1.Research progress on the effects of acupuncture-moxibustion serum.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(10):1042-1046
The acupuncture-moxibustion serum has received wide attention as a new idea and method. Its application on researches in vivo and the treatment of disease not only has an important theory value, but also provides new ideas for overcoming the limitations of researches in vivo and some disease's treatment. Literature regarding the basic research of acupuncture-moxibustion serum for last more than 10 years is reviewed, and the effects of acupuncture-moxibustion serum on respiratory system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, immune system, anti-aging, bone metabolism and anti-cancer are summarized, hoping to provide references for clinical treatment and evidence-based medicine.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(13):1956-1957
Objective To study the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin on fetal growth restriction (FGR) prevention in early pregnancy. Methods 100 pregnant women had been employed in our study, they were divided into two groups, observation( n =60) and control( n =40) group. Both groups were given the natural vitamin E 0.1g,and folie acid 0.4mg daily oral administration, continuing to 12 weeks of gestation.5000 u of subcutaneous dalteparin sodium was added to pregnant women with notmal level of D-dimer in the observation group until 12 weeks of pregnancy, while the dose of Fragmin was adjusted in pregnant women with abnormal level of D-dimer until retuned to normal level. The pregnacy outcome of two groups were compared. Results The gestational age, birth weight, placental weight of the obseruation group was signiticantly higher than thal of the control group ( t =4.55,2.79,11.91,all P < 0.05 ),while FGR,oligohydramnies, fetal distress and the incidence of hypertensive disorters of the obseruation group were significantly lower than that of control group ( x2 =6.50,20.55,7.87,3.76,all P < 0.05 ) ; Compared to the control group, the observation group didn't have higher incidence of intrauterine fetal death, neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death ( P > 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin using in early pregnancy was effective in preventing FGR in pregnant women with FGR risk factors.
5.Disease Prevention and Control in Hospital:An Experience
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To introduce the methods of hospital disease prevention and control and advance the level of infection management.METHODS We constituted and administered thoroughly hospital regulations of infection prevention and control according to our country and PLA′s laws and statutes.RESULTS To eliminate effectively the outbreak and epidemic of the hospital infection and cross infection, and complete the work of hospital disease prevention and control that leads appointed us.CONCLUSIONS Disease prevention and control are the key to the infection control in hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):24-26
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nutritional support for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer with fat emulsion and amino acids (17) and glucose (11%) injection (Calvin injection). Methods A total of 68 patients with esophageal cancer treated in the chest surgery in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group. All patients were treated with surgery for esophageal cancer. The patients in the study group were treated with Calvin injection after operation while patients in the control group were treated with conventional fluid replacement therapy. Subjective comprehensive assessment (SGA) was used to assess the nutritional status of the patients and the weight, serum total protein (TSP), serum albumin (Alb), transferrin (TF) content, urea nitrogen content in on one week, malnutrition improvement and complications of the patients in two groups were recorded and compared. Results The weight of the patients with esophageal cancer in the two groups after operation was decreased, and the weight loss of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The decrease degree of TSP, Alb and TF in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The negative nitrogen balance of the two groups was improved, and the improvement of the negative nitrogen balance in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The postoperative malnutrition in the patients with esophageal cancer was improved. The improvement degree of malnutrition in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional method of postoperative fluid replacement, Calvin injection can improve the recovery of the body function of the patients with esophageal cancer after operation, improve the patient's negative nitrogen balance and nutritional status, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the clinical prognosis. This treatment is safer and more effective and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.

Objective To study the clinical effect of subtotal parathyroidectomy on secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT) in uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods The data of 10 uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis who received subtotal parathyroidectomy from Jun.2006 to Jun.2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH),serum calcium, phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product were analyzed statistically before operation,1 week,1 month,3 months, and 6 months after the operation. The joint pain relief and postoperative complications were studied. Results ①All of the 10 patients were successfully operated. No complication occurred. The intraoperative site of the parathyroid was consistent with that positioned by the preoperative B ultrasound guidance.②Postoperative bone pain and pruritus were obviously relieved.③iPTH decreased significantly at 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months after surgery compared with that before surgery. The difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).④Postoperative serum calcium, serum phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product decreased significantly at 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months after surgery compared with that before surgery. The difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusions Preoperative localization for neck parathyroid by ultrasound scan is feasible.Subtotal parathyroidectomy can be effective in treatment of SHPT in uremic patients. The surgery were safe and with satisfactory treatment outcome.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare loperamide hydrochloride oral solution,to establish its quality control method, and to study its stability.METHODS:Loperamide hydrochloride oral solution was prepared by using macrogol-400as the anxiliary solvent, water as the solvent,a reversed phase HPLC method was established to determination the content of principal agent loperamide hydrochloride and the method described in Chinese Pharmacopeia was applied to study its stability.RESULTS:A good linear relationship was obtained in the loperamide hydrochloride at concentration of0.05~0.5mg/ml(r=0.9995);The average recoveries of loperamide hydrochloride at the high, medium and low concentrations were100.6%、101.5%and99.1%respectively,with RSD being1.03%、0.49%and0.56%respectively;The stability showed no evident change as compared with before.CONCLUSION:The loperamide hydrochloride oral solution shows the advantages of simple preparation procedure, satisfactory stability and controllable quality.
