Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bella in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods According to the different treatment methods will be January 2015-2017 year in March in our hospital 120 cases of patients with gastric ulcer group: control group was treated with amoxicillin + clarithromycin + omeprazole treatment, the observation group used amoxicillin + clarithromycin + ray Bela with before and after treatment; the two groups were observed for clinical symptom score changes, the level of IL-2/IL-6/CRP the incidence of adverse reactions, and the relevant data for comparative analysis. Results Amoxicillin + clarithromycin + ray was Bella (observation group) in the treatment of gastric ulcer is better than omeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithromycin (control group) treatment, clinical symptoms score changes better than the control group, IL-2/IL-6/CRP levels than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); two groups of patients the adverse reaction rate comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The gastric ulcer patients choose amoxicillin + clarithromycin + ray Bella with significant curative effect, can improve the clinical symptoms and IL-2/IL-6/CRP level of patients, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of widely used in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer.

Objective:To investigate the hospital acquired pneumoma in ICU,including its morbidity rate,mortality rate,including factors,and pathogenic distribution and its drug resistance.Methods:A clinical retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate 40 cases of patients acquiring pneumonia in EICU.Results:Twenty-three of 40 cases (57.5%)died.Factors significantly predisposing hospital acquired pneumonia were tracheal intubations or tracheotomy(35%).Pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa (35%) and Acinetobacter baumannii (20%) were found in most of 40 cases.And the analysis of drug sensitivity showed resistance among all the agents tested in different levels,also the multidrug resistance emerged.Conclusion:Mortality rate of HAP is found high in ICU.The leading causative microorganisms are Gram-negative bacteria,and drug-resistant bacteria.Antibiotics should be appropriately selected.

Objective:To discuss the effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation on acute lung injury with pathologic pregnancy.Methods:A clinical retrospective analysis was carried out to investigate 45 cases of acute lung injury in pathologic pregnancy treated by non-invasive mechanical ventilation in central ICU.Results:Forty-four patients of forty-five were cured (97.8%).Only one patient(2.22%) developed ARDS,and changed to be treated by invasive mechanical ventilation.Conclusion: Pathologic pregnancy is the high risk group of AIS.Using NIPPV early is an effective way to treat,with high success rate of emergency care.The keys of treatment are early diagnosis,early treatment and monitoring of the development of ARDS.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of the serum GP73 detection in the diagnosis of hepatocellular car-cinoma(HCC).Methods The expression level of serum GP73 protein was quantitatively detected by ELISA,including 52 cases of healthy individuals,45 cases of non-hepatic disease,43 cases of viral hepatitis B,20 cases of liver cirrhosis and 30 cases of HCC;The levels of GP73 were compared among the 5 groups.Serum a-fetoprotein(AFP)level in the HCC patients was detected by electro-chemilumnescence(ECL)method.The area of receiver operating curve(ROC),sensitivity and specificity of GP73 and AFP for diag-nosing HCC were calculated.Results The serum level of GP73 was (58.57 ± 35.64)ng/mL in the non-hepatic disease group, (70.36±49.88)ng/mL in the viral hepatitis B group,(114.47±51.27)ng/mL in the liver cirrhosis group and (251.37±95.6)ng/mL in the HCC group,which in the patients was significantly higher than(34.03±15.20)ng/mL in the healthy control group,the differences had statistical significance(P <0.05);The serum GP73 level in the HCC group was significantly higher than that in the other groups with statistical difference(P <0.01);The positive detection rate of serum GP73 in the HCC group was 76.7%,which was significantly higher than 3.12% in the non-HCC group,the difference had statistical significance(χ2 =108,P <0.05);The sen-sitivity and specificity of GP73 for diagnosing HCC were 75.1% and 94.9% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the AFP(52.3% and 86.6%).Conclusion GP73 could be to become a better serum marker for diagnosing HCC.

