Objective:To find the threshold value concentration of cobalt causing myocardium cell damage.Methods:Cobalt in different concentrations (10 μg/ml,20 μg/ml,40 μg/ml,80 μg/ml) were added into the medium of cultured myocardium cell of rat (1～3 days old) in vitro.Then the activities of GOT,CK,LDH,HBDH in the medium were measured.Results:The results showed that when cobalt concentration was 10～20 μg/ml,the activity of GOT,CK,LDH,HBDH did not change markedly.But when cobalt concentration was more than 40 μg/ml,the activities of those enzymes increased significantly.Conclusion:The studies demonstrated that the activities of enzymes in the medium of cultured myocardium cell could increase with the difference of coblat concentrations.The threshold value concentration of cobalt which could cause myocardium cell damage is 40 μg/ml.

Objective To compare the characteristics between two kinds of 40Hz auditory evoked potentials and provide suitable index for clinical auditory test of low-frequency. Methods The potentials including 40Hz auditory event related potential of middle latency response(40Hz AERP-MLR) and 40Hz auditory event related potential of early latency response(40Hz AERP-ELR) from window and vertex were recorded in guinea pigs. Results The common characteristics of the potentials were good frequency response,easy identification and lower responsive thresholds.Amplitude of 40Hz AERP-ELR was higher and threshold was lower than 40Hz AERP-MLR,especially 0.5kHz tone burst,which was (14.15?6.06)dBnHL.In vertex,the threshold of 40Hz AERP-MLR was (43.50?9.65)dBnHL,which was higher than that in round window(P

0.05).The bioequivalence of test tablets was (105.7?13.9)%.CONCLUSION:The results of statistics analysis show that the test and reference tablets were bioequivalent.

Objective To observe auditory brainstem response evoked at different electrode positions adopting electrode slices .Methods The ABRs of 12 normal guinea pigs (24 ears)were recorded by two methods using clicks as stimulation .Active electrode was positioned at the vertex while the ground electrode at the nose .The reference e‐lectrode was placed on bilateral pinnas or mastoids .Then observe waveforms ,response thresholds (RT) ,peak la‐tencies(PL) and inter-peak latencies (IPL)of ABR .Results No significant difference were observed in the RT ,Ⅰ ,Ⅱand Ⅲ PL ,Ⅰ - Ⅲ IPL of ABR between the two methods(P>0 .05) .When stimulation was decreasing and with the reference electrode slices placed at bilateral pinnas ,waveⅡpeak was stable and discernable of ABR record‐ings across twenty -four ears of guinea pigs .The amplitude decreased more slowly than any other waves ,and dis‐appeared at the last .While reference electrode slices were placed on bilateral mastoids ,the amplitude of wave Ⅲ de‐creased more slowly than any other waves except wave Ⅳ ,and disappeared at lost .Ⅱ - Ⅲ ,Ⅲ - Ⅳ IPL became shorter .These two positions both recorded amplitude higher and PL advanced for wave Ⅳ as the stimulation de‐creased by 20 to 40 dB nHL ,and Ⅲ - Ⅳ IPL became shorter .This phenomenon was more obvious when reference electrode was placed at mastoid .Conclusion Wave Ⅱwas more stable and discernible with reference electrode placed at the bilateral pinnas .Therefore wave Ⅱ recorded by this way can be a new method to record the ABR threshold of g uinea pig s .

Objective To study the effects of MT egg-milk powder on the contents of lead,zinc,iron and copper in brain and femur of lead poisoning rats. Methods 30 Wistar rats were divided into three groups(n=10): normal control group, lead poisoning group and lead poisoning rats treated with MT egg-milk powder group. After treated with 0.2% lead acetate daily for three weeks, the rats were fed with 500 g?L~ -1 MT egg-milk powder for three weeks. At the end of the experiment,samples of brain and femur were collected for trace elements detection by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Purpose To investigate the expression of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF in prostate cancer and adjacent tissues, and to determine their relationship with micro-vascular density ( MVD) , as well as the relationship between themselves. Methods The expression of ROS was detected by immunofluorescence, and the expression of p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD counting were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared to adjacent tis-sues, the expression of ROS, p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD in PCa were increased considerablely (P<0. 05). In prostate cancer the ex-pression of ROS were positively correlated to the expression of p70S6K1, VEGF protein, and the expression of ROS and p70S6K1, VEGF were positively correlated to the number of MVD. Conclusion (1)The expression level of ROS in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than adjacent tissues. (2) The expression of PI3K/AKT pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF protein and MVD counting in prostate cancer tissue was higher than the adjacent tissues, suggesting PI3K/AKT signaling pathways may play a role in tumor angiogenesis. (3) The expression of ROS and PI3K/AKT pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD counting in prostate cancer tissues was positively correlated, suggesting that ROS may play a positive regulatory role for the development of prostate cancer by PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

【Objective】 To study the location effect of the Mc Ab G9 to human esophageal carcinoma in tumor bearing nude mice. 【Methods】 125　I-G9 was prepared by Chloramine-T method. The distribution of 125 　 I-G9 was detected at different time (24, 48, and 72 h) after peritoneal injecti on. The percentage of the injected dose per gram of tissue(%ID/g) and the ratio of Tumor/non-Tumor were calculated. 【Results】 The distribution of 125　 I -G9 in tumor at the third day was showed by autoradiography obviously higher th an in other organ/tissue (except blood) and the highest is at the 48 h. The T/NT values are 2-7. The autoradiography indicated that radioactivity concentrated in tumor tissue. The concentration in tumor edge is more obvious than in the ce nter. 【Conclusion】 125　I-G9 has a considerable targeting activity and can well locate in esophageal carcinoma tissue in tumor bearing nude mice.

Objective To evaluate of the clinical efficacy and side-effect of 595nm tunable pulsed dye laser in treatment of children heamangioma of skin. Methods A retrospective study was conducted according to 76 children patients with heamangioma of skin (including 53 cases of nevus flammenus, 20 strawberry hemangioma and 3 cavernous hemangioma) treated with 595nm tunable pulsed dye laser. We evaluated the efficacy and side-effect of the treatment. Results The effectiveness rates were 83.2% and 86.63%, respectively, in nevus flammenus and strawberry hemangioma, but there were disappointed efficacy obtained in patients with cavernous hemangioma treated with 595nm tunable pulsed dye laser. There was 7.9% of the side-effect rate in the children with heamangioma of skin treated by 595 nm tunable pulsed dye laser. Conclusion There is satisfactory clinical efficacy and lower side-effect for children hemangioma treated by 595nm tunable pulsed dye laser.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transcatheter closure of coronary artery fistula (CAF) by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) and the role of TTE in this therapy. Methods CAF were occluded with transcatheter closure techniques in 17 patients. TTE was performed before and after the treatments. The key points were retrospectively analyzed including: the sites of CAF, the position and diameter of CAF,the shape and position of the devices after the intervention,the residual shunt,and cardiac chamber size. Results Before the therapy,TTE made definite diagnosis of CAF. All patients had lesions in single coronary artery, and the diameter of CAF was 2-14 (6.4 ± 3.5)mm. All patients underwent transcatheter closure successfully. TTE revealed the shunts disappear 1-4 days after the occlusion. During a follow-up period of 1- 29 (11.7± 7.9)months,no residual shunts, no complications, and normal size of thecardiac chambers were recognized by TTE. Conclusions The transcatheter closure of CAF has emerged as a less invasive, safe and effective strategy. Echocardiography has important role in primary screening of patients and the follow-up after the treatments.
