Objective To explore the effectiveness of intervention measure intergrated health education, positive reinforcement behavioral therapy, music therapy and exercise on the negative symptoms in the inpatient with schizophrenia. Methods Sixty waning inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intergral in-tervention group(30 cases) and control group (30 people). The intergral intervention group were treated with health education, positive reinforcement behavioral therapy, music therapy and exercise, that lasted 8 weeks, and control group received ordinary rehabilitation treatment. The effectiveness of the measures were evaluated by scale for the Assessment of Nagative Symptoms (SANS) and IPROS scales before and after the intergral intervention. Results The scores of SANS and IPROS in the intergral intervention group were significant lower than those in the control group after the intergral intervention[43.68±20. 11,61.37±29.43;18.09±7.60,26.62±13.48; P<0.01], while the scores showed no difference before the intergral intervention [60.42±20.83,64.47±29.45;36.81±10.47,36.67±10.84; P>0.05]. Conclusions The intervention intergrated health education, positive reinforcement behavioral therapy, music therapy and exercise could improve negative symptoms and social function of the inpatient with schizophrenia.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of empathy nursing on depressive emotion and life function in depressive patients and to improve treatment and nurse effect.MethodSixties depressive inpatients treated with antidepressive drugs were randomly assigned to receive general nursing and health education ( experimental group 31 ) and empathy nursing (control group 29).Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) and the hospital nursing work satisfaction questionnaire were used before and after intervention to evaluate the clinical and nursing effects of two groups.ResultsAfter interventions, the total score of HAMD was ( 16.7 ± 3.2) in experimental group and (20.2 ± 3.6) in control group, with significant difference between two groups. The social ability factor of score of NOSIE was (9.78 ± 2.13 ) in experimental group and ( 13.32 ± 3.22) in control group, and the scores of 3 other factors of NOSIE in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group. The score ( 121.37 ± 11.25 ) of nursing work satisfaction in experimental group was obviously higher than that( 113.26 ± 9.72) in control group ( t =2.98).ConclusionsEmpathy nursing can improve depressive emotion and life function of patients with depression, and improve nursing work satisfaction.

Objective To explore the effect of whole course integrated health education on depressive emotion and self-concept modification in depressive patients and to improve their psychological rehabilitation. Methods Sixties depressive inpatients treated with antidepressive drugs were randomly assigned to receive supportive psychological nursing and general health education (control group 28) or whole course integrated health education (experimental group 32). Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD), Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) were used before and after intervention to evaluate the clinical effects of two groups. Results Before interventions, the total scores of HAMD,TSCS and SCL-90 were (24.8 ±4. 3) ,(249.68 ±16.23) and(136.39±34.26)in experimental group and (24. 9 ±4. 2) , (248. 74 ± 17. 32) and( 136. 52 ± 35.04) in control group, with no significant difference between two groups (all P < 0.01). After intervention, the total scores of HAMD, TSCS and SCL-90 were (19.7±2.8),(263.55±19.53) and (114.22 ± 18. 75) in experimental group and (22.4 ± 3. 3), (253. 66 ± 18. 37) and (134. 56 ± 32. 64) in control group, with significant difference between two groups (all P<0.01). Conclusions Whole course integrated health education can improve depressive emotion of patients with depression, develop their positive self-concept and boost their mental health level.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2014;20(10):1139-1143
Objective To discuss the effect of group medical visits on community patients with hepatitis B.Methods 60 patients with hepatitis B discharged from hospital whose HBeAg was feminine were randomly divided into the study group and the control group , each with 30 cases. The control group adopted self-management mode without any community nursing intervention , while the study group adopted the group medical visits for one year .The standard of chronic liver disease symptom score , liver function indicator and CLDQ were used to evaluate rehabilitation effect and quality of life in two groups before intervention , 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and one year after intervention .Results Before intervention , the score of chronic liver disease symptom and CLDQ was respectively (4.62 ±2.45),(105.79 ±13.54)in the study group and (5.74 ±2.54), (105.61 ±13.48 ) in the control group, with no statistically significant difference ( t =1.74, 0.14, respectively;P>0.05).There was also no statistically significant difference of liver function indicators between two groups (P>0.05).6 months, 9 months and 1 year after intervention, the score of chronic liver disease symptom was (6.68 ±3.21),(7.70 ±3.33),(7.19 ±3.12)in the study group, (9.05 ±3.52),(10.10 ± 3.27),(11.15 ±3.22) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=2.72,2.82, 4.84, respectively;P<0.05).The score of CLQD was (146.62 ±15.62),(162.30 ±16.87),(176.76 ± 18.12)in the study group, (118.91 ±15.51),(124.52 ±16.33),(131.25 ±17.42)in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (t =6.89,9.05,9.92, respectively; P <0.01).There was also statistically significant difference of scores of all dimensions of chronic liver disease symptom and CLDQ between two groups (P<0.05).All liver function indicators and score of HBV-DNA were better in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Group medical visits for community patients with hepatitis B can help keep their physical and psychological health and improve their quality of life, which is worthy clinical promotion .

Objective To explore the intervention effects of carrying out psychological nursing by hope theory on depression and the mediating effect of psychological capital for the intervention effect. Methods A total of 100 patients with depression who were treated in the Department of Psychiatry of Nanchang 334 Hospital from July to September in 2016, were divided into experimental group (50 patients)and control group(50 patients), and the two groups were given setraline systemic therapy and psychiatry routine nursing; however, the patients in control group received routine health education, on that basis, patients of experimental group were added hope psychological intervention. The intervention time of the two groups lasted for eight weeks. Before and after intervention, the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared using PCQ,HHI and HAMD. Results Before intervention, the total score of PCQ, HHI and HAMD in the two groups were not significantly statistical difference (P> 0.05); the total score of PCQ and HHI in experimental group before intervention were higher than that after intervention (P<0.01),but the total score of HAMD in experimental group before intervention was lower than that after intervention(P< 0.01). In the control group, the scores of PCQ and HHI had no statistical significance with that before intervention, but the score of HAMD score was lower than that before intervention (P< 0.01). The two groups were compared after intervention, and the total score and changing difference values of PCQ, HHI and HAMD in experimental group were better than that in control group(P<0.01). The Bootstrap test showed that psychological played mediating effect in hope psychological nursing improved depression effect, and the values of the mediating effect was 0.246, which ratios to the total effect was 0.338, and 95% CI of the mediating effect in hope psychological nursing to depression was 0.189-0.305. Conclusions Using hope theory carrying out psychological nursing for patients with depression can improve effectively depression emotion, and psychological capital is the mediating variable of hope psychological nursing improved depression effect.
