The authors present a case of pulmonary arterial aneurysms and thrombosis without other organs manifestation in Behcet's syndrome (Hughes-Stovin's syndrome. It is a year old boy admitted as hemoptisis. The P.A. and lateral chest X-rays shown confusing large opacity near LT heart border look-like a lung tumor. The CT scan detected mulfifocal aneurysms disseminated all over LT lung and some scattered on RT lung. The diameter of aneurysms varies from1-7cm; there are thrombi inside aneurysms associated with of RT pulmonary arterial embolism. The patient was operated because hemoptysis may have aneurysmal rupture. The patient was operated because hemoptysis may have aneurysmal rupture. Unfortunaly the LT lung cannot be respected as planning, only a biopsy was done. The results of pathology showed chronic pan-vascularitis and alveolar hemorrhage, compatible with diagnosis of Behcet's syndrome. This is the first published case of Hughes - Stovin's syndrome in Vietnam.
