3.A comparative study of pharmaceutical service before and since the ongoing health reform in community health institutions of China
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(4):304-306
Objective Understanding current situation of pharmaceutical service before and since the ongoing health reform in community health institutions of China, and providing practical evidences to the government. Methods Adopting some indicators to comparative study the pharmaceutical care in 2008 and 201 1 in community health service institutions of China. Results From 2008 to 201 1, pharmaceutical service quality in general has greatly improved in community health institutions of China. For example, average number of drugs per prescription descended from 2.5 1 to 2.23.Percentage of prescriptions with an antibiotic descended from 43.98 to 32.08.Percentage of prescriptions with a hormone descended from 7.13 to 4.67.Percentage of prescriptions with two or more antibiotics descended from 1 1.24 to 7.31.These four indicators before and since the reform have statistical significance (P values are:0.003,0.001,0.003,0.004 respectively). But there are still inadequacies:from 2008 to 201 1,the average prescription cost descended from 59.63 to 5 1.18 yuan.Percentage of prescriptions with an IV drip descended from 34.84 to 30.41.These two indicators have not statistical significance(P values are 0.182,0.236 ).Conclusion To improve the quality of pharmaceutical service in community health institutions, the government should increase financial input to the community health institutions.
4.Effect of aspirin resistance on cardiovascular events in non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus patients
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(21):2486-2488
Objective To explore the effect of aspirin resistance on cardiovascular events in non-insulin-dependent diabetes melli-tus patients .Methods 496 patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus received daily aspirin therapy (100mg/d) 4 weeks were recruited from Jun .2006 to Sept .2010 .Platelet aggregation was measured by light transmission aggregometry .The patients were divided into three groups :aspirin resistance group ,aspirin semi-resistance group and aspirin-sensitive group .The clinical bio-chemistry indications and the adverse cardiovascular events were collected .Results 11 .69% of patients were found to be resistant to aspirin therapy ,and 37 .90% of patients to be aspirin semi-responders .There were 67 .48% female in aspirin resistance group and aspirin semi-responders .The preprandial glucose of group AR and ASR was higher than that of group AS (P<0 .05) .The HbA1C and TG of group AR were higher than those of group AS(P<0 .05) .There was statistically significant difference of the rate of car-diovascular events .Conclusion The measure of platelet aggregation should be taken in the diabetic mellitus patients and pay atten-tion on the dose of aspirin recommended .Particular attention is should also devote to the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events .
5.SURFACE CYCLODIATHERMY FOR ABSOLUTE GLAUCOMA
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Twenty two patients with variant types of absolute glaucoma were treated by surface cyc-lodiathermy. Follow-up time averages 3.5 years, without medication, intra-ocular pressure (IOP) was well controlled in 13 patients; IOP was decreased by 50% and the symptoms were relieved in two patients. The effective rate was 68%. In this paper, the technique and comp-lication of this operation were introduced. The technique rather simple. The effect of the operation is satisfactory, and complication is few. Therefore, we adopt cyclodiatharmy is a better procedure for absolute glaucoma
6.Promoting Effect of Schwann's Cells on the Differentiation of Rat Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells into Neuron-like Cells
Journal of China Medical University 2010;(9):737-739,742
Objective To approach a new method induce the differentiation of mesenchymal stems cells(MSC)into neuron-like cells. Methods We co-cultured Schwann cells with MSC to induce the differentiation of rat MSC into neuron-like cells.Immunohistochemistry was employed to observe the expression of NSE and Brdu, and Western blot to examine the expression of NeuN by in transdifferenciated MSC(Neuron-like cells).Additionally,we analyzed the differentiating rate of MSC.Results The co-culture of MSC with Schwann cells could induce the expression of NSE and NeuN.They have been differentiated into neuron-like cells. The differentiating rate of MSC was(80.51±5.65)%.Conclusion The co-culture with Schwann′s cells could differentiate rat bone marrow derived MSC into Neuron-like cells.

0.05).Phlebitis occurred in 3 cases(4.2%) in PICC group, pneumothorax happened in 2 cases in CVC group.Calhelerization failure in CVC group was 7 cases who then received PICC successfully. No deep vein thrombosis occurred in either group. Conclusions:PICC has no possible severe complications of central venous access such as pneumothorax. The new method provides a safe, reliable and effective venous access for mid and long term usage in old patients.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2010;25(1):33-36
Methamphetamine is a powerful stimulant of amphetamine type in the central nervous system (CNS),and recently it has become the major drugs of abuse.A lot of research results show that MA may induce dopaminergic neurotoxicity in the animal and human striatum. The mechanisms include effects on dopaminergic signaling and dopamine oxidation, glutamate induced excitotoxicity, oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines, disruption of mitochondfia, apoptosis, activation of glial cells and hyperthermia. However the mechanisms by the MA-induced dopaminergic neurotoxicity are not completely understood. The paper reviewed recent progress of study on them to provide reference materials for related research.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(12):1639-1643
Cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) is a kind of small molecular peptide which can pass through a variety of cell membranes. It can carry bioactive macromolecules into cells. Due to lacking of tissue-selecting and targeting behavior, the application of CPP in the field of tumor treatment is limited. Activatable cell- penetrating peptide (ACPP) has brought the dawn to the application of CPP. This review mainly introduces the applications of ACPP in the targeting antitumor drug delivery which was designed based on the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues as well as the exogenous physical stimulation.
