Objective To investigate the expression of RCAS1,which is a receptor-binding cancer antigen expressed on SiSo cells in many tumor cell lines. Methods Using real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR),Northern blot,immunohistochemical examination and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,we detected the expre-(ssion) of RCAS1 in 10 different tumor cell lines and two normal cell lines.
