Aim To study the protective effect of total extract of astragalus(TEA) on primary rat hepatocytes injured by CCl4 or H2O2 and its mechanism. Methods The primary hepatocytes were isolated by Ⅳ collaganase and injured by CCl4 or H2O2.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathion(GSH),glutathion peroxidase(GSHpx) activity of hepatocytes and the AST and /or ALT level in cultural supernatant were determined by general methods. Results (1) The elevation of MDA content of hepatocytes and AST level in supernatant of cultural hepatocytes, and the loss of GSH content and GSHpx activity induced by CCl4 were restored remarkably by TEA(5~80 mg?L-1);(2)The elevation of ALT level in the supernatant of hepatocytes and MDA content of hepatocytes, and the loss of GSH content and GSHpx activity induced by H2O2 were improved significantly by TEA(5~80 mg?L-1) treatment. Conclusion The results suggest that TEA possess direct protective action on primary hepatocyte in vitro injured by CCl4 or H2O2. These might be associated with its anti-oxidative activity.

Objective To study the effect of docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA ) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) on cognition impairment and huntingtin associated protein 1 ( HAP1 ) expression in hippocampus of rat model with Alzheimer' s disease(AD). Methods Forty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, AD group, DHA group and EPA group on average. Alcl3 was injected intraperitoneally and D-galac tose was injected into subcutaneous to establish the model of rat with AD. ABC method of immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression level of HAP1 in the hippocampus. Morris water maze was used to study the spatial learning and memory in rats. Results Compared with control group, the HAP1-positive neurons of hippo campus decreased and poorer performance in Morris water maze test was observed in AD group. Compared with AD group, DHA and EPA treatments significantly caused the decreases in escape latency and searching distance in the Morris water maze test. The number of HAP1- positive cells in DG region of DHA group(43.57 ±6.14) increased obviously compared with AD group( 28.56 ± 4.23 ) (P < 0.05 =. Conclusion The immunoreactivities of HAP1 decrease in hippocampus of AD rat. The applications of DHA and EPA in AD rats significantly improve the ability of learning and memory;and the mechanisms may be related to the decrease of HAP1 expressions in hippocampus.

Objective To investigate the relationship of iPTH levels, calcium and phosphorus metabolism with cardiovascular event status in the chronic renal failure (CRF) patients. Methods This article retrospectivly studied the clinical and laboratory data of 87 CRF patients. 66 patients of A group didnt occur cardiovascular events, and 21 cases of B group occurred cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. This article analyzed iPTH levels, serum calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product and therelationship between cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events between the two groups. Results Decreased iPTH,increased serum C reactive protein and increased lipoprotein(a) had relationship with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with chronic renal failure, but calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product has nothing to do with the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events increased significantly in dialysis patients than in non - dialysis patients. Conclusiou Chronic renal failure patients on dialysis levels of serum iPTH, CRP level, LP(a) level and dialysis could lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
9.An analysis on influencing factors of elders' medical consumption behavior under the back-ground of pension combined with medical service:A case study of Nanjing
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(1):52-57
Objective: Under the background of pension combined with medical service, for the elders to reasonably, effectively and fully utilize the medical resources, it is of vital significance to establish good medical con-sumptive behavior and consumption intention, to promote healthy old age and improve elders' health and happiness to help them cultivate a fine habit in their practical life. Methods: Based on the micro-survey data of investigation in Nanjing, this paper systematically analyzed the factors influencing elders' medical consumption behavior by using the theory of planned behavior and structural equation model. Results:Different factors were classified into behavioral at-titudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control, and significant variables were found out through behavior model as well as though measuring their relative effects. Conclusion: There is no significant casual relationship be-tween the perceived behavior control and medical consumption behavioral intention. The elders' medical consumption behavior intention is affected by various social network relationships. The belief strength, normative belief, behavioral attitudes and subject norms can affect elders' medical consumption behavior.
