To predict the occurrence ofposttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD),using a Support Vector Machine (SVM) on adults in flood district.Diagnostic and Statistical Manuals on Mental Disorders (IV Edition) were used to examine and diagnose the victims in flood districts.Based on the forecasting model of SVM with PTSD as dependent variables and 23 influence factors of PTSD as independent variables, prediction of PTSD was conducted among the victims. After considering 23 influence factors into the prediction model, the agreement rate of prediction of the model was 88.05 percent, with sensitivity as 75.0 percent, and specificity as 89.4percent.Conclusion: The prediction model based on SVM with 23 influence factors had good effect on predicting the occurrence of PTSD.

Objective To explore the risk factors on the symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation so as to develop a predictive model for the disease. Methods With a populationbased case-control study, 303 of 50 123 residents were diagnosed as having lumbar intervertebral disc herniation symptoms. 152 cases and 167 healthy controls, matched by gender and age, were randomly chosen as case and control groups. Questionnaires were used to collect information on the exposure to risk factors and logistic predictive model was then established. Results Through non-conditional logistic regression analysis, data showed that the positive family history of lumbar vertebra disorder, lumbar treatment or surgery, mental stress, acute low back injury, permanent work pose, and body mass index ≥23.0 kg/m2 were the risk factors among residents from the countryside. The area under the receiver operator characteristic curve of logistic predictive model was 0.809. When 0.4 was set as the classification cutoff, the total predictive correct rate, sensitivity, and specificity were 74.0%, 73.7%, and 74.3% respectively. Conclusion The occurrence of lumbar disk herniationcan in countryside population was affected by multi-variables including genetic and environmental, and could be predicted with the logistic regression model established by our group. The positive predictive results could be used to alarm the patients and doctors for prevention and treatment of the disease.

Objective: To analyze the features and patterns of acupoint selection in acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) by data mining technique. Methods:Relevant clinical studies published before 25 June, 2017 were searched in databases including PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane library, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), China National Knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database (Wanfang). Results:A total of 122 papers were included, involving 69 points. It was found that the top three points on the frequency list were Zusanli (ST 36), Zhongwan (CV 12) and Weishu (BL 21). The points selected were distributed in 11 meridians, in which the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, Conception Vessel, and Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang ranked the top and accounted for 74.0% of the total frequency. Of the involved specific points, Five Shu-Transmitting points, crossing points and Back-Shu points ranked the top, accounting for 47.1%. The analysis of association pattern has shown that Zusanli (ST 36) and Zhongwan (CV 12) won the highest support rate in the paired groups; Zusanli (ST 36), Weishu (BL 21) and Zhongwan (CV 12) had the highest support rate among the point groups. The Five Shu-Transmitting points and the Lower He-Sea points had the highest support rate among the specific point groups. Conclusion: The data mining results of the studies on acupuncture-moxibustion for CAG are substantially in line with the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment theories in traditional Chinese medicine. The results can reflect the acupoint selection patterns in treatment of CAG and provide reference for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of CAG in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2023;36(11):1064-1067
【Objective】 To analyze the causes of immune hemolytic transfusion reaction in one case, identify related antibodies, and explore transfusion compatibility testing. 【Methods】 ABO/Rh blood group identification, unexpected antibody identification of serum and diffusion fluid, direct antiglobulin test(DAT) and cross matching were conducted by saline method and/or microcolumn gel method. 【Results】 The patient′s blood group was O, and Rh phenotype was identified as DCCee. The DAT was negative, with strong anti-E antibody and weak anti-c antibody detected. Acute hemolytic transfusion reaction occurred in the patient after the last transfusion. 【Conclusion】 Currently, immune hemolytic transfusion reaction in China are mainly caused by Rh blood group system antibodies. The absence of unexpected antibody screening before blood transfusion and the weak anti-c antibody which resulted in missed detection of non compatibility in cross matching led to acute hemolytic transfusion reaction. It is recommended to conduct unexpected antibody screening before blood transfusion, and to collect blood sample for testing as soon as possible to improve the accuracy of DAT when acute hemolytic transfusion reaction is suspected.

AIMTo investigate the influence of particle size and methoxypolyethyleneglycol (MePEG) molecular weight on the in vitro macrophage uptake and in vivo long circulating of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-alpha (rHuTNF-alpha)-loaded stealth nanoparticles in rats.
METHODSThree sizes (approximately 80, 70 and 240 nm) of poly (methoxypolyethyleneglycol cyanoacrylate-co-n-hexadecyl cyanoacrylate) (PEG-PHDCA) nanoparticles loading rHuTNF-alpha were prepared at different MePEG molecular weights (Mr 2,000, 5,000, 10,000) using the double emulsion method. The in vitro macrophage uptake and in vivo long circulating properties in rats were examined and compared.
RESULTSThe uptake by macrophages decreased and the half-life of rHuTNF-alpha in rat increased with the increase of MePEG molecular weight or the decrease of particle size. The linear-ships between particle size and MePEG molecular weight and the in vitro macrophage uptake and in vivo long circulating properties were fairly good. Having the highest MePEG surface density (1.32 nm(-2)) , the shortest average distance between neighboring MePEG chain (0.87 nm) and the thicker fixed aqueous layer thickness (FALT, 5.16 nm), PEG5,000-PHDCA nanoparticles (80.0 nm) earned the strongest potency of decreasing uptake by macrophages and prolonging the half-life of rHuTNF-alpha in rat.
CONCLUSIONWithin the experimental limits, particle size and MePEG molecular weight had dramatic influence on in vitro macrophage uptake and in vivo long circulating properties of rHuTNF-alpha-loaded stealth nanoparticles.

AIMTo evaluate the pharmacokinetic profiles of the pharmacologically active primary amine metabolite of sibutramine, N-di-desmethyl sibutramine (BTS 54505) in Chinese origin.
METHODSAccording to a randomized cross-over design, a single oral dose of 20 mg of sibutramine hydrochloride capsule was given to 20 healthy Chinese young volunteers. After dosing, serial blood samples were collected for a period of 72 h. BTS 54505 concentration in plasma was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry.
RESULTSVarious pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC0-t, AUC0-infinity, Cmax, Tmax, T1/2, Kelm and MRT were determined for both test and reference capsules and found to be in good agreement with literature values.
CONCLUSIONThe test and reference sibutramine capsules were bioequivalent.
