Objective To design a security scheme of radiotherapy planning administration system. Methods PowerBuilder 9i language was used to program the system through the model of client-server machine. Oracle 9i was used as the database server. Results In this system, user registration management, user login management, application-level functions of control, database access control, and audit trail were designed to provide system security. Conclusions As a prototype for the security analysis and protection of this scheme provides security of the system, application system, important data and message, which ensures the system work normally.

To study the etiology and pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis (SG),some skin tests including pollen allergen patch test were performed in 43 cases of SG.Sixty-two patients with al- lergic contact dermatitis(NSG) and 50 healthy individual(HG) were used as control.The results showed that the level and positivity rate of total serum IgE in SG,and the positivity rate of specific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and patch test in SG were higher than those in NSG and HG.The speeific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and pollen allergen patch test were significantly correlated,and showed high consis- tency.These results indieate that the pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis he obviously associated with pollen allergen-induced IgE-mediated late-phase reaction.

Objective:To analyze the causes of microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution used for the ma-intenance treatment of heroin addict in Guangxi and propose the relative countermeasures. Methods:The samples of methadone hydro-chloride oral solution were obtained from 10 maintenance treatment clinics, and then the microbial limit test and identification were per-formed,the content of preservative was detected and the relationship between the preservative content and microbial contamination was studied. Results:The total number of aerobe in the samples of methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 clinics was all over the standard limit value of 100 cfu·ml-1 ,and the main contaminating germ was Burkholderia cepacia. The contents of sorbic acid were 78. 2％-98. 3％,the four batches with the lowest concentration of preservative were detected with higher total number of aerobe. Con-clusion:The microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 maintenance treatment clinics is severe,and the environment of medicine packaging, content of preservatives, packaging machine and storage conditions are the primary causes for the microbial contamination. To ensure drug quality safety, it is suggested that the environment cleanliness of medicine packaging be improved, suitable content of preservatives be added, packaging machine be clean, the products be stored in shade and the quality be tested regularly.

Objective To analyze the prognostic value of baseline serum free light chain (sFLC) in light-chain (AL) cardiac amyloidosis.Methods Twenty-seven patients with AL cardiac amyloidosis were retrospectively reviewed from January 2014 to January 2015.sFLC was measured by immuoturbidimetric assay.Baseline characteristics,echocardiographic parameters and electrocardiogram data were analyzed.According to the median baseline dFLC (involved sFLC minus uninvolved sFLC),patients were categorized into either the low dFLC(≤307mg/L) or the high dFLC group (＞307mg/L).Results More subjects in the high dFLC group with early/late diastolic mitral velocity ratio (E/A ratio) over 2 (71.4％ vs 30.8％,P =0.035),and subjects in this group had a shorter median survival time than those in the low dFLC group (3 months vs 17 months,P =0.004).A similar phenomenon for median survival time was observed when the subjects were redivided either by a new cut-off value of 180mg/L for dFLC (low dFLC group:17 months;high dFLC group:4 months,P =0.014) or a κ/λ ratio,in which subjects with κ type sFLC-ratio ≤ 19.6 and λ type sFLC-ratio ＞0.065 were in the low sFLC-ratio group (17 months) and those with κ type sFLC-ratio ＞ 19.6 and λ type sFLC-ratio ≤0.065 were in the high sFLC-ratio group (4 months,P=0.023).In multivariate analysis,dFLC and New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification of cardiac function were two risk factors associated with all-cause mortality in patients,among which the hazard ratio for higher dFLC was 4.28 (95％ CI 1.55-11.8,P =0.005).Conclusion The level of sFLC could be a marker for the prognosis of AL cardiac amyloidosis.

