Objective To analyze the monitored results of the influenza from 2010 to 2014 in Huainan city, and to master the local status of influenza and the dynamic changes of this kind of epidemic,which can get us to find the outbreaks promptly.In the meantime,to provide the scientific basis for the further prevention.Methods 11 600 cases of patients with influenza like disease in Huainan were collected and viral nucleic acid was analyzed by using the method of detecting RealTime RT -PCR.Results From 2010 to 2014,3 633 cases were collected in Huainan General Hospital.PCR showed that 472 cases were positive(the positive rate was 13.0%),of which 187 cases were Seasonal H3 model(39.6%),91 cases were New type H1N1(19.3%),82 cases were B type(17.4%)and 81 cases were Yamagata type(17.2%).Conclusion From 2010 to 2014,the influenza was more active in the autumn and winter seasons in Huainan,and steady in other seasons.The H3 type is the main season separation plants.

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women in China and around the world. Population-based survival analysis can reflect the overall level of cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in countries or regions, providing basic information for making efficient health policies. Breast cancer survival varies among countries or regions because of differences among races, so-cioeconomic factors, healthcare services, and cancer diagnosis and treatment. Breast cancer prognosis is closely related to tumor stage, status of receptors, and treatments. By determining the relationship between breast cancer survival and related factors, the re-sults can help in predicting the prognosis and evaluating the quality of care services. The article provides an overview of breast cancer survival in China and abroad, as well as references for cancer surveillance.

The incidence of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is increasing year by year,and the mortality is high,which poses a great threat to the life of patients.In recent years,the immune nutrition therapy has become the focus in the treatment of SAP,among which,fish oil lipid emulsion as a novel type of fat emulsion,has the multi-effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative,immunomodulatory,promoting signal transduction and protecting organ function apart from providing nutrition and regulating metabolism.It can prevent the deterioration of the whole body from systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective To decrease the fault rate and increase the clinical application management of the defibrillator.Methods The allocation,training,daily maintenance,quality control,emergency treatment and etc of the defibrillators in some hospital were summarized,and a set of clinical application management method was proposed for the defibrillators.Results The allocation and maintenance of the defibrillators were improved,and the rate for the completion of records reached 100％.The fault rate of the defibrillators was 0,and A requirements for first-aid and life support devices in grade assessment issues were fulfilled.Conclusion It's proved the management method is feasible for eliminating the deficiencies in clinical application management of the defibrillator.

Prophylactic effect of magnesium sulfate on reperfusion-airhythmias was studied using a left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion followed by reperfusion in the isolated rat hearts. In the first part of the present work, we observed a bell-shaped relationship between the incidence of reperfusion-induced ventricular fibrillation (VF) and the duration of preceding ischemia. In the second part, the concentration of magnesium sulfate in perfusate was increased to 3.6, 4.8 and 6.0mmol/L, respectively, 1 min before coronary ligation, VF fell in a dose-dependent manner from its control total incidence of 100% to 82%, 73% and 18% (P

Objective To inverstigate the efficiency and safety of transcatheter uterine artery embolization (TUAE) as well as the pathological changes and it′s significance after embolization. Methods 44 cases of uterine fibroids were treated by TUAE using lipiodol pingyangmycin emulsion (LPE) and Gelfoam sponge paeticles. Seven of 44 cases underwent hysterectomy or myomectomy from 1 to 6 weeks after TUAE.The specimens were studied to observe pathological changes of fibroids and myometrium. 37 of 44 patients were followed up for 1 to 6 months to observe the changes of fibroid size and uterine volume. The changes of ovarian function and myometrium after TUAE were found out by observation on mensis, test of ovarian hormone, premenstrual diagnostic curettage and pathology of the resected specimens. Results Total improvement of symptams occurred in 91.9%(34/37), including control of menorrhagia in 91.4%(32/35), disappearance of lumbago and lower abdominal pain in 85 3%(29/34),relief of freguency and urgency of micturition in 50.0%(7/14). Average decrease of fibroid and uterine volume at 6 months after TUAE was 61.3% and 50.6% respectively. No amenorrhea happened. Premenstrual diagnostic curettage showed secretory endomtrium. There was no significant difference in ovarian hormon level befor and after embolization. Pathological study showed that lipiodol was found to deposit in fibroids and was not seen in myometrium. Spotty necrosis 2 weeks occurred in fibroid and extensive patchy necrosis 3 weeks after embolization. The necrotic area became larger with elapse of time postoperative. Necrosis was not seen in myometrium. Conclusion TUAE is a new ,and effective procedure for uterine fibroid and LPE as an embolizing agent is safe without damage on myometrium.

Objective: To study the impression of Chinese people on Chinese urban children, their main source of information about the Chinese people, and the infvuence of age, school, and gender upon their evaluation. Methods: 383 Chinese urban children ranging from 5 to 12 years were interviewed individually or investigated with the questionnaire. Results: Most of the children reported that the Chinese were happy, clean, peaceful, clever, hardworking, kind and nice. However, the urban children's positive impression of the Chinese people was decreased with their growing up. The study also found that children's information on the Chinese people was mainly in order from television, newspapers, books and cartoons, parents, classmates, friends and teachers, and radio, and that the information source became increasingly diversificed with age. No significant difference in gender and between two schools was found. Conclusion: Chinese urban children had a positive impression of Chinese people, and they had a preference and identity for Chinese people . Mass media were the main source of information.

Objective To explore the impact of family history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus on the phenotype of insulin resistance and the ?-cell function in normoglycemic subjects. Methods 275 normoglycemic subjects were divided into four groups according to family history of hypertension and diabetes,namely group combined with family history of hypertension and diabetes (H+D+group),group without family history of hypertension and diabetes (H-D-group),group without family history of hypertension but with diabetes (H-D+group),group with family history of hypertension but without diabetes (H+D-group). The homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) and the function of insulin secretion (HOMA-?) was used to estimate insulin resistance and ?-cell function. Results The mean body mass index,waist to hip ratio,blood pressure,triglycerides,cholesterol and HOMA-IR were significantly higher in H+D+group than those in H-D-group,but HDL,HOMA-? were significantly lower in H+D+group than those in H-D-group (all P
