Objective To improve the stability and practicability of field liquid transfusion control system.Methods SPCE062A 's high accurate AD was used to acquire the dropping speed,and a new method for weight sensor 's self proofread was applied.Results The infrared photoelectric sensor was removed,so the monitoring part could work with any appropriate sensor.Conclusion The system cost is decreased and its stability and availability are enhanced.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):66-67]
2.Development of Nursing Station Infusion Monitoring System

Cytochrome P450 2A6(CYP2A6) is known as a major enzyme responsible for C-oxidation of nicotine and 7-hydroxylation of coumarin. The article reviews different alleles of CYP2A6 that have been discovered, their effect on CYP 2A6 activity and the relationship between genetic polymorphism of CYP2A6 and smoking behavior as well as susceptibility of lung and esophageal cancer in different individuals.

5.Practice and discussion of cultural integration in multi-campus hospitals

The multi-campus mode is an important way to give full play to the advantages of public hospitals and promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources and balanced regional layout. The authors summarized the practical experience of the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine in promoting multi-campus cultural integration, including vertical dimensional initiatives including raising cultural construction to a strategic level, improving the working mechanism of cultural construction, and building a distinctive cultural identity system; horizontal dimensional initiatives including creating equal status and intergroup cooperation conducive to cultural integration, building a variety of forms of the main cultural communication platform, and building a unified and diverse cross-campus communication bridge. Through cultural integration, the internal cohesion of the hospital was enhanced and the influence of the hospital brand was improved. The authors suggested that cultural integration should always be based on the principle of " seeking common ground while preserving minor differences" , focusing on the construction of systems and standards, and focusing on the construction of communication platforms.

7.Great variety and unique growth history of HCV in China

Objective To determine the constantlychanging HCV genotype distribution patterns in China and investigate the HCV epidemic history and evolutionary dynamics.Methods HCV RNA from 423 HCV patients was extracted using Qiagen Viral RNA extraction kit,cDNA was transcripted using RevertAid First Strand cDNA Synthesis kit,and both E1 and NS5B sequences were amplified using RT-PCR followed by fluorescent sequencing.The sequences were analyzed using phylogenetic trees.The evolutionary analyses were performed using the Bayesian MCMC (Markov Chain Monte Carlo) algorithm implemented in the BEAST software and the BSP was reconstructed to form a retrospective picture of the epidemic history of HCV.Results Six HCV genotypes and 12 subtypes were identified (1b:65.9%,6a:17.1%,2a:7.4%,3a:3.6%,3b:3.3%,6e:0.76%,1a,1c,2b,2f,4d 5a:0.25%),in addition to two novel HCV-6 variants.A period from 1993 to 2000 was highlighted by the five BSPs,during which rapid HCV growth appeared followed by an abrupt slowing.Conclusions A great diversity in HCV was detected,which reflected a constantly changing pattern of HCV genotypes in China over time.They concurrently highlighted fast HCV growth in 1993-2000.This is a period during which HCV infection become explosive in China because of an officially encouraged plasma campaign in the1990s.
8.Short-term clinical efficacy of one-stop TAVR+PCI in the treatment of patients with aortic valve disease and coronary heart disease

Objective To analyze the short-term clinical efficacy and prognosis of one-stop transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)+percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the treatment of aortic valve disease with coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of patients with aortic valve disease complicated with coronary heart disease who underwent one-stop TAVR+PCI treatment at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2018 to June 2023 were retrospective analyzed. The preoperative and postoperative clinical data were compared, and 1-month follow-up results were recorded. Results A total of 37 patients were enrolled, including 22 males and 15 females, with an average age of 69.14±6.47 years. Thirty-six patients recovered and were discharged after the surgery, and 1 (2.7%) patient died during the surgery. Self-expanding TAVR valves were implanted through the femoral artery in all patients. One coronary artery was opened by PCI in 35 (94.6%) patients, and two coronary arteries were opened by PCI in 2 (5.4%) patients. All PCI opened arteries had a stenosis>70%. During the postoperative hospitalization, the complications included pulmonary infection in 11 (30.6%) patients, severe pneumonia in 10 (27.8%) patients, liver function injury in 14 (38.9%) patients, renal function injury in 5 (13.9%) patients, cerebral infarction in 1 (2.8%) patient, atrial fibrillation in 1 (2.8%) patient, ventricular premature beats in 2 (5.6%) patients, atrioventricular block in 2 (5.6%) patients, and complete left bundle branch block in 5 (13.9%) patients. The median postoperative ventilation assistance time was 12.0 (0.0, 17.0) h, the ICU monitoring time was 1.0 (0.0, 2.0) d, and the postoperative hospitalization time was 5.0 (4.0, 7.0) d. There was a significant improvement in the New York Heart Association cardiac function grading after surgery (P<0.001). After surgery, there were 21 (58.3%) patients had minor perivalve leakage, 6 (16.7%) patients had minor to moderate perivalve leakage, and no moderate or above degree of perivalve leakage. After one month of postoperative follow-up, 36 patients showed significant improvement in heart function. There were no patients with recurrent acute coronary syndrome, re-PCI, or cardiovascular system disease related re-hospitalization. Conclusion The one-stop TAVR+PCI treatment for patients with aortic valve disease and coronary heart disease can obtain satisfactory short-term clinical efficacy, which is worth further trying and studying.
