The bilingual teaching is a new mode to enhance the synthetic ability of the medical students' foreign languages.The article proposes several manners of guarantying the teaching effect such as strengthening the teacher's quality,applying multimedia to teaching,using unified teaching material and increasing students' interest in learning.

Objectives:To study the expression of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma under different pathological factors and to discuss its relationshipwith the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma and the clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of PTEN in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma,10 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal endometria were examined by immunohistochemical method.Result:The positive staining rate of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma was 55.00%,and that in normal endometria was 100.00%.There was no obvious correlation between the expression of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma and different pathological factors such as clinical staging,depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:The expression lack of PTEN exists in endometrial carcinoma,and PTEN has an important role in the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.

This paper summarized the nursing care of 6 patients with severe aplastic anemia complicated with DIC. The risk of sepsis and severe pneumonia can be reduced through actively nursing and preventing of oral,res-piratory,skin and perianal infections. The chances of bleeding from the skin,nose,and mouth can be reduced by less skin puncture,local medication,cold compresses and compression. Also by monitoring the coagulation indexes, estimating the phase of DIC and observing the bleeding manifestations. Through controlling heparin dripping rate, monitoring coagulation index,reporting to doctors at any time and knowing how to deal with heparin overdose,can increase the safety of heparin administration and improve the clinical application rate of early DIC heparin therapy. Psychological guidance can reduce the risk of cerebral hemorrhage caused by excessive exertion and accidental fall. After treatment and careful nursing,6 patients improved,5 cases were discharged,and 1 case died.

Objective To explore the relationship between mindfulness and rumination of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Three hundred and sixty two nursing students participated in the survey using Chinese version of mindfulness scale and rumination scale.Results The scores on mindfulness and rumination among the 362 nursing students were 3?18 ± 0?37 and 1?62 ± 0?19,respectively.The mindfulness among them was negatively correlated with their rumination and so it were with the three dimension of mindfulness:awareness in action,non-reactiveness of inner experience and non-judgment on inner experience with the 3 dimensions of rumination(P<0?01 or P<0?05).The 3 dimensions of mindfulness predicted the variance of rumination by 31?1%.Conclusions The mindfulness of nursing students is at moderate level,and their rumination at low level.Therefore,the nursing administrations or educators should further cultivate mindfulness of nursing students to reduce the extent of rumination?

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a kind of metabolic and stress-related liver damage closely related with insulin resistance and inherited susceptibility. Its incidence is increasing recently in China. Liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of NAFLD,but which is an invasive procedure with certain risks. Therefore,finding a simple and accurate diagnostic method is an eager task,and searching of non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis of NAFLD has become a hot spot of study. This article reviewed the progress in studies on biomarkers for diagnosis of NAFLD.

Six cases of T-cell lyrnphoma associated with reactive histiocytic hyperplasia with hemophagocytosis (HHH) localized primarily to the skin and subcutaneous fat were described. Initial biopsy findings may he misinterpreted as benign panniculitis. Four of which were progressive, recurrent, even fatal (follow-up for 8-36 months). Histologically the lesions of all cases were composed of a mixture of small and medium sized atypical lymphoid cells and benign hemophagocytes infiltrated with neutrophils and eosinophils between fat cells. The mechanism and differential diagnosis of the disease were discussed.

It was widely used in Parkinson disease and emotional neural circuit studies. Optogenetics was selected by Nature Methods for method of the year 2010. This paper reviews on the research advances and applications of optogenetics.

Objective To explore the role of rescue video logical slice and interactive analysis in the continuous improvement of quality of emergency care of multiple injury. Methods To establish a management team for the rescue video interactive analysis. From May, 2015 to April, 2016, every Wednesday from 8:00-11:00 am, the data of multi-injury patients registered in our management software of critical emergency cases were selected. A typical case study of the rescue video logical slices were processed through sorting the video cases in the video surveillance system installed in the emergency room. According to the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of multiple injury, the evaluation indexes of nursing quality in emergency treatment of multiple injury were formulated and video data was analyzed interactively by using the failure mode analysis and root cause analysis. Based on the above analyzed results, the quality of emergency care of Multiple Injury was controlled and improved. Before and after performing the rescue video logic slices and interactive analysis management, the examined results of multiple injury first-aid nursing quality index, as well as the rate of patients satisfaction and nursing defects were compared. Results Before the implementation of the above method, the time of emergency treatment for multiple injury, the rate of patients with successful rescue, the rate of patient transport defect and the rate of missing items in the rescue unit were respectively as follows:(87.1±7.4)min, 90.77%(59/65), 30.77%(20/65), 12.31%(8/65),whereas after the implementation, the relevant data were (57.5 ± 5.2) min, 100.00%(68/68), 10.29%(7/68), 2.94%(2/68). The comparative difference before and after the implementation was statistically significant (t=26.84, χ2=2.15, 2.72, 1.72, all P < 0.05). Besides, the satisfaction with the various evaluations of patients′ family members was increased and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=15.45-23.21, P<0.05). Conclusions The introduction of rescue video slices and interactive analysis can effectively reduce the patient′s rescue time, improve the success rate of patients rescues, decrease the rate of patient transport defect and missing items in the rescue unit, effectively control the quality of links, improve the management efficiency, and thus realize the standardized management under normal working condition.

Objective To investigate the relationship between PrfA-dependent promoters and PrfA regulation. Methods LacZ reporter gene fusions used to investigate the inhibitory elements for PrfA-dependent transcription were carried on two promoters of Listeria monocytogenes: a PrfA-dependent promoter of the phospholipase gene pica (PplcA) and a putative promoter of the aroA gene (ParoA2) which contains a similar PrfA-binding site (PrfA-box) and a similar-10 box as PplcA but does not function as PrfA-dependent promoter. A series of hybrid plcA-aroA promoters by exchanging corresponding sequence elements of these two "promoters" were constructed and incorporated into upstream of a promoterless lacZ gene. The variant promoter-lacZ transcriptional fusions were then electroporated into L. monocytogenes wild-type strain P14, prfA mutant P14a and prfA deletion mutant A42, respectively. The expression level of PrfA is the highest in the P14a and the lowest in A42. The corresponding transcription activities of hybrid promoters were measured by the β-galactosidase assay. Results The two critical elements of PrfA-dependent promoters, the PrfA-box and the-10 box, can be functionally exchanged as long as the distance in between is maintained 22 or 23 bp. However, the interspace sequence and the sequence downstream of the -10 box of ParoA2 were strongly inhibitory for PrfA-dependent transcription. Conclusion Downstream sequence together -10 box of ParoA2 might fold into a hairpin structure when present in a single stranded DNA and possibly block the formation of the transcriptional initiation open complex, hence, inhibit the PrfA-dependent transcription from ParoA2.
