3.Treatment of diarrhea:how to apply reasonable Anti-diarrheal medications.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Diarrhea can also be a symptom of many serious diseases.Diarrhea is caused by infections or illnesses that either lead to excess production of fluids or prevent absorption of fluids. There are some measures that can prevent diarrhea. There are some medications that can slow down the movement of stool through the intestines and increase intestinal water absorption. The patient may need a combination of drugs adjustments to achieve relief. This review summarizes the reasonable application of anti-diarrheal medications.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
ObjectiveTo better understand abdominal pain caused by oth er diseases, improve the diagnosis, and discuss methods for therapy. Methods Totally 94 cases of internal diseases with abdominal pain as chief man ifestation were studied, including etiological factors, symptoms, physical signs,as well as therapy.ResultsOf them,90 4% were caused by organ di sorders in abdominal cavity, and the most common disease was acute gastroenteriti s (19 1%).ConclusionsThe etiological factors of internal dise ases with abdominal pains as chief manifestation are various and complex.More at tention needs be paid to the diagnosis and therapy.
6.Advances in the research on homo sapiens cytochrome P450 2J2
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
For many years, researches on Cytochrome P450 had been focused on their roles in exogenous drugs and poisons metabolism. In fact, Cytochrome P450 also showed significant importance in conversion of endogenous materials, such as steroids, cholesterol, hormones, fatty acid and vitamins. Among such Cytochrome P450 enzymes, CYP2J2 mainly metabolizing arachidonic acids into epoxyeicosatrienoic acids, was detected recently in human beings. The association of CYP2J2 with diseases attracts many researchers great interests. This article briefly summarized those researches of homo sapiens CYP2J2 on its distribution, physical significance, coding gene and mutants of gene as well.
7.Analysis of communication between the postgraduate of otorhinolaryngology and patients
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective To contrast the message of the state of postgraduate patient communication before or after evaluation and put forward the solution. Methods Each 200 questionnaires were randomly sampled that of patients who were hospitalized in the department of ENT department of the seconed affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Results The ratio of satisfaction was 56.43%;34.1%patients considered the communication was common,9.49%patients considered the communication was dissatisfying before evaluation, but the ratio was 78.8%,14%,7.5%respectively after evaluation. Before the evaluation,65.4%patient considered the service attitude affecting the communication,48%patient considered the behavior of the doctor affecting communication,52.5%patient considered the speech of the doctor, while after evaluation, the ratio was 12%、14.5%、23.5%respectively.Conclusion Evaluation improved the doctor patient communication, but postgraduates were required to improve speech and behavior arts.
8.Study on the effect of psychological intervention on quarantined pilot students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on quarantined pilot students during the influenza A (H1N1) pandemic. Methods During quarantine, psychological intervention, including Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) and individual interview, are given to 37 pilot students who just went back from the epidemic area in USA. Psychological tests, including Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)test and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)test on the 3rd day of quarantine, and Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) test before and after the quarantine, are carried out. Results Psychological health level of the quarantined students is higher than that of national college students. And the psychological health level of the students is improved after the quarantine. Conclusion Appropriate psychological intervention can transform critical incident into the resource of promoting growing up for students.
9.Clinical observation of oxytocin combined with misoprostol for preventing postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(8):1188-1192
Objective To investigate the effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 150 women who underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each group. The two groups were all in the expulsion of the fetus after injection of oxytocin in the uterine wall. The control group after delivery of the placenta received oxytocin intravenous infusion in the prevention and treatment of postpar-tum hemorrhage, the observation group used misoprostol under the tongue to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The inci-dence of bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups. The effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume of the observation group was (348.06 ±218.36) mL,and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.67%,which were significantly lower than the control group (t=5.25,χ2 =12.37,all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 64%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =10.671,9.22,all P<0.05).1 case of nausea and vomiting occurred in the control group,2 cases had fever, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.00%.5 cases in the observation group had nausea and vomiting,3 cases had fever, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 10.67%.The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and less adverse reactions,it is the effective treatment for prevention and treatment of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage.
10.Study on inhibitory elements of a putative PrfA-dependent promoter ParoA2 in Listeria monocytogenes
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2008;28(6):521-527
Objective To investigate the relationship between PrfA-dependent promoters and PrfA regulation. Methods LacZ reporter gene fusions used to investigate the inhibitory elements for PrfA-dependent transcription were carried on two promoters of Listeria monocytogenes: a PrfA-dependent promoter of the phospholipase gene pica (PplcA) and a putative promoter of the aroA gene (ParoA2) which contains a similar PrfA-binding site (PrfA-box) and a similar-10 box as PplcA but does not function as PrfA-dependent promoter. A series of hybrid plcA-aroA promoters by exchanging corresponding sequence elements of these two "promoters" were constructed and incorporated into upstream of a promoterless lacZ gene. The variant promoter-lacZ transcriptional fusions were then electroporated into L. monocytogenes wild-type strain P14, prfA mutant P14a and prfA deletion mutant A42, respectively. The expression level of PrfA is the highest in the P14a and the lowest in A42. The corresponding transcription activities of hybrid promoters were measured by the β-galactosidase assay. Results The two critical elements of PrfA-dependent promoters, the PrfA-box and the-10 box, can be functionally exchanged as long as the distance in between is maintained 22 or 23 bp. However, the interspace sequence and the sequence downstream of the -10 box of ParoA2 were strongly inhibitory for PrfA-dependent transcription. Conclusion Downstream sequence together -10 box of ParoA2 might fold into a hairpin structure when present in a single stranded DNA and possibly block the formation of the transcriptional initiation open complex, hence, inhibit the PrfA-dependent transcription from ParoA2.
