1.Development of Positive Perfectionism Questionnaire
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: To develop a questionnaire which measures positive perfectionism. Methods: Initial items of the questionnaire were compiled according to theoretical analysis and interviews. 407 college students were recruited to respond to the items. The explorative factor analysis was used to decide the final items and dimensions. Another 309 college students were recruited to respond to the decided questionniares and several criterion questionnaires. Results: The positive perfectionism questionnaire consisted of three dimensions: Positive Self-Expectations(PSEX), Positive Organization (POR), and Positive Self-Evaluations (PSEV). Internal consistency (Cronbach’s ?) of the three dimensions were 0.87、0.76 and 0.79. The two-week test-retest reliabilities were 0.79、0.84 and 0.81. The cumulative explanation of the variance was 50.2%. A confirmative factor analysis revealed that the three-dimension model was proper (?2/df =1.71,GFI=0.89,CFI= 0.92,IFI=0.92,RMSEA=0.048). The Positve Perfectionism Questionnaire was negatively related to anxiety and depression. Conclusion: The positive perfectionism questionnaire has satisfactory psychometric characteristics.
2.Analysis of associated factors of ICU delirium after cardiac surgery
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(19):54-56
Objective To analyze the associated factors of ICU delirium after cardiac surgery, and propose the proper treatment strategy. Methods 124 patients after cardiac surgery were observed. The basic information including gender, age, blood type, respirator assistant time and ICU hospitalizing time was recorded.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results Among the 124 patients, the incidence of ICU delirium was 17%.There was significant difference between patients with ICU delirium and without ICU delirium on age, respirator assistant time and ICU hospitalizing time. The ICU delirium incidence was dramatically different among different blood types, and the incidence of blood type A was much more higher than blood type B and O.Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, mechanical ventilation time,ICU time, gender and blood types were the related factors of delirium in ICU.Conclusions Age,respirator assistant time,ICU hospitalizing time, and blood type are all influencing factors of ICU delirium.Patients who are male, older,or with longer usage of respirator,or with longer ICU hospitalizing time are more likely to develop ICU delirium. The incidence of ICU delirium is quite different among different blood types, blood type A is more easily to occur ICU delirium than blood type O and B.
3.An ecologistic view on the theories and practices of psychotherapy
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(1):83-88
This article adopts an ecologistic perspective to analyze the regularity of psychological phenomena, examine the mechanisms of psychological problems and mental disorders, and discuss the process of psychological counseling and therapy. The author proposes that the practice of counseling and psychotherapy should be directed with an ecological view.A practitioner needs to not only focus on the problems and symptoms, but also consider the restoration and development of the personality foundation of the individuals who seek for help.A practitioner should not only pay attention to visitors'psychological defects, but also try to assist the development of their positive characters which could alleviate symptoms, and promote the construction of their outer environments that are beneficial for psychological rehabilitation.
