Objective To investigate the characteristics of frequently cited papers in Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (CJNMMI) during year 1998-2013.Methods Based on Wan Fang database, the citation number of each paper published in CJNMMI during year 1998-2013 was recorded.Percentage method was used to determine the number of frequently cited paper. The published year, regional distribution, number of authors, columns, key words and funding of the frequently cited paper were analyzed. Results There was 5.43% (140/2 580) of the papers published in CJNMMI from year 1998-2013 were considered frequently cited. These 140 frequently cited papers accounted for 37.49% (2 533/6 757) of the total number of citations, with an average citation number of 18.09.A total of 77.86% (109/140) of these frequently cited papers were published during year 2000-2005,and 65.00% (91/140)of them had 3-6 authors.Seven authors published 3 or more of these frequently cited papers. Most papers were from Beijing,Guangdong and Shanghai. The top 3 columns with frequently cited papers were nuclear oncology, endocrinology and neurology (16.43%,10.00%,9.29%).Conclusion Analysis of the frequently cited papers in CJNMMI with regard to characteristics, such as published year, research field and district distribution, may provide useful reference for topic selection in the future.

Objective To study the mechanism of lentinum's promotion on carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function. Methods SD rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy was established with doxorubicin hydrochloride. The rat model was divided into blank control group, carvedilol group, lentinan group, carvedilol + lentinan group.Rats in the blank control group were given 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol group were given 10 mg·kg-1of carvedilol and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the lentinan group were given 1 mg·kg-1 of lentinan, and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol + lentinan group were given10 mg· kg-1 of carvedilol,1 rmg·kg-1 of lentinan, and 2 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The heart function, irrflammatory factors and T lymphocytes were compared. Results The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in carvedilol + lentinan group and carvedilol group were significantly higher than that in blank control group and lentinan group (P < 0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P < 0.05).The LVEF in carvedilol + lentinan group was significantly higher than that in carvedilol group (P <0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P <0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in carvedilol + lentinan group and lentinan group were significantly lower than that in blank control group and carvedilol group (P <0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P < 0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in C + L group were significantly lower than in lentinan group (P < 0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P < 0.05).Conclusion Lentinan could significantly promote carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function through lowering down inflammatory factors and increasing T lymphocytes.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Specific scAbs could be obtained through biopanning from phage antibody libraries by use of antigens as target molecules. scAbs specific to thrombin were separated from mouse antibody library by the panning strategy of alternating liquid-solid phase in this paper. Thrombin was biotinylated by photobiotin at first, then avidin-coated magnetic beads were utilized to isolate specific scAbs. The eluted phages were amplified and subject to the second round panning in microtiter plate to remove the unspecific reombinant phages. 4 specific scAbs were separated from 23 phage clones after four rounds of alternative panning.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(1):83-88
Chemical constituents of Inula japonica were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatographies, over silica gel, and Toyopearl HW-40, and preparative HPLC. On the basis of spectral data analysis, including NMR and MS data, the structures of the isolates were elucidated and their anti-inflammatory activities were assayed. Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of I. japonica, and their structures were elucidated as dihydrosyringenin (1), (3S, 5R, 6S, 7E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (2), (6R, 7E) -9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one (3), arnidiol (4), taraxasterol acetate (5), 8,9,10-trihydroxythymol (6), taxifolin (7), luteolin (8), napetin (9), eupatin (10), spinacetin (11), quercetin (12), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (13), caffeic acid (14), and caffeoyl acetate (15). Compounds 1, 2, 7, 13 and 15 were isolated from the genus Inula for the first time, and compounds 3, 4, 9-11 and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The anti-inflammatory activity result showed that compounds 3, 6-12 and 14 exhibited inhibition effect against leukotriene C4 (LTC4) synthesis and degranulation definitely in c-Kit Ligand (KL) induced mast cells, and compound 8 and 12 also had the suppression effect against lipopolysacharide(LPS) induced nitric oxide (NO) activity in RAW264.7 macrophages. It is firstly reported that compounds 7 and 9-11 possessed potent inhibition activities against LTC4 generation and degranulation in mast cells.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(17):3365-3369
BACKGROUND: Recently, trans-pedicle screw internal fixation has markedly improved the rigidity of spinal fixation and hence the fusion rate. But when placed incorrectly, the pedicle screw can injure the spinal cord and/or nerve roots, resulting in serious complications.OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application value of preoperative CT scans-based navigation technique in the spinal pedicle screw internal fixation surgery.DESIGN, TINE AND SETTING: A prospective, randomized, and controlled observation was performed at the Department of Orthopedics, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between January 2006 and December 2008.PARTICIPANTS: A total of 95 patients who underwent pedicle screw internal fixation due to spine diseases were randomly assigned to a navigation group (n = 45) and a conventional group (n = 50).METHODS: In the navigation group, patients were subjected to pedicle screw insertion with the assistance of computer navigation technique and while in the conventional group, patients underwent pedicle screw insertion using the conventional anatomic landmark combined with fluoroscopy.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Screw channel preparation time, excellent and good rate of screw position, and postoperative complications.RESULTS: In the navigation group, totally 206 pedicle screws were inserted under navigation guidance, with an excellent and good rate of 96.1%; and navigation could not be continued in 9 patients for a three-dimensional registration error. In the conventional group, altogether 285 pedicle screws were inserted, and the excellent and good rate was 100%. No significant difference was found between the two groups (P > 0.05). The navigation group exhibited longer screw channel preparation time than the conventional group [(360±22) seconds vs. (56+8) seconds, P < 0.01]. No postoperative complications were found in each group.CONCLUSION: The preoperative CT scans-based navigation technique produces similar accuracy of pedicle screw insertion, but markedly prolonged operation time, compared with the conventional anatomic landmarks, exhibiting limited application value in the spinal pedicle screw internal fixation.