Objective To investigate and compare the actions of vecuronium and atracurium on adult and embryonic-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (?-and ?-nAChR) at skeletal muscle cell membrane. Methods The adult and embryonic nAChRs were heterologously expressed in HEK 293 cells. Peak currents induced by actions of vecuronium and atracurium at ?-and ?-nAChR were recorded in HEK 293 cells, using whole cell patch clamp technique. Results Vecuronium and atracurium competitively inhibited ?-and ?-nAChR in HEK 293 cells. The inhibitor concentrations for half-maximal response (IC50) for vecuronium and atracurium ate-nAChR were (8.3 ? 2.6) ?mol/L and (24.2 ? 10.5) ?mol/L respectively; The IC50 values for vecuronium and atracurium at e-nAChR were (55.0 44 28.4) ?mol/L and (183.2 ? 39.2) ?mol/L respectively.Conclusion According to IC50 values for both adult and embryonic type nAChR, vecuronium is more potent than atracurium on e-and 7-nAChR. Embryonic nAChR is less sensitive to vecuronium and atracurium than adult-type nAChR.

Objective To investigate the effects of pancuronium on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) in pheochromocytoma cells (PC12 cells) and to determine if pancuronium has direct effects on PC cells.Methods PC12 cells (purchased from Institute of Cytology, Chinese Academy of Science) were cultured in DMEM containing penicillin and glutamine. nAChR in PC12 cells were stimulated with different concentrations of Ach ( 10, 30, 100, 300, 1 000 ?mol?L-1 ). Ach-mediated inward currents were recorded using whole-cell patch clamp technique with holding potential set at - 80 mV. To investigate the effects of pancuronium on nAChR in PC cells, the PC12 cells were perfused with different concentrations of pancuronium (0.01,0.1, 1, 10, 100, 1 000 ?mol ? L-1 ) before Ach 1 ?mol?L-1 was added. Results Inward currents were elicited by stimulation of nAChR with Ach in a concentration-dependent manner. 93.7% of nAChRs could be activated by 1 ?mol ? L1 Ach. Pancuronium reversibly suppressed the currents in a concentration-dependent manner compared to the control currents elicited by 1 ?mol?L-1 Ach. 1 ?mol?L-1 pancuronium could almost completely suppressed the currents elicited by 1 ?mol ? L-1 Ach.Conclusion Pancuronium could inhibit nAChR in PC12 cells and reduce catecholamine release.

Objective To make clear glial acidic protein and excitatory amino acid levels in the early expression of neonatal brain injury and the mechanism of brain injury,and the value of early diagnosis and prediction of serum glial fiber acidic protein and excitatory amino acid in neonatal cerebral palsy.Methods This study chose high-risk infants with cerebral palsy as the research object,the concentration of excitatory amino acid and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were detected by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography,followed up for 12 months,the occurrence of cerebral palsy was analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the normal group of glial fibrillary acidic protein,glutamic acid and aspartic acid levels,three indexes of children with cerebral palsy were higher than normal group(glial fibrillary acidic protein:(119.46±43.68),(119.46±43.68),(62.57±35.31),(134.02±32.79) ng/L;glutamic acid:(7.52±3.94),(6.49±2.88),(8.15 ±2.03),(1.72±0.59) μmol/L;aspartic acid:(3.81±1.09),(4.23±1.91),(3.67±2.14),(1.35±0.71) μmol/L;F=4.117,4.117,4.117;P<0.05).Glial fibrillary acidic protein,glutamic acid and aspartic acid levels in the high-risk group,the perinatal high-risk group and the pre birth high-risk group had no significant difference (P>0.05).The levels of serum glial fiber acidic protein,glutamic acid and aspartate in children with cerebral palsy were higher than those in the normal group,comparison between spastic group,athetotic group and mixed group(F=5.032,6.004,3.792),there was no significant difference in the levels of glial acidic protein,glutamic acid and aspartate(P>0.05).Conclusion The concentration of excitatory amino acids and acidic protein in the serum of the patients with high risk of cerebral palsy has some value,the concentration of serum excitatory amino acid and the concentration of glial fiber acidic protein are correlated with the degree of brain injury and the time in children with cerebral palsy.