Objective] To study emotional counterbalance therapy which is used in depression treatment ,it plays an important role in the treatment of emotional disorders. [Method] With the research methods of taking depression for example ,through the sad,fear of these two emotional factors to explore the pathogenesis of depression,and analyze“happiness restrains sadness“ and“thought restrains fear”in the emotional counterbalance therapy, which are used in the depression clinical application.[Result]Emotional counterbalance uses one or more of the emotions to regulate ,control,overcome the other one or more negative emotions,which based on the restriction among the five elements theory is a kind of psychological therapy.Sadandfearare the most common chief complaints in depression which belong to the emotional depression in depression disease of Chinese medicine. This reflects the lung,kidney play an indispensable role in the treatment of depression. It has significant curative effects to apply the theory of emotion counterbalance,such as happiness restrains sadness,thought restrains fear to cure diseases. At the same time,with a relaxed and pleasant mood,actively guiding to help thinking is also the treatment of depression,pessimistic disappointment medicine.[Conclusion] According to the restriction among five elements theory,to use the relation and restriction between emotion and five zang-organs to regulate emotional disorders can restore to the normal balance,which is an effective psychological treatment for emotional disorders.The therapy should be used alone or combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment in different situations to relive the treatment effect.

Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols and sulforaphane on the expression of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 in lung cancer tissue.Methods 56 cases confirmed by pathology and operation therapy for lung cancer patients,were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group,each had 28 cases.The content of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cell cycle protein E2 in all patients were determined with ELISA.The expression of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95,cyclin E2 and statistics of microvessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The protein levels of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cell cycle protein E2 protein were detected by Western Blot. Results The contents of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 in control group were higher than that in combination group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 ).Immunohistochemical SP results showed that protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expression all had positive expression,and the MVD in control group was higher than combination group(P<0.01);Western Blot results showed that the expressions of protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 protein in control group were higher than combination group(P<0.01).Conclusion Protein kinase A anchoring protein 95 and cyclin E2 expressions are increased in both groups in lung cancer tissues,and they are positively correlated,negatively correlated with drug treatment,which can be used as the indexes of lung cancer evaluation.

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment in left colorectal carcinoma with acute colorectal obstructive.Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with acute left obstructive colorectal carcinoma treated by emergent operation were collected.65 cases received one stage tumor resection and 5 cases received two stage tumor resection were retrospectively analyzed.Results The complication rate was 20.0%(14/70),mortality rate was 1.0%(1/70);radical surgery after 1,3,5-year cumulative survival rates were 100.0%,93.6%,66.7% wich were higher than the palliative surgery 69.2%,0.0%,0.0%(all P＜0.01);With univariate analysis,radical resection,Dukes stage,tumor differentiation,and chemotherapy were found to be significant factors associated with the overall survival(χ2 = 16.546,20.649,5.953,all P＜0.01);with the overall survival.With multivariate analysis,radical resection independently affected the overall survival(Wald = 5.877,P＜0.01).Conclusion One stage radical resection was feasible for left obstructive colorectal carcinoma,and could improve survival rate after operation.

Objective We aimed to translate the English version of Patient Dignity Inventory (PDI) into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PDI in terminal stage patients.Methods Totally 285 patients in terminal stage was recruited and investigated by the Chinese version of PDI.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of PDI ranged from 0.728 to 0.953,which was ＞0.70; split half coefficient was 0.561; the test-retest reliability was 0.824,which showed that internal consistency of Chinese version of PDI was good.The content validity index was 0.912.Factor analysis got five factors,which explained 62.172％ of the total variance; the factor loading of each item was ＞0.4.Conclusions The Chinese version of PDI has been proved to be reliable and valid.It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of dignity in terminal stage patients.

OBJECTIVE:To study protective effects of Ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic gel against Staphylococcus aureus corneal ulcer in rabbits. METHODS:S. aureus corneal ulcer in rabbits model was induced by corneal substance layer inoculation, and then divided into model group,positive control group (Clarithromycin ophthalmic gel),gel high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups(Ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic gel 120,80,40 mg/ml),with 20 rabbits in each group. They were given re-levant medicine,once a day for 2 weeks. The keratopathy of rabbits was observed;the clinical efficacy and keratopathy score were compared. The change of ratina was observed under micrescope. RESULTS:Compared with model group,the keratopathy score de-creased while total effective rate increased in positive control group and gel groups after medication, and the effects of gel high-dose and low-dose groups were significantly lower than that of positive control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The retina of rabbits had not affected by the experiment. CONCLUSIONS:Ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic gel has protective effect against S. aureus corneal ulcer in rabbits.
