The treatment group, tunnel knife was used to make double- deck sclera flap and superficial scleral flap about the size of 5mm×5. 5mm, 1/3 scleral thickness, under the sclera flap made another one about the size of 3. 5mm× 4mm, 1/3 scleral thickness, resected the middle layer of the sclera flap, removed 2mm×2mm trabecular tissue, underwent routine peripheral iridectomy, could adjust suture the superficial scleral flap, sutured Ball fascia and bulbar conjunctiva. ln control group, routine glaucoma trabeculectomy was undergone.RESULTS:Patients were followed up for 1a, the vision in treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P< 0. 05). The postoperative intraocular pressure of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than that of the preoperative one. Postoperative 1 and 3mo, no statistical significant difference of intraocular pressure in two group(P>0. 05). But after 6 and 12mo, the intraocular pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). Postopeartive 1a, the cumulative complete success rate and conditions for successful rate were 90. 63% and 96. 88% in the treatment group, and those were 75% and 89. 29% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON:The trabeculectomy have a good effect to lower the intraocular pressure by use tunnel knife to make double-deck scleral flap and to cut off the layer scleral flap. The scleral flap have uniform thickness, smooth surface, and the function of the filtering bleb maintained for a long time, less postoperative complications, suitable for various types of glaucoma, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Differential display-PCR was used to clone the differential expressed genes between Mycobacterium tuberculosis virulence strain H37Rv and its avirulent mutant H37Ra. All of different genes were cloned, sequenced and some were analyzed by Northern-blotting. Two cDNAs that appeared to be expressed in H37Rv, but not in H37Ra, were cloned and sequenced. Rv0170, and Rv1894c, code for proteins with unknown functions. The two gene were present in H37Ra, but not expressed. These results show that mRNA DD methodology can represent a potential tool for investigation of M. tuberculosis gene expression.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(10):-
Gravity is the most fundamental biomechanical stimulus for posture change.Pressure of blood flow is one of primary indicators to evaluate cardiovascular performance.Up to now, the underlying mechanism of effects of posture change on cardiovascular system is still unclear.A 3D FSI mathematical model with posture change was presented.By applying the body force terms to the fluid equation and the vessel wall equation, the model could be used to study posture change and the effects of gravity on the pressure of blood flow quantitively.Under different inlet-outlet pressure difference(IODP) and different postures such as horizontal, upright and upside-down one, the effects of gravity were simulated. In horizontal position, the pressure distributions of blood flow transformed from 2D(two-dimensional) axis-symmetry without gravity to 3D asymmetry with gravity under small IODP.With IODP increasing, gravity had less effects on pressure distribution and extreme value. As IODP reached 10 665.6 Pa(80 mmHg) and 2 666.4 Pa(20 mmHg) respectively, this effect was observed to be constant.Similar results were obtained from 3D fluid-only model. In either upright or upside-down position, 2D axis-symmetric pressure distribution was observed with and without gravity, yet the position, in which extreme pressure appeared, was different in upright position from that in upside-down one. Finally, the effect intensity of gravity in upright or upside-down position was more than twice as much as that in horizontal one.The results indicate that introducing body force term into the fluid and solid equations to present a novel model, which was based on hemodynamics, will provide a new way to study posture change.Effects of gravity on pressure distribution and extreme value changed with different postures and IODP.If IODP is small, ignoring effect of gravity and postures so as to simplify the hemodynamics model to 2D axis-symmetric one, the conclusion should be drawn with caution.
