1.Study on hematopoietic reconstruction for bone marrow depression mice with the transplantation of mobilized peripheral blood stem/proginiter cells by ginseng polysaccharide

Objective:To study the hematopoietic reconstruction for bone marrow depression mice with mobilized peripheral blood stem/proginiter cells by ginseng polysaccharide.Methods: Establish hematopoiesis failure model of mouse and transplant murine peripheral blood mononuclear cells mobilized by GPS.To observe the survival time,WBC,the weight of spleen,the number of CFU-S of recipient mice and chromosome chimerism.Results: After PBMNCs(1?105)mobilized by GPS from mice(male) were injected to the lethality irradiated mice,it can reduce the time of WBC recovery obviously;prolong the time of murine survival,increase the number of WBC of the recipient mice;it can also increase the number of CFU-S,the weight of spleen;Evaluating the Y chromosome by PCR,the result showed that 581bp Y chromosome sequence was examined in peripheral blood of the recipient mice.Conclusion: There are a lot of hematopoietic stem/ proginiter cells in peripheral blood of the mice mobilized by GPS,so it can obviously reconstruct the hematopoiesis of the bone marrow depression mice by transplantation.
2.The effect of mobilization of ginseng polysaccharide on murine hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell

Objective:To study the mobilizable effect of ginseng polysaccharide(GPS)on murine hematopoietic stem/ progenitor cells and provide experimental evidences for mobilizable preparation of hematopoietic stem cell from plant polysaccharide.Methods:The changes of the numbers of WBC and MNC,the percentage of CD34+ cell and the yields of CFU-Mix in peripheral blood were examined by means of WBC and MNC counts,immunocytochemistry,flow cytometry and hematopoietic cell culture in vitro.Results:4 hours after injection of GPS into mice with a dosage of 2 mg/kg,the numbers of WBC and MNC reached the maximum,which were 3 times and 3.5 times that of the NS group respectively.The percentage of CD34+ cell and the yields of CFU-Mix in vitro in peripheral blood(0.0079?0.0011 and(25.0?9.1)cfu/2?105MNC respectively)after the mobilization by GPS were obviously higher than those of the NS group.The effect of mobilization by combination of GPS and G-CSF was much better than that mobilized by single administration of GPS.Conclusion:GPS alone or in combination with G-CSF could significantly mobilize murine hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells from bone marrow into peripheral blood.

4.Application of surface electromyography during muscle trainings

Surface electromyography (SEMG) is firstly used for sports study to analyze muscular movement time sequence and contribution to movement under different sports and know whether initiation and duration of each muscle during exercise training is normal. Subsequently, SEMG is used for biofeedback to increase sports selectivity and concordant and accelerate functional recovery. Recently, extensive domestic studies on SEMG are focusing on rehabilitation medicine, especially on functional evaluation during muscle strength training exercise.
5.Standardization of Scrap and Process Management of Medical Equipment

Methods The scrap of medical equipment was discussed in aspects of standard, program and process of medical equipment scrap. The management level of the medical equipment was improved and dynamic management was realized. Results The intact rate, rate of depreciation and total value of the equipment were correctly reflected. Conclusion The economic and social benefit of the hospital are increased.
6.Relativity in Purchase and Maintenance of Medical Equipment

8.Study on the Significance of Detecting MMP-1 0 Level in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the significance of detecting serum MMP-10 in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 100 diabetic patients with suspected DN were devided into two groups,that was DM(42 cases)and DN(58 cases)group,and 60 casescontrolgroup(NC).By Mogenson,DN1(30 cases)and DN2(28 cases),HbA1c,BUN,Scr,UAER,β2-MG and MMP-10 leves were detected by the standard method.Results There were obvious differences of HbA1c,BUN,Scr,UAER,β2-MG and MMP-10 levels among DN,DM and NC(P<0.05).Apart of HbA1c,others were no differences between DM group and NC group(P>0.05).DN group was higher significantly than these in DM group(P<0.05),and HbA1c,BUN,Scr,UAER, andβ2-MG levels had no statistical difference between DN1 and DN2 group.MMP-10 level in DN2 was higher than that in DN1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-10 in serum may be a role indicator for impairment of renal function for diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.

Nosocomial infection is a major challenge in modern hospital management. It affects not only patient safety but also the health of the health care workers. Inappropriate control of nosocomial infections will lead to serious results. China introduced the concept of nosocomial infection control in mid 1980s. Since then, tremendous achievements have been made, while lags still exist when compared with the developed countries. Further efforts should be made to strengthen discipline construction and develop scientific control approaches.
