1.A survey of reproductive health of women at reproductive age

Objective To explore the status of reproductive health of women at the reproductive age.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used among 960 married women at the reproductive age to investigate the health status.Results The women(59.8%)had an abnormal pregnant history.The reproductive diseases in them were mainly cervicitis(11.6%),pelvic inflammatory disease(5.4%)and uterine fibroids(4.0%).Thirty-one point one perent of them knew well about their fertile time, 58.6%of them wanted most to know the choice of contraception,and 30.0%obtained the knowledge on female reproductive health knowledge from the hospitals.Conclusion Such measures as doing health education in various ways,strengthening the reproductive health knowledge and enhancing the knowledge of contraception are important for the improvement of the reproductive health knowledge.
2.Curative effect observation of pelvic rloor rehabilitation in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention for patients with gynecological malig-nancy

Objective To explore and observe the curative effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation in the prevention of post-operative urinary retention for patients with gynecological malignancy. Methods All 68 patients who received surgery of gynecological malignancy in 2012 were selected, and those receiving the surgery in the first half year were allocated into control group, and those receiving the surgery in the second half year were allocated into treatment group. The control group received regular treatment and nursing,while the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,be-gan to receive pelvic floor rehabilitation via neuromuscular biological electro-therapeutic apparatus 3 days before the removal of urinary catheter. Recovery of bladder functions was observed between two groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilita-tion in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention of gynecological malignancy has obvious curative effect.
3.Qualitative study on hope experience in patients with cervical cancer from the perspective of positive psychology

Objective:To understand the real experience of hope in patients with cervical cancer during the postoperative recovery period, explore how to reconstruct hope from the perspective of positive psychology, and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of nursing and psychological intervention programs for patients with cervical cancer.Methods:Totally 7 patients with cervical cancer during the postoperative recovery period who were discharged after treatment in a Class Ⅲ Grade A specialized hospital in Guangzhou between August and December 2018 were selected by purposive sampling. They received in-depth individual interview using phenomenological methods. The interview content was organized according to Colaizzi's seven stage method.Results:Three themes were obtained through analysis, namely, understanding of hope, factors hindering hope, and reasons for hope to be reshaped and maintained.Conclusions:A good social support system should be established to provide patients with active and effective psychological intervention, and increase their positive psychological capital by improving the level of hope of patients, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and promoting their recovery.
