ObjectiveTo explore the effect of carotid artery sympathetic net exfoliation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on athetosic type cerebral palsy (CP).Methods46 CP children (athetosic type) were divided into the treatment group (n=25) and control group (n=21). All cases of two groups were treated with carotid artery sympathetic net exfoliation as well as children of the treatment group were added with drug and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.ResultsOne week after operation, the effect rate was 66.67% in control group and 64% in treatment group with no significant difference between two groups. 3 months after operation, the effect rate of the treatment group increased to 96.00%, but that of the control group was not changed, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionCarotid artery sympathetic nerve net exfoliation can improve the symptoms of athetosic type CP children, if combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the curative effect will be further improved.

Objective To study CD64 expression in neutrophilic granulocyte and its clinical effect in neonatal infection disease. Methods CD64 was detected among 59 neonatal patients(septicemia group 34 patients, local infection group 25 patients)hospitalized in our neonatal department diagnosed as neonatal infection disease in 48 h after hospitalized,2 weeks after therapy, then the results were compared with 27 patients as non - infection disease during the same period. Results CD64 in septicemia group was (6156. 21?3643. 32) molecula per cell,in local infection group was (2176.19 ? 946. 32)molecula per cell, in non- infection group was (2176. 19 ? 946. 32) molecula per cell. There were significant differences among three groups (all P0.05). Conclusions CD64 expression increases in bacterium infection disease. It is more obvious in widespread infection desease.and it can be the mark in early diagnosis of neonatal infection disease.

Objective:To summarize our experience in perioperative anesthetic management for fulminant hepatic failure (FHF)patients receiving liver transplantation. Methods:The clinical anesthetic data of 48 FHF patients receiving orthotopic liver transplantations(OLT)from January 2006 to January 2007 were retrospectively analyzed, and the anesthetic management expe- rience was summarized.General anesthesia was applied;the hemodynamics was monitored during the operation and doses of adrenaline and phenylephrine were adjusted according to the monitoring results.Blood samples were obtained before operation, before anheptic,30 min after anhepatic phase,5 min before neohepatic phase, and 5 min,30 min and 60 min after neohepatic phase for blood gas and electrolyte analysis and for determination of coagulation function;the drugs were subsequently adjusted according to analysis results. Results:All the 48 patient underwent successful anesthetic management and there was no death dur- ing opearation. The average blood loss during operation was(5 219?478)ml.Mild alkalosis, hypokalemia, hyponatrium, and hy- pocalcemia were present before operations,pH,BE and HCO_3~- were obviously reduced 30 min after anhepatic phase and in- creased 60 min after neohepatic phase.Kalemia was obviously increased 30 min following anhepatic phase and began to increase 60 min following neohepatic phase.Calium concentration was decreased at the end of preanhepatic phase(P

To evaluate the properties of solidifying volatile oil with graphene oxide, clove oil and zedoary turmeric oil were solidified by graphene oxide. The amount of graphene oxide was optimized with the eugenol yield and curcumol yield as criteria. Curing powder was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of graphene oxide on dissolution in vitro and thermal stability of active components were studied. The optimum solidification ratio of graphene oxide to volatile oil was 1:1. Dissolution rate of active components had rare influence while their thermal stability improved after volatile oil was solidified. Solidifying herbal volatile oil with graphene oxide deserves further study.

In this paper, the action of suet oil in the preparation of self-assembled micelles of the active flavonoids in Epimedium in the simulated human environment was researched. Twelve suet oil samples were collected from different growing areas and different positions of sheep or goat to simulate the formation of micelles. Then the effects of the fatty acids in suet oil on the preparation of self-assembled micelles were studied furthermore. The results showed that the micelles had a dispersed state and spherical smooth surface. To compare the diameter, potential, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of the 12 batches micelles, the micelles prepared by the suet oil from Qinghai were more stable and had a higher encapsulation efficiency. The fatty acids in suet oil could promote the formation of self-assembled micelles, but the whole suet oil had a better effect. Above all the study, we confirmed that the suet oil promoted the formation of self-assembled micelles of the flavonoids in Epimedium, it laid foundation for further research about increasing the efficacy of Epimedium and improved the absorption of the active flavonoids in Epimedium.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of transplantation of marrow multi- function stem ceils in treating femoral head necrosis. Methods Sixty japanese rabbits were divided into A,B and C groups randomly. After creation of the models of hormone induced necrosis of femoral head;A group was designated as the treatment,B as the control and C as the normal groups. The bone marrow of A group was extracted and isolated and then injected into the left femoral head and the right femoral head was decompressed by drilling only. The rabbits were killed at 8 weeks after the treatment and changes in various parameters were observed, including imaging data of molybdenum target films,CT and MRI;routine pathology with HE staining and ultrastructural alteration by election microscopy. Results Eight weeks after the treatment of transplantation of marrow multifunction stem cells, the X-ray showed only a little change but the typical appearances were revealed by CT and MRI.Pathohistologic manifestation demonstrated decrease of empty bone lacuna, increase of osteoblast and new bone formation.Election microscopy displayed abundant organelles in osteoblasts with few empty bone lacuna,in addition the tansplantation of marrow multifunction stem cells could obtain better reconstraction for the involved femoral head. Conclusions The treatment of transplantation of marrow muhifunction stem cells in femoral head necrosis could accelerate the process of repairing, worthy to be acknowledged as a good and valuable management in rabbits.(J Intervent Radial,2007,16:122-126)

Objective To evaluate the performance of Cys C results among two detection system. Methods The particle-enhanced immunonephrometic assay was used in Dade Behring BNII. Immunoturbic assay was used in Hitachi 7170 to evaluate the JING' YUAN reagents. We compared the precison, linearity, interference, correlation, and calibrators agreement with Dade Behring BNII.Results The total CV of the samples that contain 0.6-5.0 mg/L was less than 10%.The Dade Behring and JING'YUAN method showed good linearity.Haemoglobin(10 g/L),Bilirubin(300 mg/L), Vitamin C(5 g/L)in the tested sample had no significant interference in the assay(interference 0.05) between JING' YUAN and Dade Behring reagents.Values were slightly lower than that from the Dade Behring BNII method, the mean bias was-0.16.The bias range was 1.1%-23% between JING'YUAN and Dade Behring for one sample. Conclusions The precision, linearity and interference test were suitable for routine Cys C measurement on automated biochemistry analyzer, but results has bias.
