1.Effect of Asarone Injection on Airway Inflammation Factor in Asthmatic Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of asarone injection on terms of airway inflammation factor in asthmatic children.(Metho)ds Sixty asthmatic children were chosen and divided randomly into methotrexate group and control group. In the methotrexate group, intravenous injection with 2 times per day was given. The concentration of the injection solution was 0.01%,which was mixed by(0.5 mg/kg) asarone injection and 10% glucose injection. In control group, intravenous injection once per day was given. The solution consisted of 4-6 mg/kg aminophyline injection and 100 mL 5% glucose injection.Every 7 continuous days was taken as one process stage. Two process stages were observed during the experiments. Results After two weeks, the eosinophils and the macrophage were changed significantly(P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To study the clinic features and prognosis of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA)-associated iridocyclitis. Methods Ten cases of JRA -associated iridocyclitis choosed from 107 cases with JRA were reviewed and analysed. Results Polyarticular( n =9) and pauciarticular( n =1) were observed among JRA -associated iridocyclitis.Four were acute cases and all were recovered.Secondary glaucoma ( n =1) and ablepsia( n =1) were find in the chronic cases of 6,respectively.Conclusions Iridocyclitis is a common complication of JRA. Most of them are polyarticular group. The acute cases have better results compared to the chronic cases which often have more complications such as glaucoma, cataract, et al .

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Recombinant plasmids pHY-PA, pBBR-PA were constructed in which genes pdc and adhB were placed under the control of tac promoter, respectively, and had successfully expressed in Escherichia coli. Then these recombinant plasmids were electroporated into Lactobacillus strains for ethanol production. Preliminary ethanol fermentation using these Lactobacillus strains and their recombinants was carried out using 42℃ as fermentation temperature. The results indicated that introducing pdc and adhB, ethanologenic pathway was successfully constructed in L.plantanum CICIM B0080. 0.4% (V/V) ethanol was detected at the end of fermentation with 6.7% glucose, and that is 67-fold as the wild-type B0080. Two-fold of ethanol production was detected in L.amylovorus B0112 (pHY-PA) and L.acidophilus B0068 (pBBR-PA). Introducing both pdc and adhB, and meanwhile knock-outing the lactate dehydrogrnase gene may better convert carbon flux to ethanologenic direction.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect and mechanism of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) ligand LPS-mediated inhibition hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication in Bewo cells.MethodsFirst of all,2 μg 1.3-fold HBV recombinant vector pcDNA3.1 ( + )-HBV1.3 were transfected into Bewo cells, after 12 h,the cells were treated with LPS for 3 d.To observe the kinetics of IFN-β and TNF-α expression in Bewo cells, the Bewo cells were exposed to TLR4 ligand LPS.And the effect of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate ( PDTC),an inhibitor of NF-κB,on LPS-induced cytokines was also observed. The HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA level in the culture supernatant were detected by Microparticle Enzyme Immunoassay (MEIA) and fluorescence quantitative PCR,respectively, and the expression of IFN-β,TNF-α,TRIF and MyD88 was detected by ELISA and RT-PCR,respectively.ResultsCompared with control group,LPS could significantly suppress HBV replication in Bewo cells ( P <0.01 ),and it could induce the production of TNFα in Bewo cells ( P < 0.05 ),in time-and dose-dependent manners.PDTC strongly inhibited LPS and induced TNF-α production, but had no much effect on IFN-β in Bewo cells ( P < 0.001 ).Compared with control group, the mRNA levels of MyD88 were significantly induced by LPS in the Bewo cells transfected with this recombinant vector( P < 0.001 ).ConclusionsTLR4 ligand LPS could significantly suppress HBV replication by inducing TNF-α production in Bewo cells mainly via the MyD88/ NF-κB signal pathway.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1992;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the relationship between college students' perfectionism and their mental health, and parental rearing styles. Methods:The present study was a cross-sectional design.Three hundred and thirty seven Chinese college students(152 males and 185 females;aged 16~24) were recruited through cluster sampling.Participants were from three major universities, and responded to the revised Perfectionism Scale for Chinese College Students,Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU),and SCL-90.Results:The group with high score in perfectionism also got higher scores in their perception of fathers' over-protection,over-intervention,and refusal/denial than the low score group [(2.4?0.5) vs.(2.0?0.4),(2.2?0.4) vs.(2.0?0.3),(1.5?0.5) vs.(1.4?0.5);P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective: To revise Frost's Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS) within a sample of Chinese college students based on clinical knowledge and Hewitt & Flett's perfectionism questionnaire. Methods:Three hundred and fifty college students responded to the inventory with additional 15 items to the FMPS. Exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data. Results: The revised Perfectionism Scale consisted of 50 items, four subscales (Concerns with Mistakes and Doubts, Personal Standards, Organization, Parents' Expectation and Control). Factor analysis indicated that, the four factors explain 42.31% of the variance with loading between 0.37~0.79. The five subscales had internal consistencies with split-half reliabilities 0.73~0.88, Cronbach's alphas 0.80~ 0.91, and test-retest reliabilities of 0.68~0.80 (P

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2000;0(06):-
To determine the number average molecular mass of chitosan-oligosaccharide by u-sing the acetylacetone's method based on the color-producing reaction with amino terminal . Via the tests on the repetitiveness, accuracy and the stability, supposed this method was reliable. At the same time, the contrastive results of HPLC and the traditional K3Fe(CN)6 method indicate that the acetylacetone method was more suitable for the determination of chitosan-oligosaccharide molecular mass.

Microbiology 2008;0(12):-
Lysins are efficient bacteria cell wall digesting enzymes encoded by DNA bacteriophage. Gram-positive bacteriophage lysins feature similar domain structure, high lytic efficiency, synergic antibacterial effect with antibiotics, rare neutralization by antibodies, less chance of developing drug-resistant strains, et al. The past decade has seen a considerable amount of research worldwidely focused on lysin, and lysins have been used successfully in a variety of animal models to control pathogenic antibiotic resistant bacteria found on mucosal surfaces and infected tissues. The great potential of lysins as an anti-infective agent prompted this review.
