1.Expression of miR-124 and its relationship with E-cadherin and androgen receptor in triple-negative breast cancer

Objective The objective of this study was to explore the expression of miRNA-124(miR-124)and its correlation with E-cadherin and androgen receptor(AR)in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods The expression of miR-124 was detected by RT-PCR in TNBC tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues.The expression of E-cadherin and AR in TNBC was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of miR-124 in TNBC tissues was significantly correlated with histological grade and the expression of E-cadherin(P<0.05),and the expression of miR-124 in TNBC tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal breast tissues.No correlation was found between miR-124 and AR in TNBC tissues(P>0.05).Conclusion In TNBC,miR-124 may play an anti-tumor effect by modulating the expression of E-cadherin.
2.Effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction combined with progressive muscle relaxation training on cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) combined with progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) training on cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods Totally 98 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.Patients in the intervention group received MBSR therapy combined with PMR training,while the control group received routine nursing care.Cancer-related fatigue,and the level of anxiety and depression in two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the cases of patients in the intervention group without fatigue,and with mild,moderate,severe fatigue were respectively 27,10,10 and 3;in the control group,the cases of patients without fatigue,and with mild,moderate,severe fatigue were respectively 7,12,23 and 6 (Z=-3.994,P<0.05).The level of anxiety and depression in the intervention group was significantly improved compared with the control group (t =29.399,17.960;P< 0.05).Conclusions MBSR therapy combined with PMR training can effectively improve the cancer-related fatigue in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy,and improve anxiety and depression status of patients.
3.Intervention effect of yoga combined with music relaxation training on cancer related fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the intervention effect of yoga combined with music relaxation training on cancer related fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 89 inpatients with breast cancer after chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and were divided into 4 groups by random number table. Patients in the control group (n=23) were given routine nursing care. Based on routine nursing care,patients in experimental group 1 (n=20) received music relaxation training and patients in experimental group 2 (n=24) received yoga training,while patients in experimental group 3 (n=22) received music relaxation training combined with yoga. One month after continuous intervention,cancer fatigue scale (CFS) was applied to measure the degree of fatigue in four groups. Results Before intervention,the fatigue of patients in 4 groups had no difference (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of CFS in the control group was (25.65±5.79),in experiment group 1 was(22.60±6.75),in experiment group 2 was (22.08±6.57),in experiment group 3 was (21.17±5.53)(F=12.395,P<0.001). The scores of CFS in experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 were statistically decreased compared with those before intervention (t=2.089,2.708;P<0.05).Conclusions Yoga combined with music relaxation training can effectively alleviate the cancer related fatigue of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy,and the curative effect is better than single music training and yoga intervention.
4.Effects of transtheoretical model combined with information support on the self-management efficacy,coping style and cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effects of transtheoretical model combined with information support on the self-management efficacy,coping style and cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods Totally 85 breast cancer patients admitted in department of oncology in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research object. According to random number table method,patients were divided into the control group (n=41) and the study group (n=44). Patients in the control group accepted routine nursing,while patients in the study group were given transtheoretical model combined with information support based on the routine nursing. The self-management efficacy,coping style and cancer-related fatigue of patients before and after intervention and one year after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After intervention and one year after intervention,the scores of self-management efficacy and the confronce of the medical coping modes questionaire in the study group were significantly higher than the control group (t=12.929,10.996,2.233,3.409;P<0.05). The scores of behavioral dimension, emotional dimension and perceptual dimensions,cognitive dimension and fatigue in the study group were lower than the control group (t=8.325、6.560、7.804、7.002、11.895、6.841、3.002、9.648、10.053、13.094,P<0.05). In addition,the fatigue degree of patients in the study group after intervention was better than that of patients in the control group (Z=2.563、3.965,P<0.05).Conclusions Transtheoretical model combined with information support has great significance of improving the self-management efficacy,improving patients' coping styles and reducing patients' cancer-related fatigue degree in patients with breast cancer.
5.Application of positive psychological intervention in hospice care of patients with advanced cancer

Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention on life quality of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced cancer were included and randomly divided into intervention group (n=50) and control group (n=50) between April 2014 and July 2016. The routine nursing and tumor nursing strategies were used in both groups,and the positive psychological intervention by clinical psychology professionals was additionally adopted in the intervention group. The quality of life between the two groups was evaluated by quality of life assessment scale (SF-36) before and after intervention.Results The average score of SF-36 in intervention group and control group was (80.8±2.3) and (74.6±3.5),respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (t=10.467,P<0.01). Conclusions The positive psychological intervention can improve self-efficacy and self happiness of patients with advanced cancer,relieve negative emotions caused by negative physical feelings,and improve the quality of life.
6.Effects of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on resilience in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on resilience of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2017, a total of 376 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in the Third Internal Medicine Department of Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected as the research objects. Patients' self-efficacy, social support, coping style and the level of resilience were evaluated with the Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC), general self-efficacy scale (GSES), social support questionnaire (SSQ) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ). The effects and function route of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on resilience of breast cancer patients were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis and path analysis.Results The total resilience score of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy was (56.72±12.47), the score of tenacity dimension was (29.25±7.15), the score of strength dimension was (19.35±4.61), and the score of optimism dimension was (8.12±2.14). Correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between the resilience of patients and self-efficacy, social support and positive coping style (P<0.05). The result of regression analysis suggested that patients' resilience was influenced by multiple factors, including self-efficacy, subjective support and positive coping style, with the coefficients of determinationR2=0.622, F=7.664,P<0.001. Path analysis showed that self-efficacy and subjective support of breast cancer patients had both direct and indirect effects on resilience, while breast cancer patients with positive coping style had a direct impact on resilience.Conclusions The resilience level of breast cancer patients is in a low state. The patients'self-efficacy, subjective support and positive coping style are important factors that influencing the resilience of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
7.Effects of treatment decision aid on decision-making difficulties and anxiety, depression in patients with lung cancer

Objective To explore the effects of treatment decision aid on addressing decision-making difficulties and anxiety, depression in patients. Methods Totally 289 patients with lung cancer who were treated in Harbin Medical University Tumor Hospital between July and December 2016 were selected by purposive sampling and randomly divided into treatment group (n=147) and control group (n=142). Patients in the control group received routine guidance and health education from doctors, while patients in the treatment group received decision support manuals and took part in treatment decision-making with medical staff. The Decision Distress Scale and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to assess the intervention effects. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups judging from the scores of the Decision Distress Scale before the intervention (t=0.237, P=0.532). After the intervention, the patients in the treatment group scored lower than the patients in the control group (t=6.437, P<0.001), and there was no statistically significant difference in the level of anxiety (t=0.214, P=0.617) and the level of depression (t=0.105, P=0.874) between the two groups. Conclusions Treatment decision aid can address the decision-making distress and mitigate the sense of uncertainty in patients effectively.
8.Application effects of evidence-based nursing on the functional training compliance and postoperative ;recovery effect in patients with breast cancer

Objective To explore the application effects of evidence-based nursing on the functional training compliance and postoperative recovery effect in patients with breast cancer.Methods The study investigated 1 20 patients after breast cancer operation and the participants were divided into the intervention group (n =60)and the control group (n =60)using random number table according to patients′medical record numbers.Based on the functional training of the upper limb,the control group received routine care and the intervention group received evidence-based nursing care.The quality of nursing,patients′compliance and recovery effects were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and qualified rate were 93.3% (56 /60)and 91 .7%(55 /60)in the intervention group,which were better than those in the control group [83.3%(50 /60),80.0%(48 /60)],but there′s no statistically significant differences (P >0.05 ). The scores of nursing quality and motor function were (92.7 ±2.6)and (63.1 ±4.3),which were significantly higher than that of the control group [(84.4 ±5.2),(48.5 ±3.7)](P <0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing is a scientific and widely used method that can significantly improve the nursing quality and patients′compliance.
