantly reduced the content of MDA by increasing the activity of SOD and GSH-Px (P<0.05) (4) SM significantly increased the level of VEGF (P<0.05) Conclusion In the pathological alopecia mice induced by T,SM can effectively promote the hair regrowth, with the possible mechanism of balancing hormones, being anti-oxidant and improving VEGF expression.
9. Application of sequential pattern mining to assessment of psychological crisis intervention skills
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2020;40(3):368-372
Objective: To explore the application of sequential pattern mining to the field of mental health, and analyze the role of the courses in improving the crisis intervention skills of mental health service personnel. Methods: The learning log data recorded by the online learning platform was used for sequential pattern mining, and the activity map was used to visually analyze the learning paths of learners with different learning performances. Results: In each case study, the number of high-frequency sequences of learners with different learning performance had significant differences, which were high-performance group > medium-performance group > low-performance group. In the crisis intervention consultation learning process, the high-performance group learners had the most diverse learning paths; the medium-performance group lacked the mastery of the several specific steps of the six-step model of crisis intervention, and the learning path integrity was poor; the low-performance group did not have a complete learning path. Conclusion: Diversified crisis intervention strategies are conducive to the smooth progress of the consultation process. Learners with different learning performance should develop corresponding skills development strategies according to their learning characteristics.
10. Influence of emotional intelligence on behavior performance in crisis intervention situations
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2020;40(1):101-106
Objective:To explore the effect of emotional intelligence on the behavioral performance in crisis intervention, taking the knowledge and skills learning performance of crisis intervention as the mediating variable. Methods:Based on the sequential pattern analysis and comprehensive evaluation of learning performance in the previous study, Emotional Intelligence Scale was used to collect the emotional intelligence of 104 mental health service personnel. The mediating effect model was used to analyze the relationship among personal traits, learning performance and behavior performance. Results:There was no direct correlation between emotional intelligence and behavior performance (r=-0.016, P=0.869). The knowledge and skills learning performance of crisis intervention in identifying problems, providing support and coping strategy played a complete mediating role between emotional intelligence and behavior, with indirect effects of a1b1=-0.052 (P=0.010, 95% CI -0.126 - -0.010), a2b2=0.139 (P=0.000, 95% CI 0.063 - 0.259), and a3b3=0.087 (P=0.012, 95% CI 0.019 - 0.186). Conclusion:Emotional intelligence interferes in behavioral pattern by affecting crisis intervention learning performance, but influence relationships are inconsistent.
