OBJECTIVETo explore the improvement of hand motion function,spasm and self-care ability of daily life for stroke patients treated with floating-needle combined with rehabilitation training.

METHODSEighty hand spasm patients of post-stroke within one year after stroke were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 40 cases in each one. In the two groups, rehabilitation was adopted for eight weeks,once a day,40 min one time. In the observation group, based on the above treatment and according to muscle fascia trigger point, 2~3 points in both the internal and external sides of forearm were treated with floating-needle. The positive or passive flexion and extension of wrist and knuckle till the relief of spasm hand was combined. The floating-needle therapy was given for eight weeks, on the first three days once a day and later once every other day. Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS), activity of daily life(ADL, Barthel index) scores and Fugl-Meyer(FMA) scores were used to assess the spasm hand degree,activity of daily life and hand motion function before and after 7-day, 14-day and 8-week treatment.

RESULTSAfter 7-day, 14-day and 8-week treatment, MAS scores were apparently lower than those before treatment in the two groups(all P<0. 05), and Barthel scores and FMA scores were obviously higher than those before-treatment(all P<0. 05). After 14-day and 8-week treatment, FMA scores in the observation group were markedly higher than those in the control group(both P<0. 05).

CONCLUSIONFloating-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training could both improve hand spasm degree, hand function and activity of daily life of post-stroke patients, but floating-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training is superior to simple rehabilitation training for the improvement of hand function.

Technology and technique of coronary artery stent have been developed to a certain degree, restenosis rate of metal stent reduces to 15%, but coronary artery stent is still difficult for long-term effect of interventional therapy on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Drug-eluting stent is newly discovered during recent years, while it is prospect for preventing restenosis postoperatively. Although clinical efficacy of drug-eluting stent is encouraged, indication is still simple. In addition, some events related to drug-eluting stent remain poorly unknown. This study was designed to compare security between drug-eluting stent and metal bared stent, analyze major factors correlated with security of drug-eluting stent, and investigate the development of drug-eluting stent.

Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of PEFC chemotherapy regimen (cisplatin or carboplatin,etoposide,fluorouracil and cyclophosphamide) on primary carcinoma of fallopian tube.Methods:41 patients with primary carcinoma of fallopian tube were divided into two groups: 20 patients in PEFC group received PEFC chemotherapy; 21 patients in CAP group received CAP chemotherapy. Auricle reconstruction involves auricular framework construction and selection of skin soft tissues that coats the auricular support. To date, there has no ideal biomaterial for the auricular framework. The materials of auricular framework include autologous costal cartilage, medical grade silicon rubber, and porous polyethylene. The autologous costal cartilage avoids rejection, and has advantages such as good flexibility, easy combination with surrounding coated tissues, and low surgical cost. However, the acquisition causes injury, increases pain of patients, alters thoracic cage structure, and the cartilage graft is absorbable and deformable. The medical grade silicon rubber exhibits good exposure rate and high inflammation, which limit its clinical application. Medpor implant has been used recently as novel medical chemical synthesis materials. It makes of high density polyethylene, with strong plasticity, time-efficacy, stable fusion with local tissue and good biocompatibility. However, the exposure of Medpor implant is the complication. In this study, the Medpor implant in combination with total auricle reconstruction was used to treat 12 cases of congenital microtia, trauma-induced auricular defect, auricular defect complicated by atresia of external auditory canal and hearing disturbance. Postauricular fascial flap was expanded to form reconstructed auricle, followed by wound skingrafting. The expanded fascial flap improves blood supply, with close coating, decreases complications. Moreover, all reconstructed auricle survived, with no ulcerate or exposure, and the appearance is similar to normal auricle.

