General Policies of Nomenclature for Biological Products in China were studied, aimed at establishing and perfecting the system of Chinese approved biologic name.By means of analysis of the current situation and existing problems of nomenclature for biological products and the development trend of new biotherapeutics. It is sufficiently studied on the existing leading international drug generic naming system, and the specific suggestions on revision of the General Policies of Nomenclature for Biological Products in China based on the naming principles of WHO INN and Chinese language recognition were put forward.
2.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal abnormalies of the inferior vena cava
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2017;26(4):302-305
Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal anomalies of the inferior vena cava (IVC) and to improve the prenatal detection rate. Methods Fourteen cases of fetal anomalies of IVC examined by prenatal ultrasound from June 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital were analyzed, the prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics through abdominal transverse, coronal and IVC long axis were summarized, and were compared with the autopsy results. Results In 14 cases of anomalies of IVC,12 cases were isolated IVC interruption, and 2 cases were high confluence of IVC.In 12 cases of isolated IVC interruption,9 cases compicated by left isomerism,1 case complicated by sistus inversus viscerum,1 case complicated by isolated IVC interruption;2 cases of high confluence of IVC were combined with multiple malformations, including 1 case of chromosome 18-trisomy syndrome.Thirteen cases were confirmed by pathology, and 1 case of the high confluence of IVC lost follow-up.Conclusions Fetal anomalies of IVC have characteristic manifestations in prenatal ultrasonographic. When detecting the IVC interruption, left isomerism should be highly suspected.

Objective To investigate the situation and distribution of human parvovirus B19(HPV B19) infection in volunteer blood donors in Guangzhou. Methods Blood samples from volunteer blood donors were tested for HPV B19 IgG and IgM antibody by ELISA.Real-time PCR assay was applied to detect HPV B19 DNA of HPV B19 IgG and /or IgM antibody positive specimens. Results The prevalence of HPV B19 IgG and IgM antibodies were 38.6%(679/1760) and 1.9%(33/1760) respectively, among volunteer blood donors, and there was significant difference between them((P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(08):-
Objective To estimate the efficacy of super-early minimal invasive evacuation of hematoma via keyhole for treating hypertensive basal ganglionic hemorrhage. Methods 36 patients with hypertensive basal ganglionic hemorrhage(9 cases in grade Ⅱ, 17 in grade Ⅲ and 10 in grade Ⅳ) were treated by minimal invasive evacuation of hematoma via keyhole at super-early stage, and their efficacy was statistically compared with 35 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent conservative therapy or lateral ventriculopuncture. Results In the 36 patients underwent minimal invasive evacuation of hematoma via keyhole, 22 cases had a good prognosis(61.1%), 9 had a poor prognosis(25.0%), and 5 died(13.9%). Among the 35 patients underwent conservative therapy or lateral ventriculopuncture, 5 cases had a good prognosis(14.3%), 22 had a poor prognosis(62.9%), and 8 died(22.9%). There was a significant difference in good and poor prognostic rate between the two groups(P

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2016;32(1):185-187
To date, the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)/Cas9 system has been widely used to edit the genome in many species and cells. The system is the third generation of artificial endonuclease, which can edit DNA by recognizing short DNA sequences. This paper reviews the structural features of the system and its application in virus research, such as the functional studies of virus-related genes and the exploration of antiviral therapies (including HIV,HBV,and EB virus),looking forward to the future direc-tion of virus research.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(3):443-446
Objective To study the characteristics of CT images of myocardial bridge(MB)in patients with atherosclerosis. Methods CTA images of MB in 129 patients with atherosclerosis were studied.Another 109 patients without atherosclerosis,in the diagnosis of MB were used as control. The type, age, thickness of MB,length of mural coronary artery and end systolic diameter of mural coronary artery were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,78 cases (60.5%)were superficial type,51(39.5%) were deep type. While in the control group,70(64%)cases were superficial type and 39(36%)were deep type. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The age, thickness of MB,length of mural coronary artery and end systolic diameter of mural coronary artery in each group were 57.01±10.17 years old,(3.15±1.66)mm,(20.43±7.38)mm,(1.16±0.25)mm and 48.36±9.11 years old,(1.95±1.77)mm,(21.07±6.69)mm,(2.07±0.81)mm.These parameters had significant differences between the two groups except the length of mural coronary artery (P>0.05).Conclusion The MB of the study group is thicker than the control group, and the mural coronary artery diameter of the former is narrower than that of the latter.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(4):581-584
Objective To analyze the CTA features of asymptomatic myocardial bridge. Methods The CTA images of 69 cases with asymptomatic solitary myocardial bridge were studied retrospectively, and CTA images of 60 cases with symptoms as the contrast group. The type, age, thickness of myocardial bridge, mural coronary artery length and diameter changes of each cases of two groups were analyzed. Results In the study group, 51 cases of 69 (74%) were superficial style, while 18 cases were deep type (26%).In the contrast group, the superficial and deep style were 13 (22%) and 47 (78%) respectively. The mean age, thickness of myocardial bridge, mural coronary artery length and the diameter of mural coronary artery were (53.01±11.17) years old,(1.25±1.16) mm,(21.33±7.32) mm,(2.86±0.45) mm and (51.36±9.31) years old,(1.45±1.87) mm,(20.07±6.60) mm and (1.37±0.41) mm.The rate of type and diameter of mural coronary artery had significant differences between two groups (P<0.05), while other data had no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion The CTA features of asymptomatic myocardial bridge are mostly superficial type. The diameter of mural coronary artery on the end systolic is a factor to judge the rate on the occurrence of clinical symptom.

AIM: To investigate the effects of early application of thymosin peptide alpha 1 on lymphocyte subsets after operation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: Forty-six patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into control and treatment groups for this study. Thymosin α1 at dose of 1.6 mg was injected subcutaneously on day 1, 3, and 5 after operation in treatment group. The percentages of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ cells, and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in both groups were counted before operation and on day 1, 4, and 7 after hepatectomy. RESULTS: CD4+ cell population and CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased, but CD8+ increased after operation in control group (P<0 05). In thymosin peptide alpha 1 treatment group, there was no statistical difference in the percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ before and after operation. In addition, thymosin α1 significantly increased CD4+ cell population and CD4+/CD8+ ratio (P<0 05). CONCLUSION: Operation suppresses the immune function in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Thymosin α1 increases CD4+ T lymphocyte subsets in patients after operation.
