Objective To explore the effect of DNA methylation inhibitor 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR) on proliferation and tumor suppressor gene PRDM1α expression in Burkitt's lymphoma cell line NAMALWA. Methods MTT was used to study the impact of DNA methylation inhibitor on proliferation in NAMALWA cells,and comparative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR) with SYBR Green assay was used to detect PRDM1α gene expression. Results MTT results showed that 5-AzaCdR inhibited proliferation of NAMALWA cells in a dose-dependent manner.After treated with 5-Aza-CdR for 72 h at 0.01,0.0625,0.1,0.125,0.25,0.5,1,2 and 4 μmol/L,the inhibition rates were 21.93 ％,39.23 ％,47.69 ％,50.37 ％,53.54 ％,57.72 ％,62.31％,65.68 ％,67.87 ％,respectively,and the differences of absorbance among the groups were also statistically significant (all P＜ 0.01). Meanwhile, 5-Aza-CdR could induce the re-expression of PRDM1α, and △Ct of 0.5, 1, 2 μmol/L groups showed significant differences compared with control group (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion DNA methylation inhibitor 5-Aza-CdR can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Burkitt' s lymphoma cell line NAM ALWA,and the possible mechanism of this inhibition may be induction of demethylation and re-expression of PRDM 1α.

ObjectiveTo analyzes the influence of psychological factors on the rehabilitation of the professional ennui (PE) of teachers in Institutions of Higher Learning (TIHL).MethodsMaslach Burnout Inventory-ES and the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used to investigate the subjects of TIHL. ResultsThe scores of PE showed distinct positive correlation with every factor of SCL-90 (P<0.01). ConclusionPE of TIHL is correlative with SCL-90, which seems that improvement of psychology may improve the PE of TIHL.

AIM: To isolate three kinds of bufadienolides composition from Venenum bufonis in order to investigate their antitumor activity in vitro.METHODS: Alcohol extraction and isolation by Silica gel colume were employed in this study.Their antitumor activities in vitro were evaluated by MTT colorimetric method.RESULTS: With such methods,three kinds of bufadienolides,including Bufalin,cinobufagin,and resibufogenin with purity above 90% were prepared.The in-vitro results showed that three kinds of bufadienolides had prominent inhibition effect on human lung cancer A549 cells,human breast cancer MDA-MB-435 cells in the range of 0.001 ?g/mL ～ 100 ?g/mL.CONCLUSION: Isolation by Silica gel colume can be used to separate three kinds of bufadienolides from Venenum bufonis and its constituents has prominent anti-cancer effects.

[Objective]To analyse the operative complications in total hip arthroplasty.[Method]Sixty-two patients (62 hips) undergone total hip arthroplasty from March 1998 to November2009,were grouped according to the different causes of the operative complications.[Result]Based on the analysis of all cases,it was found that the most common causes resulting in the failure of the surgery were surgical technichque and fracture,anesthesia,osteoporosis,diabetes mellitus,and cerebral hemorrhage.Complications in all 5 cases were sudden death in 1,femural fracture in 1,unequal-length lower timbs in 1,and postoperative dislocation in 2.[Conclusion]Total hip arthroplasty has been extensively used as an effective procedure for the reconstruction of hip joint.Long-term excellent clinical results are related to preoperative preparation,patient matched fact,and the experience and surgical technique of the surgeon are also of importance to the final outcome.