AlM:To evaluate the long-term efficiency and safety of overnight orthokeratology in myopia correction and control in adolescents.METHODS: Sixty-five myopia adolescents treated in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and followed up to 2a. Among them, 35 cases ( 67 eyes ) wearing overnight orthokeatology were included as trial group, and 30 cases ( 60 eyes ) wearing spectacles were included as control group. The trial group were divided into 2 subgroup according the myopic grading in the initial visit:subgroup A(35 eyes,≤-3. 00D), B subgroup (32 eyes,>-3. 00D and ≤-6. 00D). ln the trial group, slit lamp, visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure, corneal tomography were collected before wearing overnight orthokeratology, 1d, 1wk, 1month, 3mo, and every 6mo after wearing overnight orthokeratology , with axial length, corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, corneal endothelial cell count, abjective refraction and tear film were also collected before and 2a after wearing overnight orthokeratology. ln the control group, slit lamp, visual acuity, refraction and intraocular pressure were collected before wearing and 2a after wearing spectacles. Paired t test were used to compare the intragroup difference. One-way analysis of variance ( ANOVA) was used to compare the differences among the groups. P<0. 05 was considered statistically significant.RESULTS: The uncorrected visual acuity of the trial group was improved obviously after wearing Orthokeratology Lens 1d, the visual acuity of a group patients improved more significantly. The corneal curvature ( including vertical curvature and horizontal curvature ) of the trial group became more flat after wearing Orthokeratology Lens 2a and stopped 2 wk; The length of ocular axis was also increased, the growth rate of B group (0.33±0.31)mm was lower than that of group A (0. 43±0. 25)mm; Subjective refraction of myopia was increased 0.68±0.49D than wearing Orthokeratology Lens before, but compared with the growth (2. 08 ± 0. 57) D of the control, the effect of myopia control was more obviously. Grade of dry eye was more severely than that of wearing Orthokeratology Lens before, but there was no significant difference between groups A and B. Compared with wearing Orthokeratology Lens before, corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, corneal endothelial cell number and the intraocular pressure were all no significant differences between the trial and control group.CONCLUSlON: Orthokeratology is a safe and effective method for the correction of myopia, and long-term use of Orthokeratology Lens can effectively control the development of myopia. Controlling of moderate myopia is more effective than that of low myopia.

Purpose: To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on infantile attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, the changes in abnormal electroencephalogram and the relationships of the curative effect with the type of syndrome and age. Method: Five hundreds and ninty-two patients were divided into an acupuncture group and a Chinese medicine group.Results: The total effective rate was 84.4% in the acupuncture group and 78.8% in the Chinese medicine group, and the curative effect was better in the former than in the latter (P<0.05);the change rate in abnormal electroencephalogram was better in the acupuncture group than in the Chinese medicine group (P<0.05); there was a significant correlation between the curative effect and age (P<0.01), and the curative effect of acupuncture was better in the young.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment has a good effect on infantile attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, its total effective rate was higher and the changes in abnormal electroencephalogram was better than in the Chinese medicine group, and the curative effect was better in the liver-qi stagnation type and in the young.

Objective To study the radiosensitization effects of tetrandrine on advanced non small cell lung cancer and its toxicity.Methods The patients of 82 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were confirmed by pathology or cytology.The first course of treatment was treated with radiation therapy.Patients were divided into three groups:tetrandrine group,paclitaxel group and radiotherapy group.Tetrandrine group(30 cases)took radiotherapy with 40 mg tetrandrine(3 times a day)from the first day to the ending.Paclitaxel group (29 cases)took radiotherapy with intravenous infusion of 60 mg paclitaxel(once a week).Radio-therapy group (23 cases)only received radiotherapy.Results Tetrandrine and paclitaxel had the same radiosensitizing effect in ra-diotherapy.The total effective rate of tetrandrine and paclitaxel group was higher than radiotherapy group (P <0.05 ).The inci-dence of radiation pneumonitis in tetrandrine group was significantly lower than the other two groups (P <0.05).The one year free disease survival rate was promoted in tetrandrine group than other groups.Conclusion Tetrandrine was known as the same radia-tion sensitizing effect of paclitaxel fairly,which can reduce the toxicity of radiotherapy.

Objective To investigate the effect of sequential method in the training of primary anesthesia nurses. Methods A phased, gradual sequential method was used to train 11 primary anesthesia nurses. One-year full-course training was divided in 4 stages, each lasting 3 months. The theory and operational examination were held at the end of each stage and the tutoring teachers reported their comments. Result The mean scores of 11 primary anesthesia nurses were more than 90 points in both theory and operations examination, and the mean scores of tutor′s evaluation more than 85 points in each stage. Conclusion The sequential method can help primary anesthesia nurses to get better anesthesia-related knowledge, skill and clinical comprehensive ability, which set a solid foundation for their work of anesthesia care.

Objective To study the correlation of expression of N-myc downstream regulated gene 1(NDRG1) with invasion of breast invasive duct carcinoma and lymph node metastasis.
