2.The research development of oil fat emulsion in severe acute pancreatitis
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(3):181-185,188
The incidence of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is increasing year by year, and the mortality is high, which poses a great threat to the life of patients. In recent years, the immune nutrition therapy has become the focus in the treatment of SAP,among which, fish oil lipid emulsion as a novel type of fat emulsion, has the multi-effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative,immunomodulatory,promoting signal transduction and protecting organ function apart from providing nutrition and regulating metabolism. It can prevent the deterioration of the whole body from systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients.
3.Analysis of the monitored results of influenza from 2010 to 2014 in Huainan City
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(16):2482-2484
Objective To analyze the monitored results of the influenza from 2010 to 2014 in Huainan city, and to master the local status of influenza and the dynamic changes of this kind of epidemic, which can get us to find the outbreaks promptly. In the meantime,to provide the scientific basis for the further prevention. Methods 11 600 cases of patients with influenza like disease in Huainan were collected and viral nucleic acid was analyzed by using the method of detecting RealTime RT -PCR.Results From 2010 to 2014,3 633 cases were collected in Huainan General Hospital.PCR showed that 472 cases were positive(the positive rate was 13.0%),of which 187 cases were Seasonal H3 model(39.6%),91 cases were New type H1N1(19.3%),82 cases were B type(17.4%)and 81 cases were Yamagata type(17.2%).Conclusion From 2010 to 2014,the influenza was more active in the autumn and winter seasons in Huainan, and steady in other seasons. The H3 type is the main season separation plants.
4.Advances in research on population-based female breast cancer survival in China
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(14):639-642
Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women in China and around the world. Population-based survival analysis can reflect the overall level of cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in countries or regions, providing basic information for making efficient health policies. Breast cancer survival varies among countries or regions because of differences among races, so-cioeconomic factors, healthcare services, and cancer diagnosis and treatment. Breast cancer prognosis is closely related to tumor stage, status of receptors, and treatments. By determining the relationship between breast cancer survival and related factors, the re-sults can help in predicting the prognosis and evaluating the quality of care services. The article provides an overview of breast cancer survival in China and abroad, as well as references for cancer surveillance.

Objective To analyze the application value of digital radiography (DR) on healthy population. Methods 1449 cases of health examination on chest by DR were retrospectively studied, the physical examination results were analyzed. Results The medical examination of positive rate was 4.9%.The positive rate of women was higher than men ( x2 =11.493,P =0.001 ).the top 5 detection rate of diseases were lung old lesions, pneumonia, suspicious tumor, thickening and adhesion of pleural, senile pulmonary. Conclusion The DR examination was selected according to symptoms, medical history of participate in the examination, the check frequency was selected according to age.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the role of routine delayed percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after thrombosis in the management of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods Ninety-eight patients with STEMI who underwent routine delayed PCI after thrombosis and other 82 patients with STEMI who were given conservative strategy after thrombolysis were enrolled in this study and were investigated during their in-hospital period and 6-month follow-up regarding major adverse clinical events (MACE) and the cardiac structure and function by echocardiography. The patients were divided into the control group (conservative strategy after thrombolysis), therapy group 1 (routine delayed PCI after successful thrombolysis), and therapy group 2 (routine delayed PCI after unsuccessful thrombolysis). Results Compared with conservative strategy after thrombolysis, routine delayed PCI after thrombosis decreased in-hospital mortality (4.9% vs 0%, 0%), shortened average hospital stay (25.3 days vs 13.5 days, 15.1days), decreased the need for revascularization for target lesion (7.3% vs 0%, 0%) and lowered the incidence of thrombosis or infarction (7.3% vs 0%, 0%), and also produced lower mortality (13.4% vs 1.4%, 0%), prevented reinfarction (12.2% vs 4.2%, 4.5%) and stroke (2.4% vs 0%, 0%), decreased the need for revascularization for target lesion (28% vs 4.2%, 4.5%) and prevented further left ventricle remodling. Conclusion Routine delayed PCI after thrombosis may to prevent recurrent ischemia, reinfarction, and reocclusion, so as to improve immediate results and 6-month prognosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope for the treatment of occluded oviduct infertility. Methods A total of 63 cases of infertility were diagnosed by hysterosalpingography(HSG) as having bilateral oviduct obstruction,of which at least one side of oviduct was proximally occluded. After laparoscopic exploration and hysteroscopic hydrotubation were performed for clarifying the diagnosis and managing related pelvic lesions,wire-guided tubal recanalization was conducted under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope for the treatment of proximal oviduct obstruction. Results Out of the 63 cases,a total of 118 oviducts were involved(eight oviducts had been previously resected).Of the 118 oviducts,59 were proximally occluded,45 were distally occluded or blinded, and 14 were proximally and distally occluded. After the surgery 99 oviducts were unobstructed.Intrauterine pregnancy was obtained within 1 year in 23 cases(36.6%).There were 25 cases of unpregnancy within 1 year, which were re-examined with HSG,presenting a re-obstruction in 7 cases. Conclusions Wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope is an ideal option for the treatment of occluded oviduct infertility.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To study the impression of Chinese people on Chinese urban children, their main source of information about the Chinese people, and the infvuence of age, school, and gender upon their evaluation. Methods: 383 Chinese urban children ranging from 5 to 12 years were interviewed individually or investigated with the questionnaire. Results: Most of the children reported that the Chinese were happy, clean, peaceful, clever, hardworking, kind and nice. However, the urban children's positive impression of the Chinese people was decreased with their growing up. The study also found that children's information on the Chinese people was mainly in order from television, newspapers, books and cartoons, parents, classmates, friends and teachers, and radio, and that the information source became increasingly diversificed with age. No significant difference in gender and between two schools was found. Conclusion: Chinese urban children had a positive impression of Chinese people, and they had a preference and identity for Chinese people . Mass media were the main source of information.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Prophylactic effect of magnesium sulfate on reperfusion-airhythmias was studied using a left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion followed by reperfusion in the isolated rat hearts. In the first part of the present work, we observed a bell-shaped relationship between the incidence of reperfusion-induced ventricular fibrillation (VF) and the duration of preceding ischemia. In the second part, the concentration of magnesium sulfate in perfusate was increased to 3.6, 4.8 and 6.0mmol/L, respectively, 1 min before coronary ligation, VF fell in a dose-dependent manner from its control total incidence of 100% to 82%, 73% and 18% (P
