This study was aimed to observe the influence on angiogenesis factor and expression of its receptor protein on estrogen-induced uterine fibroids rat models with Y i-Qi Xiao-Zheng (YQXZ) method, in order to explore the mechanism of this method in the inhibition of angiogenesis in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Castration and estro-gen-induced method were used in the establishment of guinea pig uterine fibroids rat model. And then, different doses of Chinese medicine of YQXZ method were given. The immunohistochemical method was used in the detection of microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein expression of the uterine tissues. The RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of VEGFR1 mRNA and VEGFR2 mRNA. Then, statistical analysis was given on indexes mentioned above. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, ex-pression of MVD, VEGF and VEGFR of uterine muscle tissues in the model group was significantly higher (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, Chinese medicine group of different doses showed different reducing. Among them, the high-dose group was the most obvious one. It showed that the high-dose Chinese medicine of YQXZ group was able to significantly inhibit the expression of MVD, VEGF and theirs receptors. It was concluded that YQXZ method can antagonize proliferation of the leiomyoma cell by inhibiting angiogenesis. Therefore, it may be one of the mechanisms of this method in the treatment of uterine fibroids.

Objective To investigate the vaginal microbilme characterization in women with human papillomavirus(HPV)16 and 18 infection and high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods Three groups were set, including control group(without HPV infection and with colpitis),low-grade CIN group(with HPV 16 or/and 18 infection),and high-grade CIN group(with HPV 16 or/and 18 infection).Virginal microbial composition was determined by using 16S rRNA amplication sequencing and hierarchical clustering analysis among three groups was applied.Rank sum test was used to determine statistical significance. Results Diversity and complexity of bacteria was significantly elevated in high-grade group.Compared with the control, the growth of Lactobacillus crispatus(L.crispatus) and Lactobacillus casei(L.casei) was significantly decreased, while Lactobacillus iners(L.iners) was significantly increased in low-grade CIN group and high-grade CIN group, and both were proportionally correlated to the grade of the disease.Brucella canis(B.canis),as colonized bacteria, was significantly decreased in both low-grade and high-grade CIN groups, and the changes were proportional to the grade of disease. The growth of Dialistersuccinatiphilus(D.succinatiphilus),Gardnerella vaginalis(G.vaginalis) and Prevotellabivia(P.bivia) were significantly elevated and proportional to the grade of disease. Conclusion The diversity and complexity of virginal microbial composition could be significantly expanded in women with HPV infection and high-grade CIN.In contrast to the important role of lactobacillus in virginal health,L.inners could be pathogenic. The colonization of B.canis,D.succinatiphilus,G.vaginalis and P.bivia might be highly correlated with HPV chronic infection and further development of CIN.

Objective:To develop health-related physical fitness measurement scale and assess its reliability and validity among older adults. Methods:The health-related physical fitness measurement scale was developed through Delphi method and field investigation method. And the authority coefficient, Kendall's coefficient and variation coefficient were analyzed.A multi-stage random sampling technique was adopted to select 410 older adults to investigate the reliability and validity of health-related physical fitness measurement scale with test-retest reliability, Cronbach's α coefficient and Guttman Split-Half coefficient and structural validity by IBM SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0.Results:The health-related physical fitness measurement scale consisted of 3 dimensions (organic function, motor function, physical adaptive capacity) and 15 indexes. The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.84.The Spearman-Brown correlation coefficient and Guttman Split-Half coefficient were both 0.82.The test-retest reliability between the first measurement and retest after 1 week was 0.84.Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, which were basically consistent with the theoretical concept of the scale, but the items of the theoretical conception were different from the actual ones.Confirmatory factor analysis based on the theoretical conception showed that all the indexes met the requirements of reference value as well(χ 2/ df=2.38, GFI=0.94, AGFI=0.91, CFI=0.92, TLI=0.91, TFI=0.92, RMSEA=0.06). Conclusion:The health-related physical fitness measurement scale has good reliability and validity in measuring the health fitness level of the elderly population in Guangzhou.
