Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(4):252-254
Diabetes mellitus( DM)affects almost the whole digestive tract. Approximately 75% of the diabetic patients suffer from gastrointestinal motility disorders. The precise mechanism of diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders is not fully clear. Its pathogenesis is considered to be multifactorial and related with autonomic neuropathy, smooth muscle myopathy and lesions of interstitial cells of Cajal. Advanced glycation end products( AGEs ) are derived from the nonenzymatic reaction of glucose with proteins, lipids or nucleic acids in vivo. Hyperglycemia in DM is a favourite for formation of AGEs, and excessive accumulation of AGEs contributes to the complications of DM such as diabetic nephropathy and diabetic vascular lesions. However, the correlation of AGEs with diabetic gastrointestinal motility disorders is seldom reported. In this review article, the roles and possible mechanisms of AGEs in diabetic gastrointestinal motility were summarized.
3."Exploration and Practice of ""PBL-Seminar"" Teaching Method in Pharmacy"
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(2):216-218
[Objective]To investigate effect of PBL-Seminar teaching method in pharmacy.[Methods] Take 40 masters of pharmacy major from Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University, and 20 of them as test group(with PBL-Seminar teaching method) and others as control group(with traditional teaching method). With advanced pharmaceutics as an example, final y using the questionnaire to evaluate the teaching effect of the course. [Results] Compared with the control group, the test group shows increase significantly in cognitive depth of the major, learning initiative, awareness of the team, satisfaction of the teaching atmosphere. [Conclusion] The PBL-Seminar teaching method is innovative and effective, which effectively improves the students' initiatives and cognitive ability, and helps students to adapt to society.

5.Cultivation of comprehensive quality for students majored in medical imaging (ultrasonic medicine)
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(12):1289-1291
At present, there are many problems in the cultivation for medical students including lack of humanistic education, insufficient healthy personality shaping and innovation education. We made explorations in aspects of updating education concept, enhancing faculty construction, emphasizing basic course teaching and promoting students' abilities so as to cultivate the comprehensive quality of students majored in medical imaging (ultrasonic medicine).
6.Clinical characteristics and the cause analysis of acute relapsing pancreatitis
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(9):1047-1048
Objective To discuss the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of acute relapsing pancreatitis .Methods The clini-cal data and relevant data of 274 acute pancreatitis cases from January 2010 to and December 2012 were analyzed ,of which one group of 231 cases were first onset and the other group of 43 cases were relapsing .Results The probability of relapse of acute pan-creatitis were highest from 1 month to half a year after first onset (20 cases ,accounting for 46 .51% );biliary factors were the major causes of first onset and relapse cases ,where the relapsing group was higher than first onset group ,with statistical significance (P<0 .05);the relapsing group had more severe symptoms of hyperlipidemia than the first onset group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) ,The relative risk (OR value) of relevant factors were higher than biliary factors ;improper diet ,alcohol and other factors of the relapsing group were lower than the first onset group ,without statistical significance (P> 0 .05);there was no significant difference between the occurrence rate of severe pancreatitis and the occurrence rate of surgeries and deaths .Conclusion Biliary diseases and hyperlipidemia are closely related with the relapse of acute pancreatitis .
7.The characteristic of self-harmonious and its relationship with social avoidance and distress of college students
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2008;17(8):735-736
Objective To understand self-harmonious state of medical college students at present, and explore the relationship between self-harmonious and social avoidance and distress(SAD).Methods 412 medical college students were assessed by self-consistency and congruence survey(SCCS),social avoidance and distal scores were 92.06±12.80).The self-harmonious of medical college students have differences in the grade.sex,one-child and area;and the difierences have not reached the remarkable level of statistics(P>0.05),but the difference of self-rigidity between male students and female students(male:19.35±4.20;female:17.73±0.372,-0.152).Conclusion The self-harmonious level of medical college students Was low.And the bad SCCS state will lead to social avoidance or anxiety.
8.Discussion on the application and effect of painless gastroscopy anesthesia in the sufentanil combined with propofol
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(4):361-363
Objective To discuss the application and effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on painless gastroscopy anesthesia. Methods In the fourth people's hospital of Zhejiang in April 2014-June 2016,94 cases treated with painless gastroscopy I were randomly divided into two equal groups.Anesthesia group A were anaesthetized with fentanyl and propofol, sufentanil and propofol for anesthesia group B.The anesthetic effect, the time of consciousness disappearance, eye opening time, recovery time of orientation, the dosage of propofol in the two groups were compared. The mean arterial pressure, heart rate and adverse reaction rate in the two groups were compared. Results The anesthetic effect in the anesthesia groupB is significant better than that in the anesthesia group A(P<0.05).Compared with the anesthesia groupA,the time of consciousness disappearance, eye opening and orientation recovery is shorter in the anesthesia groupB(P<0.05),The difference of the mean arterial drug Pressure and heart rate is not significant in the two groups before medication. After medication and wake up,compared with the anesthesia group A,the mean arterial pressure, heart rate fluctuation is smaller, and the adverse reaction rate is lower in the anesthesia group B,(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective which sufentanil combined with propofol used in anesthesia in painless gastroscopy,It can stable vital signs of patients during operation,,work quickly, restore consciousness rapidly, and contribute to reduce complications, and is worthy of promotion.
9.Recent research progress of abscopal effect in tumor radiotherapy
Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2017;37(4):311-315
If loosely defined,an abscopal effect occurs when localized irradiation affects the whole organism. In recent years, distant tumor regression and normal tissue damage after localized irradiation have been concerned by immuno-oncologists.However,the mechanisms of this effect are still far from clear.Mounting evidences suggest that the generation of abscopal effects is closely related to immune regulation.Radiotherapy might become a systemic tumor-treatment modality by enhancing immune function and played an important role in every stage of tumor development and prognosis. For the moment, targeting the immune checkpoint has become an attractive approach for malignant tumor therapy.Preclinical data have revealed that a strong abscopal effect could be effectively induced by the co-treatement of immune checkpoint inhibitors and irradiation, which could recruit antitumor T cells and achieve a powerful antitumor effect. This review discusses current progress and perspectives of abscopal effects in the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy.