4.Influence of Ziyin Qingxin Decoction on Adiponectin,Leptin, and TNF-? of Patients with Metabolic Syndrome
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Objective To discuss the influence and mechanism of Ziyin Qingxin Decoction (Decoction for replenishing Yin and clearing heart) on insulin resistance (IR), adiponectin, leptin, and TNF-? of patients with the metabolic syndrome. Methods The randomly divided two groups took rosiglitazone 4mg once a day based on stopping the drugs affecting blood glucose and insulin functions and on the strict diet. In addition, the treatment group took Ziyin Qingxin Decoction. Blood pressure (BP), blood lipid, blood glucose, IR, adiponectin, leptin and TNF-? before were observed and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effect of two groups was significantly different (P
6.Carbamylated erythropoietin can promote neural regeneration after cerebral ischemia
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2017;39(4):247-252
Objective To investigate any effects of carbamylated erythropoietin (CEPO) on the expression of LINGO-1,growth-associated protein-43 (GAP-43) and the infarcted volume after cerebral ischemia,so as to explore the effect of CEPO on neural regeneration after cerebral ischemia. Methods Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a sham operation group,an ischemia control group and a CEPO treatment group, each of 16.Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was used to simulate focal cerebral ischemia in all except the rats in the sham operation group. Then the CEPO group was injected with 0.5 ml of CEPO,while the other two groups were given a 0.5 ml injection of normal saline daily for 7 days before they were sacrificed to prepare slices of brain tissue.Western blotting was used to detect the expression of LINGO-1 and activated caspase-3.Immunohistochemical staining was applied to observe the expression of GAP-43.The slices of brain tissue were stained with cresyl violet and the volume of infarction and edema were quantified with the Image J software. Results The average expression of LINGO1 in the sham operation group, the ischemia control group and the CEPO treatment group were (0.25±0.02),(1.22±0.06) and (0.66±0.05) respectively, with significant differences among the 3 groups. There was no expression of activated caspase-3 in the sham operation group. However, the expression of activated caspase-3 increased significantly (to 86.6±10.2)% in the ischemia control group and increased significantly less (to 40.3±8.7)% in the CEPO treatment group. The average positive expression of GAP-43 in the sham operation group, the ischemia control group and the CEPO treatment group were 0,(55.02± 1.62) and (72.11±3.23)/HP,respectively,with significant differences among them. Moreover, the average volumes of cerebral infarction and brain edema in the CEPO treatment group were significantly lower than those in the ischemia control group. Conclusions CEPO can inhibit the expression of LINGO-1 and activated caspase-3,promote the expression of GAP-43,reduce infarct volume and limit cerebral edema so as to promote neural regeneration after cerebral ischemia,at least in rats.
7.Cognition Survey for the Risk and Early Symptoms of Stroke in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation
Chinese Circulation Journal 2016;31(12):1198-1201
Objective: To understand the cognition status for risk factors and early symptoms of stroke via face to face questionnaire survey in 336 in-hospital patients with atrial ifbrillation (AF).
Methods: A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted by uniformly trained investigators in 336 AF patients who were admitted in our hospital more than 3 days from 2014-04-01 to 2014-10-01.
Results: There were 300/336 AF patients ifnished the questionnaire and among them 131 (43.7%) patients know that AF may increase the risk of stroke and 169 (56.3%) patients unknown or uncertain. There were 41.3%-79.3% patients having cognition for early symptoms of stroke and only 25.3% (76/300) patients may identify all 5 early signs of stroke.
Conclusion: In our research, AF patients had poor cognition for the risk and early signs of stroke. Medical professional should intensify the propaganda and education for stroke prevention.
8.The Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale:An Examination of Its Reliability and Validity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(06):-
Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Frost's Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(FMPS).Methods: One thousand two hundred and eighty Chinese undergraduate students participated in the study and responded to the FMPS and instruments measuring psychological distresses such as anxiety, depression, and obsession-compulsion.Both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used to examine the factor structure of the Chinese FMPS.The association between FMPS and psychological distresses was analyzed as an investigation for criterion validity. Results: Factor analyses extracted five of the original six factors of FMPS.PC did not emerge as a dimension. The five subscales were shown to have satisfactory internal consistencies with Cronbach's alpha between 0.64 and 0.81 and test-retest reliability 0.63~0.82.Chinese FMPS was associated with anxiety, depression, and obsession-compulsion.Particularly,CM and DA are correlated with these psychological distresses with coefficients between 0.30 and 0.70.Conclusion: Chinese FMPS is satisfactorily valid and reliable. It is suitable to use in Chinese college students.

10.Study of the inborn errors of mitochondrial fatty acid ?-oridation deficiency
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(02):-
Mitochondrial fatty acids ?-oxidation is a repetitive process of four steps which provides the major source of energy for heart, liver and skeletal muscle. Several enzymes are involved in this spiral cycle. The medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase ( MCAD) , the short-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (SCAD) , the long-chain 3-hydroxy acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (LCHAD) and the carnitine-palmitoyl-CoA transferase Ⅱ ( CPT Ⅱ ) deficiency have been recognized as the most common inborn errors of metabolism and frequently reported in their association with sudden infant death ( SID) . The prevalent mutations in these genes need further investigation in different populations.
