Objective To evaluate the academic level and the popularity of Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (CJPMR). Methods According to the information of Chinese Medical citation Index (CMCI), the amount and distribution of the CJPMR originals cited by the journals included by CMCI was statistically analyzed. Results The percent of cited papers in all published articles was 39.24%, and the average times of each original article cited by other researchers is 2.13. The most frequently cited authors are from 28 provinces, especially from Beijing, Hubei and Guangdong. There are 313 citing journals, and self-citing rate is 0.26. Conclusion CJPMR has published high quality articles, and has the own edition characteristics to keep its steady level of research. It is one of the most important information resources for the physical medicine and rehabilitation researchers and the core journal in the rehabilitation medical research field.

Different routes of surgical nutrition have different influences on physical immunity.Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for a long time may inhibit immune function. Enteral nutrition (EN) may maintain integrity of structure and function of intestinal mucosa, prevent bacterial translocation, lighten systematic inflammatory response and improve immune function. This article reviewed the regulation of parenteral nutrition (PN) and EN to immunity and the application of immune enhanced nutrition.

Objective]To introduce professor YU Jingmao’s experience in treament of children with adenoid vegetation. [Methods]To select 3 effective cases of adenoid vegetation diseases, clarify professor YU Jingmao’s features of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, stage therapy and drug characteristics, and then analyze and expound the clinical experiences of professor Yu Jingmao. [Result]Professor YU Jingmao in infantile adenoid vegetation body therapy, treats in three stages:the early cure dispelling wind pathogens to clear heat reducing swelling;medium-term plans to raise Yin and moisture lung, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis;late to invigorate qi for consolidating superficies, nourish yin to clear away heat,often obtains better effect. [Conclussion]Professor YU Jingmao’s dialectical claim of in treatment of adenoid vegetation,stage therapeutics,purgation-tonifying and cultivste vital qi are worth learning.

Objective To study the feasibility of tubal reversal after sterilization by laparoscopy.Methods From May 2002 to December 2005,31 patients with tubal ligation received laparoscopic tubal reversal by one-core or two-dot apposition and demixing suture of the serosa.Results The laparoscopic tubal reversal was successful in all the 31 cases.Thirty of the patients were followed up for 8-24 months(mean,16 months);27 of them had intrauterine gestation,3 were non-pregnant;none of them had ectopic gestation.Conclusions Laparoscopic tubal reversal after sterilization can satisfy with the desire and principle of microsurgery.It is feasible for clinical application and has good outcomes.

Objective To investigate the application of the Doppler echocardiography on the clinical value on the left ventricular myocardial remodel and dysfunction in neonates with hypoxia-induced pulmonary artery hypertension. Methods The Doppler echocardiography (ECHO) datas of 24 neonates of pulmonary diseases with secondary pulmonary artery hypertension were identified by color Doppler echocardiography,and compared with 14 neonates with pulmonary diseases without pulmonary artery hypertension. Results Pulmonary artery systolic pressrure (PASP) (38.23?3.26) mm Hg increased ,the diameter of right ventricular(11.92?2.18)mm vs (7.34?0.93) mm and pulmonary artery(10.20?1.21)mm vs (6.89?0.22) mm and diameter of left ventricular end-diastolic(19.74?0.71)mm vs (14.42?0.32) mm in PAH groups increased significantly ( P 0.05). ObjectiveTo observe the effect of family rehabilitation plan (FRP) on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods64 patients were randomly divided into the FRP group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). The patients in the FRP group critically followed the schedule and activities scheduled on FRP and were assessed and guided in out-patient department every two weeks. The patients in the control group made schedule and carried on activities by themselves. Motor function was assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) respectively.ResultsMotor scores of the patients in two groups significantly increased after treatment ( P<0.001), and that of the FRP group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0.001).ConclusionThe FRP can significantly improve motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.

Objective To study the antibacterial property of silver loaded titanium dioxide (TiO2) antibacterial coated endotracheal intubation tube,and to determine the minimum effective antibacterial concentration.Methods Intubation tubes coated with different concentrations of antibacterial agents were prepared with sol gel method.Polyethylene endotracheal intubation tubes were used as substrate,and silver loaded TiO2 was used as the antibacterial agent.According to the different antibacterial concentrations of the antibacterial agent,the tubes were divided into nine groups:10.0％ group,5.0％ group,2.0％ group,1.5％ group,1.0％ group,0.8％ group,0.6％ group,0.2％ group,and conrol group.They were respectively immersed in three standard bacteria suspensions with 1.0 × l05 cfu/mL:Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coll Together with standard bacteria liquid group,there were 10 experimental groups.They were kept overnight for 24 hours.10 μL of respective culture medium was smeared on blood agar culture medium.After being cultured overnight in 35 ℃,the number of bacteria colonies was respectively counted.Results In 1.0 × 105 cfu/mL of three standard bacteria liquids with antibacterial agent concentration≥ 1.0％,three bacterial colonies had un-obviously growth rate.Almost the same strong antibacterial effects to achieve sterilizing rates of more than 98％ was shown in each group of the antibacterial coating endotracheal intubation tubes (all P＞0.05).As the antibacterial agent concentration decreased,three bacterial colonies were increasing gradually.Intermediate antibacterial effects were shown in tubes of 0.8％ group,with significant statistic difference as compared with 1.0％ and 0.6％ groups [Pseudomonas aeruginosa:7.300 (4.050,8.350) vs.0.200 (0.050,1.200),9.700 (9.000,10.000); Staphylococcus aureus:4.100 (3.300,4.650) vs.0.000 (0.000,0.150),5.800 (5.350,7.650); Escherichia coli:1.400 (0.750,3.750) vs.0.050 (0.025,0.050),9.500 (8.500,9.800),all P＜0.01].Conclusions Silver loaded TiO2 antibacterial coated endotracheal intubation tube had definite antibacterial properties,which were related to the antibacterial concentration.Strong antibacterial effects were shown when antibacterial concentration was above 1.0％,with bacteria almost completely killed in the immersing liquid.

Objective To study the expression of forkhead box Q1(FOXQ1)in non‐small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) ,then investi‐gate clinical pathological characteristics of NSCLC and its prognosis in patients .Methods The expression of FOXQ1 in 84 cases of NSCLC(selected from June 2007 to December 2008 )was detected by immunohistochemistry(SP) .The correlations of the expres‐sion of FOXQ1 with clinic pathological features and survival time of the NSCLC patients were analyzed .Results The positive ex‐pression rate of FOXQ1 was 91 .7% (77/84) ,closely correlated with patients`histological type and TNM stage(P<0 .05) .The Cox multivariate analysis demonstrated that histological type ,TNM stage and FOXQ1expression were independent factors of NSCLC (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of FOXQ1 may be highly expressed in NSCLC and negatively correlated with prognosis .
