Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Obiective To explore the effect of pulmanory surfactant on the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methods In a case control study, 25 newborns with NRDS were treated with Exosurf. At the same time, other 25 newbons with NRDS were served as control. The incidence of BPD in two groups was compared. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy was shortened in the group treated with PS (13 2?9) days vs (6?4) days, (21?9) days vs (9.3?6) days, respectively The incidence of BPD was decreased from 40% to 20%. Conclusion The duration of mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy can be shortened in the newbons of NRDS treated with PS, but the decreasing of the incidence of BPD were not confirmed.
2.Clinical analysis of silent paraganglioma and the literature review:21 cases
Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2015;(6):453-457
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of silent paraganglioma ( PGL) .Methods A total of 21 patients with silent PGL confirmed by surgical pathology and hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of chongqing Medical University from Mar .2008 to Dec.2013 were enrolled in this study .The clinical manifesta-tions, hormone level, imaging findings, pathologic characteristic, treatment and follow-up data were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively .Results Among the 21 cases of silent PGL , 8 were male and 13 were female, with 47.05 years as the mean age(ranging from 26 to 67 years old).PGL tumors in silent group were mainly located in the right side, and left to right ratio was 2∶5.Silent PGL with tumor diameter <3 cm, 3-5 cm, >5 cm were 5, 7,and 9 cases respectively. Its constituent ratio was 23.8%, 33.3% and 42.9% respectively, significantly higher compared with that of symptomatic PGL (9.8%,43.9%,and 46.3%respectively).Silent PGL can be i-dentified from other adrenal incidentaloma based on enhanced CT value in each period .Biochemical examination or functional imaging further could facilitate the diagnosis of silent PGL .All the 21 cases were conducted with surgical treatment , and hypertensive crisis occurred to 4 cases during operation .Conclusions Silent PGL is not easy to be detected due to its non-specific clinical manifestations .The diagnosis needs the combined analysis on anatomical imaging characteristics , biochemical examination , functional imaging and pathological findings .Sur-gery is the most effective treatment .Postoperative pathological tips and long-term follow-up are both required for PGL, no matter benign or malignant .
3.Clinical observation of oxytocin combined with misoprostol for preventing postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(8):1188-1192
Objective To investigate the effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of uterine contraction, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 150 women who underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each group. The two groups were all in the expulsion of the fetus after injection of oxytocin in the uterine wall. The control group after delivery of the placenta received oxytocin intravenous infusion in the prevention and treatment of postpar-tum hemorrhage, the observation group used misoprostol under the tongue to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. The inci-dence of bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups. The effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume of the observation group was (348.06 ±218.36) mL,and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.67%,which were significantly lower than the control group (t=5.25,χ2 =12.37,all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 64%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 =10.671,9.22,all P<0.05).1 case of nausea and vomiting occurred in the control group,2 cases had fever, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.00%.5 cases in the observation group had nausea and vomiting,3 cases had fever, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 10.67%.The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and less adverse reactions,it is the effective treatment for prevention and treatment of uterine contraction fatigue postpartum hemorrhage.

6.Expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha, vascular endothelial growth factor and angiopoie-tin-2 in tissues of condyloma acuminatum in pregnant women
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2009;42(5):324-326
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF- 1α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) in tissues of condy- loma acuminatum (CA) in pregnant women. Methods Tissue specimens were obtained from the lesions of 30 pregnant women with CA and 30 non-pregnant women with CA, and from the vulva of 15 normal preg- nant women. By immunohistochemical staining, the expressions of HIF -1α, VEGF and Ang-2 were detected in these specimens. Results The expression rates of HIF -1α,VEGF and Ang-2 were 86.67%, 93.33% and 83.33% in pregnant women with CA, respectively, 63.33%, 66.67% and 53.33% in non-pregnant women with CA, respectively, and 0, 6.67% and 0 in normal women, respectively. Enhanced expressions of HIF -1α,VEGF and Ang-2 were observed in pregnant women with CA compared with the latter two groups (P < 0.05). In pregnant women with CA, a significant correlation was noted between the expression of HIF -1α and VEGF (r = 0.412, P < 0.01) and between the expression of Ang-2 and VEGF (r = 0.460, P < 0.01). Further more, the expression of HIF -1α, VEGF and Ang-2 positively correlated with each other in non-preg- nant women with CA. Conclusion In tissues of CA in pregnant women, HIF-1α,Ang-2 and VEGF are over expressed, which may be related to angiogenesis.

8.Clinical application and development of high intensity focused ultrasound in hepatic carcinoma therapy
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(1):72-75
High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)is a new technology of focal therapy for patients with hepatic carcinoma.Comparing with operation and other focal therapeutic methods (such as radiofrequency and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization) of liver cancer,HIFU is non-invasive,accurate,and definite in killing the tumor tissue with fewer complications. Thus,it is widely accepted in clinical settings and has a promising prospect. In this article,we review the mechanism and present situation of hepatic carcinoma therapy with HIFU and dicuss some clinical application and development in the future.

10.Damage control for a pelvic fracture following an earthquake: one case report
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2008;10(6):551-554
Objective To discuss the effect of damage control applied for an earthquake pelvic fracture. Methods One case of pelvic fracture in the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake was treated by damage control in May, 2008. The patient was managed with anti-shock measures and temporal fixation of fracture in the first stage and minimally invasive surgery under fluoro-navigation system in the second stage. Results After two-stage damage control, the patient obtained stable vital signs, satisfactory reduction and internal fixation with no complications. Conclusion Damage control strategy for the earthquake pelvic fractures can improve the survival of patients and decrease their complications.
