4.The changes of immune factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(6):28-33
A prospective study was carried out on 31 healthy individuals and 32 patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the Military Hospital N0 103 and the Enterology Department of the Police Hospital N0 198. The results showed that: in the patient group, there were increases of number of white blood cells, and lymphocytes, as compared to the control group (p<0.001); there was also wide fluctuation of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-), from 22.41 pg/ml to 1341.62pg/ml. 75% patients had concentration of rheumatoid factor RF≥8 IU/ml (positive). There were agreeable correlations between the number of lymphocytes T, Ta with lymphocytes B at rate r=0.64 (p<0.05); between the number and percentage of Ta-cell with serum concentration of rheumatoid factor (RF) in the patients at low level of r=0.24 and r=0.33

5.Investigation of the hepatitis B viral infection by the radio immunological technique
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2001;267(12):7-10
53,010 tests of RIA implemented during 1/1992- 10/1996 including 45,210 tests of HBsAg, 4,764 anti-HBs, 1,119 HBeAg, 1325 anti-HBe and 1,358 anti HBc to evaluate the frequent of HBsAg, double infection of HBV and HCV in the chronic hepatitis and the changes of markers of hepatitis B in persons carrying the chronic HBsAg. The results have shown that the frequent of the hepatitis B viral infection was very high and the double infection of HBV and HCV was common in patients with the chronic hepatitis

6.Situation of hepatitis B infection during 1992-1996 the results of project "radioimmunological diagnosis of hepatitis B (RAS/6/018)
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;430(9):47-49
The results of project "RAS/6/018" have shown that the rate of HBsAg carriers among normal people was 10.6-15.1%. The rate of HBsAg among blood donors was 1.3%, lower 10 times than this of general population. Frequency of HBV infection, HBV and HIV infection was high among patients with chronic hepatitis. There were markers of HBsAg and HBeAg of transmission from mother to her children among chronic viral hepatitis B carriers due to the uncompleted immunological structure and function.

7.Application of the radio immunological technique for monitoring the changes of markers of hepatitis B HBV in the chronic HBs Ag carrying persons without the clinical menifestation
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2001;267(12):11-15
A study aimed at application of the radio-immunological technique to monitor the changes of markers of HBV in the natural progress of the chronic HBsAg from which to find persons having the risk of severe complication. 50 patients carrying the chronic HBsAg without the clinical menifestation were tested four times every 10 months to evaluate the changes of markers of HBV. The results have shown that the patients had the antibody immunological response during the chronic HBsAg carrage.. The anti-HBc IgG was possitive in 100% patients through 4 times of tests.
