2.Risk factors of ischemic stroke in Jiangsu Taixing population
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2015;28(5):385-387
Objective To investigate the risk factors of ischemic stroke in Jiangsu Taixing population. Methods Case-control study was used in this investigation.Cases: all the diagnosed ischemic stroke patients in neurology department of Taixing People 's Hospital from 2011.9 to 2013.6.Controls: all the controls were selected randomly from community residents in Taixing city during the same period of time, according to the age and gender and ratio of 3:2.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression model was applied to analyze risk factors respectively. Results Seven hundred and seventy-seven stroke patients ( case group) and 518 controls ( control group) were brought into the study. It was preliminarily found in univariate analysis that compared with the control group, the rates of smoke, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and the waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio were significantly higher in the case group;while the total bilirubin level was significantly lower ( all P<0.001 ) .Logistic regression showed that smoking (OR=2.089, 95%CI:1.452-3.005), hypertension (OR=3.838, 95%CI:2.516-5.855) were risk factors of stroke in the elder population in Taixing, elevated total bilirubin level ( OR=0.281, 95%CI:0.155-0.508) was protective factor of stroke in the elder population ( all P<0.05 ).Conclusion No smoking, no hypertension history could make it less possible for stroke to occur, and total bilirubin level becomes protective factor of stroke.
3.Effects of intensive insulin therapy on the level of inflammatory factors and prognosis in severe multiple trauma patients
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2015;(2):122-124
Objective To observe the influence of intensive insulin therapy on inflammatory fac-tors and prognosis in severe multiple trauma patients. Methods A total of 53 cases of severe multiple trauma were randomly divided into the treatment group(n =27)and the control group(n =26).Besides basic treatment, patients in the treatment group received additional intensive insulin therapy by micro-pump.The level of blood glucose in the control group was controlled under 11.1 mmol/L.Levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and CRP were tested before and after treatment.Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,noso-comial infection rate, and mortality rate were also observed. Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, nosocomial infection, and mortality rate in the treatment group was lower(P <0.05).Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy can effectively decrease the expressions of inflammatory factors in patients with severe multiple trauma, improve the prognosis,re-duce the incidence of nosocomial infection and mortality.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(6):606-607
Nursing had a long history over thousands of years which developed from ancient saying better bid the cooks than the medicine,disease-centered and patient centered tohealth-centered clinical nursing. In order to promote quality of clinical nursing,it need innovation by introducing translational medicine into nursing. This paper analyzed how to integrate translational medicine into clinic nursing and explore nursing model based on translational medicine.
5.An Analysis of the Clinical and MRI Features of Central Pontine Myelinolysis
Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To study the clinical and MRI features of central pontine myelinolysis(CPM).Methods The MRI findings of 11 cases with central pontine myelinolysis verified by clinic and imagings were analyzed. Results There were history of drink wine long term in 7 cases, undernourishment in 4 cases,low-blood-sodium in 10 cases.Long T 1 and T 2 signal intensity was showed on MR in central pontine, focus presented under cortex cerebri and in nucleus basalis area in 4 cases.3 cases enhanced around focus,2 cases enhanced in center and 4 cases no enhanced on postcontrast MRI.Conclusion There are characteristic MRI features in central pontine myelinolysis,it is not difficult to diagnoses CPM in early stage if its clinical manifestations and testing treatment with hormone is associated with MRI features.
6.The relationship between colon cancer and miR-155-associated DNA methylation
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2017;36(1):68-70
Objectives To detect the expression level of miR-155 in tissues of colon cancer, and to investigate its influence on the occurrence, development and metastasis of colon cancer. Methods 69 cases with primary colon cancer treated with surgical resection in our hospital were chosen.Tissue samples of the tumor and tissue in the side of tumor(control)were collected and the expression level of miR-155 in the samples was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The results were statically analyzed. Results The expression level of miR-155 was 0.471±0.100,0.238 ±0.108,0.719 ± 0.135 in three groups of colon cancer patients with tumor sizes ≥ 5 cm,high differentiation of tumor, and occurrence of lymphatic metastasis, respectively, and 0.623 ± 0.134,0.142 ±0.094,0.390±0.121 in their controls. And the level of miR-155 was 0.395±0.101 in patients with T1 + T2 tumor local infiltration,0.466±0.128 in T3 + T4 local infiltration,0.404±0.108 in Ⅰ + Ⅱ stage of TNM and 0.457±0.119 in Ⅲ± Ⅳ stage. The miR-155 was relatively higherly expressed in patients with tumor sizes≥5 cm,lower degree of differentiation, higher tumor infiltration degree,Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage of TNM,(t=3.002,12.531,20.425,2.576,1.908,P < 0.05).Conclusions The expression level of miR-155 is correlated with tumor sizes, differentiation degrees, tumor infiltrating degrees,TNM and lymphatic metastasis, which could be used as diagnostic indexes for occurrence, development and metastasis of colon cancer.

10.The role of mast cells in responses to bacterial and viral infection
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Since the discovery of mast cells (MCs) in 1878, MCs have long been recognised to be the key effector cells in allergic reactions. However, little is known about their roles in defending microorganisms. In this review, the recent research progress in the roles of MCs, in the body defence against bacterial and viral infection, in pathogen recognition mechanisms and in inflammatory mediator release are discussed.
