1.How to Increase the Clinical Education Quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
For the particularity of obstetrics and gynecology disease and conventional idea of the people, clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology is very difficult. How to increase the clinical education quality of obstetrics and gynecology and how to increase the clinical'ability of medical students have become an important problem in teaching obstetrics and gynecology. In this article,we have discussed the problems and countermeasures in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
2.A prevalence survey and analysis of attitude on science researchers in a university
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(10):-
Objective:We had analyzed the attitude of science researchers in a university to promote the development of science cause in the university. Method:We had made a prevalence survey through a questionnaire. Results:Some researchers join in science cause to acquire some profits, they often change their research orientation and they aren’t willing to cooperate with each other. Conclusion:We must initiate a kind of spirit of which advantageous to collaborate, insisting, struggling and seeking the truth of science.
3.Experimental study on embryo culturing medium of malignant tumor growth fluid
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To find a good culture medium for embryo development in-vitro.Methods:D4 mouse embryo was cultured with carcinoma of kidney GRC-1 growth fluid and FD+20% fetal calf serum respectively in-vitro and the rate of zona-hatching,attachment and trophoblast outgrowth were compared respectively. Results:The rate of zona-hatching,attachment and trophoblast outgrowth with GRC-1 were 89.68%,86.51 %和84.92%,respectively.These were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P
4.The research progress of the relationship between fetuin-A and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):156-158
Fetuin A is a kind of glycoprotein that is synthesized and secreted by the liver. It is a natural inhibitor of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase, which is involved in the formation of insulin resistance. It is closely related to the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This paper reviews the related research on effect of fetuin A in the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
5.Lysyal oxidase propeptide and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):646-648
Lysyal oxidase (LOX),a cooper dependent monoamine oxidase, can stabilize the extracellular matrix and is closely related to the tumor cell differentiation, vicious transformation and invasiveness.LOX is secreted into extracellular, and it is resolved into a small fragment by sol protease, which is lysyal oxidase propeptide (LOX-PP).According to research,LOX-PP has its own structure and physiological functions, which can inhibit the growth of tumor cells.LOX-PP also plays a significant role in the generation and progression of tumor, which is likely to be a new therapeutic target.
6.The study of quality of life for patients following radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 1999;0(05):-
Good clinical results were shown in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients received radiotherapy. The patients with long term life partially had radiation induced injuries that severely affect the quality of life (QOL). The study on QOL of those patients is important. Our article reviewed the effects of NPC QOL by treatment options, health education, rehabilitation therapy, traditional chinese medicine and qigong. The current measurement scale of NPC QOL in China was also discussed.
7.Determination of 10 Kinds of Phthalates in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of phthalates in cosmetics. Methods 10 kinds of phthalates were separated on a C18 column using methanol-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, 25℃ column temperature and 280 nm detection wave. Results The detection limit of 10 kinds of phthalates were 0.1-7 mg/L. The precision was less than 3.95% and recovery rates varied from 98.59% to 108.07%. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, precise and accurate and suitable to simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of phthalates in cosmetics.
8.Study of the inborn errors of mitochondrial fatty acid ?-oridation deficiency
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(02):-
Mitochondrial fatty acids ?-oxidation is a repetitive process of four steps which provides the major source of energy for heart, liver and skeletal muscle. Several enzymes are involved in this spiral cycle. The medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase ( MCAD) , the short-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (SCAD) , the long-chain 3-hydroxy acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (LCHAD) and the carnitine-palmitoyl-CoA transferase Ⅱ ( CPT Ⅱ ) deficiency have been recognized as the most common inborn errors of metabolism and frequently reported in their association with sudden infant death ( SID) . The prevalent mutations in these genes need further investigation in different populations.
9.Supracapsular implantation with optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lens in pediatric cataract
Ophthalmology in China 1994;0(02):-
Objective To assess the clinical effects of supracapsular implantation with optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lens in pediatric cataract.Design Retrospective case series.Participants 15 cases(17 eyes)with pediatric cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification, posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, about 4 mm in diameter, supracapsular implantation with optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lens in pediatric cataract were performed.Main Outcome Measures Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, position of IOL,intraoperative and postoperative complications. Results Implantation of optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lens was successfully performed in 17 eyes.Positions of IOL were changed in 5 eyes after operation 6 months, from post-capsule to supra-capsule.Among these 5 eyes, opaque optic axis were found in 4 eyes.No optic axis opaque was found in 13 eyes with optic capture. The major complications of optic capture were lenticular precipitates:grade 1 in 3 eyes(18%);grade 2 in 7 eyes(41%).Anterior synechia of iris occurred in 1 eye(6%);posterior synechia of iris in 4 eyes(24%).Pupil deformity occurred in 5 eyes(29%).Conclusions Posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and supracapsular implantation with optic capture of the posterior chamber intraocular lens are safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric cataract, especially in the prevention of secondary opacification from the visual axis.
10.Exploration of functional experiment evaluation system to cultivate practical medical talents
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):5-8
Functional experiment plays an important role in basic theory and clinical practice. For training high-quality medical talents in medical colleges, many improvements have been made in the functional experiment teaching and certain effects have been obtained. But a comprehensive evalu-ation system was still needed. Clinical medical students of 2010 grade were taken as the appraisal objects. Assessment content, methods and standards were designed according to the basic requirements of functional experiment. Students were evaluated by ordinary performance, test papers and experiment competition. Practice showed that the system was of significant importance in improving the experi-mental teaching quality and developing students' practical ability and comprehensive quality.
