1.Exploration and Analysis on Conversion Model of Chinese Medicine Scientific Achievements into Standards
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1850-1852
The smooth conversion of scientific achievements in Chinese medicine to standards acts as a bridge in the industrialization process of scientific achievements. By combining scientific researches and standards development of Chinese medicine, this paper analyzed how to establish a mechanism for mutual supports of scientific research and standards development. Based on different categories of scientific achievements in Chinese medicine, this paper ex-plored models for converting fundamental achievements for public wealth and technical achievements for products in-to standards.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Computed tomography perfusion imaging can accurately and promptly provide hemodynamic parameters of brain tissues after stroke, and it has a good correlation with the accepted hemodynamic measurement, the parameters got from xenon-computed tomography, functional magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography. Therefore,CTP has been widely used in predicting the studies of ischemic penumbra after stroke.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
The prognosis and outcome in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage are closely correlated with perihernatoma tissue injury and recovery. The pathophysiological mechanisms after intracerebral hemorrhage are extremely complicated. There are regional blood flow changes in perihematoma tissues, but whether there is a similar“penumbra”as in cerebral ischemia remains uncertain. At present, studies in this field have mainly focused on the imaging detection of regional cerebral blood flow and metabolism. The study methods frequently used include single photon emission computed tomography, functional magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, positron emission tomography and CT perfusion imaging, etc. The application of these imaging techniques have provided some valuable methods for identifying whether perihematoma penumbra is present or not,but further studies are needed to confirm it.
4.Secondary Injury to the Perihematoma Region of Intracerebral Hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(11):-
The changes of pathophysiology of perihematomal tissue after intracerebral hemor- rhage are extremely complicated.Studies in recent years have suggested that perihematomal tissue does exist many changes of pathophysiology and molecular biology, such as mass effect of hematoma, hematoma components damage to perihematomal tissue, hemodynamic changes, neuropeptide Y and matrix metalloproteinase changes, etc.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(19):-
Objective To construct the eukaryotic expression plasmid of pEGFPC1uPAR gene and explore the effect on the proliferation and invasion ability of Pam 212 cells. Methods The human uPAR cDNA was cloned by PCR, and inserted into the eukaryotic expression plasmid pEGFPC1. After identification of sequencing, the reconstructive plasmid was transformed transiently into Pam 212 cells, then the cell growth and the invasion ability were evaluated. Results The reconstructive plasmid of pEGFPC1uPAR was validated by sequencing. The reconstructive plasmid can promote the growth of Pam 212 cells and enhance the invasion ability. Conclusion The pEGFPC1uPAR plasmid was constructed successfully and uPAR was confirmed to promote the growth and the invasion ability of Pam 212 cells, which lay the foundation for further studies of uPAR in vivo.

Objective To compare and explore impact of subclinical hypothyroidism on metabolic risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 204 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The patients were divide into two groups according to whether complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism:combination of simple type 2 diabetes mellitus (150 cases) and type 2 diabetes mellitus with SCH group(54 cases),two groups of age, gender, duration were no statistical difference.and collecting the clinical data of two groups of patients by Professional people, detection of blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),uric acid (UA),Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT),insulin and C peptide releasing test were taken in all groups. The improvement of insulin,C peptide index [HOMR-islet(CP)] and whole body insulin sensitivity index (ISIcomp) were used to estimate insuhn sensitivity, and improvement of insulin,C peptide secretion index [HOMR-isle (CP)] was used to evaluate the function of pancreatic islet β cell.T test was used for statistic alanalysis.Risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with microvascular Complication by using Logistic regression analysis. Results (1) Compared with type 2 diabetes mellitus group, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI),triglycerides(TC),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),UA,fasting C peptide(C-P0),postprandial 120 min C peptide(C-Pm),HOMA-IR(CP) were increased (P < 0.05),while fasting blood glucose(FPG),bloods glucose in postprandial 120 min (G120),HbA1c,ISI-comp were decreased (P < 0.05).(2) The incidence of diabetic nephropathy was higher in diabetic patents with subclinical hypothyroidism than those without subchnical hypothyroidism, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(3) Logistic analysis showed that duration,SBP,TSH were the major risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with nephropathy (P < 0.05).Conclusions Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with subclinical hypothyroidism compared to pure insulin resistance is more obvious, the degree of lipid metabolism disorders more severe.Elevated TSH can predict the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
8.The Roles of Drug-Fluting Stents in the Prevention and Treatment of Restenosis After Extracranial and Intracranial Stent Angioplasty

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Now symptomatic extracranial and intracranial stenting usually uses bare metal stents, but the incidence of restenosis is higher. The studies of drug-eluting stems for the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis have suggested that the incidence of restenosis decreases significantly. Although extracranial and intracranial drug-eluting stem placement appears to be safe, further large, prospective, randomized, controlled trials are needed to demonstrate its safety and effectiveness.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Yishen Zhongzi Pill (YZP) on the sperm motility of Shen-essence deficiency syndrome (SEDS) patients.
METHODSTotally 144 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group (71 cases) and the control group (73 cases). Ten cases dropped out during the therapeutic course. A total of 134 patients completed this clinical study, 67 in each group. Patients in the treatment group took YZP (6 g each time, twice daily), while those in the control group took Wuzi Yanzong Pill (6 g each time, twice daily). The therapeutic course for all was one month. Changes of the sperm motility, clinical efficacy, and Chinese medical symptoms scores were observed between the two groups before and after treatment.
RESULTSCompared with before treatment in the same group, percentages of class a spermatozoa and class a + b spermatozoa were enhanced in the two groups after treatment (P <0. 01). Besides, they were higher in treatment group than in the control group (P <0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77. 61 % (52/67 cases), while it was 58. 21 % (39/67 cases) in the control group. It was better in the treatment group than in the control group (Z= -2. 914, P =0. 004). Compared with before treatment in the same group, scores for Chinese medical symptoms decreased in the two groups (P <0. 01). The difference of pre-post integrals was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0. 01).
CONCLUSIONYZP showed favorable effect in treating asthenospermia patients with SEDS and could effectively elevate the motility of sperm.
