The strategies for constructing pharmaceutical subject repository union in China and the development trend of pharmaceutical subject repository union were studied form the aspects of its cooperation models, platform building, resources acquisition and organization, access policy formation;copyright, quality control, and fund source.The cooperation models were divided into centralized storage model, distribution acquisition model and hierarchical construction model.Pharmaceutical subject repository union platform was built according to the different cooperation models.

Objective:To evaluate the emergency diagnosis of severe myocardial contusion. Objective To study chronic bronchitis rats oxidant/antioxidant related indicators Ho flavored Dingchuan Decoction.Methods 50 SD rats were adopted improved smoked method to make chronic bronchitis model.From the 20th day of the modeling,blank control group and model control group gavage were treated with saline.The positive control group were treated with Cough Mixture.The experimental groupwere dealed with Ho flavored Dingchuan Decoction high,medium and low-dose.20 day later,the cotent of SOD,CAT,MDA in rat serum,lung tissue and balf were observed.Results Compare to blank control group,the cotent of SOD[(188.11 ± 9.37)U/ml、(276.11 ±30.28) U/ml,(8.80 ± 1.49)U/ml],CAT[(9.40 ±2.04)U/ml,(26.57±4.26)U/ml,(1.58±0.26) U/ml] in rat serum,lung tissue of the experimental group significantly reduced (P ＜0.01) ; MDA [(5.64 ± 0.52) μmol/L,(6.32 ± 2.10) μmol/L,(28.08 ± 2.43) μ mol/L) increased (P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Ho flavored Dingchuan Decoction can effectively reverse these changes,and showed a significant dose-dependent.The Ho flavored Dingchuantang,in middle and high-dose serum SOD [(253.05 ± 7.81) U/ml,(256.92 ± 5.37)U/ml],CAT [(14.86 ± 2.49)U/ml,(18.22 ± 2.65)U/ml] higher than those of blank control group.And the Ho flavored Dingchuantang,in middle and high-dose lung tissue SOD [(470.91 ± 11.46)U/mgprot,(482.91 ± 14.32)U/mgprot),CAT [(46.87 ± 3.75)U/mgprot,(55.49 ±3.33)U/mgprot] higher than those of blank control group.Content close to the normal level.Conclusion The Ho flavored Dingchuan Decoction has significantly reduce the oxidative stress in chronic bronchitis.

AIM: To investigate the clinical effect of compound anisodine on patients with paralytic strabismus and the influence on malondialdehyde ( MDA ) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) .
●METHODS: Seventy cases diagnosed with paralytic strabismus from Jun. 2008 to Dec. 2014 were selected as treatment group; another 70 cases with paralytic strabismus from Oct. 2000 to Jan. 2008 were chosen as control group. The control group was given with conventional therapy, and treatment group was additionally injected with compound anisodine subcutaneously on the basis of the control group. Treatment lasted for two courses about 28days. The effect of compound anisodine on patients with paralytic strabismus was evaluated and the serum level of MDA and SOD was also measured before and after treatment.
●RESULTS: ln treatment group, 54 cases were cured (77%), 14 cases improved (20%) and 2 cases had no response ( 3%) and total efficiency reached to 97%. ln control group, 32 cases were cured ( 46%) , 21 cases improved ( 30%) and 17 cases had no response ( 24%) and total efficiency was 76%. The cure rate and total efficiency of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0. 05). Before treatment, the level of SOD and MDA was equal in two groups. After treatment, increased SOD level and decreased MDA level was observed in both groups. However, compound anisodine were significantly increased SOD level and reduced MDA level when compared with conventional therapy (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSION: The compound anisodine shows the beneficial effect on patients with paralytic strabismus. Compound anisodine may exert the effect via increasing SOD and reducing MDA.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the materials and design of intraocular lens for traumatic cataract caused by sports injuries.METHODS: The databases of Medline and CNKI were retrieved by computer with key words of "sports injury, cataract, and intraocular lens". The languages were restricted as Chinese and English. By searching, 12 literatures concerning intraocular lens for traumatic cataract caused by sports injuries were selected, including 3 written in English and 9 in Chinese.RESULTS: One of the causes for cataract is sports injury. Every year, thousands of cases suffered eye damages in China due to sports. Here, first, a brief introduction of the causes of cataract was presented, and then the suitable intraocular lens implantation for athletes was prepared, finally, the materials and design of intraocular lens was discussed.CONCLUSION: The intraocular lens is developed fast both in basic theory and clinic, which exhibit good features in biocompatibility, visual function, regulatory ability, as well as photoprotection following transplantation. The widening of intraocular lens can provide more choices for physicians, and the life quality of patient was obviously improved.

