Objective To explore the changes of renal blood flow and renal injury in neonates with birth asphyxia. Methods Seventy-one patients were tested for Ultrasonic Doppler renal blood flow and renal function. Results The blood perfusion resistance was increased and the blood flow perfusion was decreased, Even in light asphyxia. Conclusion The hemodynamic disturbance is the main reason for renal injury and dysfunction in infants with birth asphyxia, and detecting hemodynamic disturbance and urinary enzyme may be an early diagnostic method to evaluate the renal injury.

Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1) in primary tumor cells(TCs) and tumor-infiltrating immune cells(TICs) in patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer(CRC) and determine its predictive value for recurrence after microwave ablation(MWA) of liver metastases. Methods The paraffin-embedded specimens of 28 patients with CRC liver metastasis were collected retrospectively. The expression of PD-L1 in the primary lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between PD-L1 and clinical features was analyzed. Recurrence-free survival(RFS) was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method and Log rank test. Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing recurrence. Results The positive rates of PD-L1 in TCs and TICs in primary CRC were 14.3%(4/28) and 46.4%(13/28), respectively. PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastases was significantly correlated with the largest hepatic tumor diameter (

Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common thyroid cancer subtypes. Although papillary thyroid carcinoma can be treated effectively with excision, microwave ablation, radioactive iodine and hormone replacement therapy, these ways are inefficient in reducing its morbidity, mortality and recurrence rates. Therefore, it is very important to seek the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma, to provide effectively early diagnosis, accurate treatment and better long-term prognosis for papillary thyroid carcinoma patients. This paper summarizes the molecular regulatory mechanisms of non-coding RNAs and their related signaling pathways in the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma, in order to provide evidence for continued research of biomarkers for papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Objective:
To explore the correlation of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration(US-FNA) combined with BRAF V600E mutation detection and ultrasound features and central cervical lymph nodes metastasis of classic papillary thyroid cancer(PTC) for providing a reliable molecular basis for clinical preoperative evaluation of patients.
Methods:
Ninty-three cases of patients collected from October 2017 to November 2018 in Gansu Province Hospital were enrolled, who underwent general ultrasonic examination TI-RADS ≥4a, the US-FNA highly suspicious of PTC, thyroid surgery including total thyroidectomy and central cervical lymph node dissection, with the postoperative pathologic results of classical PTC and whether the central cervical lymph node metastasis happened in the patients. Part of the specimen applied HE staining for cytological diagnosis, the other part of specimen was used real-time for detection of BRAF V600E gene mutation by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method.
Results:
Univariate analysis showed that the occurrence of cervical lymph node metastasis for classic PTC were significantly correlated with gender(χ2=10.303,
