This paper develops such auxiliary programs of the outpatient service subsystem of No.1 Military Medical Project as registration program and charge query program of nondrug outpatient service. These programs improve the charge system of outpatient service.

The operating principle of pulse blood oxygen saturation monitor is introduced. The usage and maintenance are discussed. Notice in using the instrument is suggested. The problem that the SPO2 detector is easy to damage is solved.

Objective To develop Department-level Cost Accounting System based on No.1 Military Medical Project.Methods Making the full use of programs and data in No.1 Military Medical Project,the software creates department income from the lists of outpatient fee and inpatient fee,and then in combination with the consumable disbursement,equipment depreciation,realty depreciation and maintaining cost etc,the software collects and sums up all income and cost to create cost accounting report forms.Results Department-level Cost Accounting System could automatically create the cost-accounting report forms for hospital management.Conclusion The application of Department-level Cost Accounting System strengthens the management of cost accounting in military hospitals and achieves good effect.

The informatization of the realty management for barracks of the military hospital is fulfilled based on No.1 Military Medical Project, and thus the interacting management of barracks can be performed by the administration and the departments together.

This paper discusses the development and utilization of bedding and clothing management system based on No. 1 Military, which can comprehensively improve bedding and clothing management in such aspects as the standardization and optimization of managerial procedure, high efficiency in bedding and clothing provision, multifarious workload statistics, etc.

Objective To consummate modern hospital equipment management.Methods Medical equipment management network system was developed based on the platform of 'No.1 Military Medical Project'.The software could locate the site,register and count the maintenance and usage of the equipment.Results The accurate cost-accounting report and benefit analysis report for equipment were created.Conclusion The scientific and standard management for equipment impels the in-depth application of hospital informationization.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):58-59]