BACKGROUND:The quantity and function reduction of circulating endothelial progenitor cells(CEPCs)indicate that vascular endothelial repair capacity reduces in hypertension patients,but the impact of statins on the CEPCs is still not very clear.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin calcium on endothelial cells and CEPCs in renovascular hypertensive rats.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Randomized controlled animal experiment was performed in Chongqing Key Laboratory ofNeurology from June 2008 to Febmary 2009.MATERIALS:Totally 24 SD male rats of SPF grade,and atorvastatin calcium was produced by Lipitor,Pfizer Inc.with batch number of 65837003.METHODS:The renovascular hypertension was induced with 2-kindey and 1-clip method in 16 SD rats,which were then randomly divided into two groups:hypertensive group(n=8)and statins group(n=8).control group(n=8)underwent the same operation,without silver slip.At 4 weeks after model construction,statins group was treated with atorvastatin calcium MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:At 4 and 12 weeks of the experiment.three groups of rats were measured blood pressure and blood lipids;at 12 weeks,the thoracic aortic endothelial cells continuity was investigated through hematoxylin-eosin stain;the quantity,proliferation,adhesion and migration capacity of CEPCs were determined.RESULTS:At 4 and 12 weeks of the experiment,there was no significant differences in the systolic pressure between statins RESULTS:At 4 and 12 weeks of the experiment,there was no significant differences in the systolic pressure between statins group group and model group,which were dramatically high than control group(P＞0.01):the blood lipids in the statins group was not changed.In the model group,rat aortic endothelial cells were greatly damaged;the injury of CEPCs was dramatically relieved in the model group.Compared with statins group and control group,the number of CEPCs was significantly decreased,the capacities of proliferation,adhesion and migration were also significantly reduced in the model group(P＜0.01);moreover,statins group was inferior to control group in terms of these capacities.with significant differences among three groups(P＜0.01).CONCLUSION:Renovascular hypertensive rats thoracic aortic endothelial calls are severely damaged,CEPCs decline in the humber and function;atorvastatin calcium can increase the number of CEPCs and improve the function of CEPCs.

BACKGROUND: The implantation of electronic devices has become the preferred treatment tor symptomatic bradyarrhythmias.However,there are many shortcomings in electronic pacemakers.The usage of molecular biology principle to develop biological pacemaker has become a topic of discussion in research.When sinoatrial node is lnhlblted,pacemaker effect runs by transfecting hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated(HCN)channel gene of If current,overexprcssing HCN,and increasing inward current in diastolic phase of the heart.Construction of biological pacemakefs by gene therapy and cell therapy may become an optimal substitute of electronic pacemakers in the near future.OBJECTIVE:To sum up the research advancement in application of HCN channel gene to the development of biological pacemaker.RETRIEVAL STRATEGY:The relevant articles published between January 1979 and June 2007 were searched for in Pubmed database by researcher of this article with the key words of"hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated chartnel,biological pacemaker"in English.157 articles were selected and reviewed by the inclusive cntena of:① articles closely related with the application of HCN to the development of biological pacemaker;②the late articles and articles in anthority journals in the same field.Exclusive criterion:repetitive studies.LITERATURE EVALUATION:The main sources of literatures were randomized clinical trial(RCT)on biological pacemaker by HCN.Among 36 selected articles,10 were reviews,and others were elementary expenInental studles.DATA SYNTHESIS:①Of all four HCN isoforms,HCNI,HCN2,and HCN4 are the main isoforms in the heart.HCN3 only expresses in embryonic pacemaker cells in a low level.HCN2 highly expressed in low pacing regions(Ventricular muscle),whereas HCN4 highly expressed in high pacing regions.Moreover,HCN2 are the main isoforms in the ventricle.Expression ratio of HCN2 to HCN4 is 5:1 in neonate rats and 13:1 in adult rats.②Defects in HCN channels may underlie sick-sinus syndrome.③Up to now,HCN genes of If current contribute importantly to the generataon of the regular pacemaker potential.CONCLUSION:Gene therapy and cell therapy have become an optimal approach to improve biological paccmakers.Application of HCN channel gene in development of biological pacemaker may hold great promlse In the treatment of chronic arhythmia.

Homebox genes are known to determine cell proliferation and differentiation and subsequently regulate the occurrence,development and prognosis of many tyhpes of malignant tumors in human.Some recent studies have shown that homebox genes are abnormally expressed in the esophageal,gastric,coloreetal and other gastrointestinal tumors.In this review,we consider that homebox genes may regulate the occurrence,development of gastrointestinal tumors by interacting with transcription factors in vivo and abnormal epigenetic modifications.Therefore,homebox genes are closely related to gastrointestinal tumors.

Objective To analyze the development, treatment, death cause and survival situation of malignant tumor in aging patients Method Retrospectively analysis was made on 106 aging patients died of malignant tumors, who received the treatment in our hospital. Result Of all 106 patients, 102 patients were in advanced stage(Ⅲ+Ⅳstage), occupying 96.23%,most of who also had some other basic senile diseases; 96.23% patients had been treated with TCM, which exceeded the ones who were treated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and operation. Some aging patients with tumor had better survival time than other age patients; the top three causes of death for tumor were respiratory failure, infection and congestive heart failure. Conclusion Most of aging patients with malignant tumor were in advanced stage, TCM treatment is easily to be accepted by patients, due to its fewer side effects. In the meantime, we should treat the basic senile diseases positively and prevent their complications.
