1.Expression of angiopoietin-1/-2 in the process of mouse embryo implantation.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2007;27(2):200-2
This study examined the expression and distribution of angiopoietin-1/-2 (Ang-1/-2) in the endometrium of early pregnant mice. The expression of Ang-1/-2 was detected by immunohisto-chemical staining and in situ hybridization respectively. Computerized image analysis system was used to measure the average optical intensity of Ang-1/-2 in endometria at different time points after gestation. Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, D2 group (2 days after pregnancy), D4 group (4 days after pregnancy), D6 group (6 days after pregnancy) and D8 group (8 days after pregnancy), each containing 15 mice. The results showed that the expression of Ang-1 and Ang-2 was very different among 4 groups (P<0.01). Immunohistochemical staining revealed that Ang-1 was localized in the cytoplasma of stromal cells 2 days after pregnancy (day 2), and in luminal epithelial cells on day 4. The protein of Ang-2 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasma of glandular epithelia and stromal cells. With gestation time, the positive reactions of Ang-1/-2 were stronger in the endometria of the pregnant mice (P<0.01). In situ hybridization showed Ang-1 mRNA in stromal cells on day 2. Hybridization signal was localized in both stromal cells and vessel epithelial cells on day 4; Ang-2 mRNA was expressed in stromal cells and glandular epithelia on day 2; high mRNA levels appeared in stromal cells, glandular epithelia and vascular endothelia on day 4; an increasing in mRNA expression of Ang-1/-2 was observed on day 6 and day 8 (P<0.01). It is suggested that Ang-1/-2 may play an important role in the cross-talk between blastocyst and maternal endometrium during the process of embryo implantation.

5.Progress in drug transporters in hepatocytes
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2014;(5):806-812
Hepatic drug transporters(HDTs),including uptake transporters and efflux transporters, play an important role in drug distribution and elimination in the liver. The influx HDTs include organic anion transporters, organic cation transporters, organic anion transporter polypeptides and Na+-tauro-cholate cotransporting polypeptide. The efflux HDTs include multidrug resistance proteins, multidrug resistance-associated proteins, breast cancer resistance protein and bile salt export pumps. Major research methods involve gene knock-out animals, isolated perfused livers, liver slices, primary hepato-cytes and transfection cells. They have been used in study of drug distribution,drug-drug interaction and drug toxicity.
6.SOMATOSTATIN-CONTAINING NEURONS AND NERVE FIBERS IN ThE NUCLEUS TRACTUS SOLITARII——A IMMUNOELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
Somatostatin-containing neurons and nerve fibers in the commissural subnucleus of the nucleus tractus solitarii(NTS) of the rat were studied by means of munoelectron microscopy. The results showed that somatostatin-like immunoreactive positive neurons are medium or small cells, fusiform or elliptical. Somatostatin- like immunoreactive positive axons are unmyelinated, and mainly form passage or terminal synapses. Somatostatin-positive cell bodies themselves have not been obser- ved to form synapses with somatostatin-positive fibers, but their dendrites may receive innervation from immunoreactive-negative fibers by axo-dendritic synapses.
7.Clinical Observation of Bairui Granules Combined with Ribavirin Aerosol in the Treatment of Children with Seasonal Influenza
China Pharmacist 2015;(8):1343-1344,1345
To observe the efficacy of Bairui granules combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of children with seasonal influenza. Methods:Totally 60 cases of children with seasonal influenza were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 ones in each. The children in the control group were given ribavirin aerosol, and the children in the observa-tion group were given ribavirin aerosol combined with Bairui granules. The disappearance time of symptoms and curative effect of the two groups were observed after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%,that of the control group was 86. 67%,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The time of fever relieving, the disappearance time of headache, whole body pain and red and swollen thoroat and cough in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion: Bairui granules combined with ribavirin aerosol is an effective method in the treatment of children with seasonal influenza.

10.Impacts on the curative effect of peripheral facial paralysis treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at different times.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(12):1085-1087
OBJECTIVETo explore the optimal intervention time of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
METHODSTwo hundred and four cases of peripheral facial paralysis were collected in clinic for retrospective analysis. According to the time between the disease onset and the intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion, 3 groups (groups A, B and C) were divided. In group A, the treatment was given in 1 to 3 days after onset; in group B, the treatment was given in 4 to 7 days after onset; in group C the treatment was given in 8 to 10 days after onset. The treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion was applied according to the regular stages of disease in the three groups. At the acute stage, the less points and shallow puncture therapy combined with distal acupoints at the limbs were adopted on the affected side. At the stable stage, the more points and shallow puncture therapy were used on the affected side. At the recovery stage, the deep puncture or penetrating punctures was applied on the affected side. The curative effects was given once every day and the treatment of 10 days made one session. The curative effects were analyzed statistically at the end of three sessions of treatments separately.
RESULTSAt the end of the 1st session of treatment, the total effective rate was 58.8% (40/68) in group A, 69.7% (53/76) in group B and 46.6% (28/60) in group C. At the end of the 2nd session of treatment, the total effective rate was 85.3% (58/68), 90.8% (69/76) and 71.6% (43/60) in group A, B and C separately. At the end of 3rd session of treatment, the total effective rates were 89.7% (61/68), 97.4% (74/76) and 83.3% (50/60) in the three groups separately. The differences were significant statistically at the same session of treatment among three groups (all P<0.05), in which, the results in group B was the best, followed by group A and C in sequence.
CONCLUSIONthe best intervention time of acupuncture and moxibustion is in 4 to 7 days after onset of facial paralysis.
