OBJECTIVE： To compare between two different modes of stability test for norgestrienone acetate.METHODS： HPLC(Resolve C18 column， 5μ m ID， 4.6mm× 250mm as fixed phase， a mixture of methanol and purified water (7∶ 3) as mobile phase， detecting wavelength 243nm， flow rate 1ml/min) and TLC.RESULTS： Two tests obtained the same result.CONCLUSION： The methods used are feasible for stability test.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for simultaneous determination of 5 heavy metals in Vespae Nidus,and to dis-cuss the effects of difterent producing area and part on the contents of heavy metals in Vespae Nidus. METHODS: The contents of arsenic(As),mercury(Hg),lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd)and copper(Cu)were determined by atomic spectrophotometry(hydride generation method,cold vapor method,graphite furnace method and flame method). The difference in the contents of heavy metals in samples were compared among different producing areas by analyzing data. RESULTS:The linear range of As,Hg,Pb,Cu, Cd were 0-40 ng/mL(r=0.9930),0-0.9 ng/mL(r=0.9974),0-80 ng/mL(r=0.9955),0-8 ng/mL(r=0.9927),0-800 ng/mL(r=0.9966),respectively. Limit of quantitation were 4.473,2.35×10 - 3 ,8.380,2.128,54 ng/mL,limit of detection were 1.342,0.701× 10 - 3,2.514,0.632,16 ng/mL. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 5.0%. The recoveries were 84.26% -102.25%(RSD=7.71% ,n=6),90.90% -115.31%(RSD=9.38% ,n=6),92.16% -105.70%(RSD=6.19% ,n=6), 90.81%-113.99%(RSD=8.86%,n=6),91.63%-102.79%(RSD=5.09%,n=6). The phenomenon that heavy metals of sample from Shandong and Hebei exceed the standard was the most serious. Main heavy metal which exceed the standard was Pb. The con-tent of Pb in Chamber was higher than other parts. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,precise,stable and reproducible,and can be used for simultaneous determination of 5 heavy metals in Vespae Nidus. There are different contents of heavy metal in Ves-pae Nidus of different producing areas and parts.

Objective:To analyze different age group elderly’s financial burden and risk due to non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs). Methods:Based on CHARLS baseline investigation data, disease economic burden, disease economic risk for family and disease relative risk are used to analyze the economic risk and economic burden of the different age groups of urban and rural NCDs elderly. Results: The diseases financial burdens of urban NCDs elderly are greater than rural; for diseases family risk and relative risk, NCDs elderly are greater than non-NCDs elderly, urban NCDs elderly are greater than rural, high-age group NCDs elderly are greater than low-age group NCDs elderly. Conclusion: It is needed to improve the NCDs elderly’s medical security ability with basic health insurance, especially to improve medical security ability of the high-age group for rural elderly.

Objective To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) output efficiency of the coUnty-level TCM hospitals in Jiangsu Province before and after the reimbursement mechanism reform,and to analyze the factors which affect the efficiency of county-level TCM hospitals.Methods Using DEA to analyze the efficiency of county TCM hospitals,and using the Tobit regression to analyze the influence factors.Results The output efficiency of county-level TCM hospitals in Jiangsu Province is low,and the reimbursement mechanism reform in county-level hospitals of TCM efficiency further decreases;payment model,cost model and revenue model of regression analysis indicate that different factors has different influence on output efficiency of county hospitals of TCM.Conclusion The reimbursement strategy of county-level TCM hospitals should be optimized,the balance of revenue and expenditure structure be adjusted,and the intensity of TCM services reimbursement be increased.

Purpose:To evaluate the effect of 3DRT for malignant biliary obstruction and to find a more effective method of treatment.Methods:Form October 1998 to September 2000,35 patients with malignant biliary obstruction ,3-4 Gy of 5 fractions a week to total doses from 38 to 48 Gy.Results:All cases completed radiation. CR rates were 24%,PR rates were 63%,the overal response rate (CR+PR) was 87%. A significant decrease of bilirubin levels was observed in 29 patients,no serious complications occured. 1-2 year survival rates were 70% and 21%.Conclusions:3DRT is well tolerated in most patients with malignant biliary obstruction,its effect is better than the conventional radiation and it is a more effective treatment for the malignant biliary obstruction.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of reconstruction by using the free iliac flap with nerve anastomosis to repair the composite tissue defects of heel.Methods From March 2009 to August 2012,five cases with the composite tissue defects of heel,including 2 cases with the bottom defects and 3 cases with the tibial defects of heel,were repaired by the free iliac flap,and the feeling of the heel were reconstructed by nerve anastomosis of the flap.The ventral wound were sutured simply.Results All iliac flaps survived and the wound healed in one stage.Patients were followed up from 6 months to 12 months.Appearance and function recovered and the feeling recovered from S2-S3.The foots walked freely.The skin of iliac abdomen were scarred and lead to hyperpigmentation.Conclusion Using the free iliac flap with nerve anastomosis could repair the bone and soft tissue defects of heel and reconstruct the sensation of warmth and sense of pain of the heel.With the characteristics of hidden wound and little damage,the clinical effects was satisfied.

Objective To study the distribution of pathogenic bacterium and its sensitivity to antibiotic in severe cerebral vascular disease patients with nosocomial pneumonia.Methods Retrospective studies were done in 42 cases of severe cerebral vascular disease patients in neurological intensive care unit (NICU). Secretion from lower respiratory tract was cultivated and done medicine sensitive test at 3 d、4 d、5 d、9 d、16 d after hospitalized,then the etiologic data of nosocomial pneumonia were analyzed.Results Among 42 cases,15 pathogenic microorganisms and 163 strains were cultivated, the fisrt 4 strains were Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella and Enterobacter cloacae. The results of medicine sensitive test indicated that Gram-negative bacteria was sensitive to Imipenem,and Gram-positive bacteria was sensitive to Vancomycin.Conclusions The main pathogen of nosocomial pneumonia in severe cerebral vascular disease patients may be Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to Vancomycin,so Vancomycin can be act as the first choice drug to deal Gram-positive bacteria. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is relatively sensitive to Amikacin and Ciprofloxacin,while Imipenem is the second, but drug fast is to cephalosporins. So the first two antibiotics can be as the experience drugs to deal Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Objective To understand the indoor air pollution in Beijing. Methods Based on the data from epi-demiological investigation and air pollution monitoring, the investigation was carried out by choosing 3 districts in Beijing including Dongcheng, Shijingshan and Haidian during Jan-Mar in 2000. 70 houses were selected in each district randomly by cluster sampling, the indoor concentrations of PM10, PM2.5 and SO2 in bedroom and kitchen were monitored. The data on concentrations of PM10, PM2.5 and SO2, and the environmental conditions of each sampling place were all recorded in the unified questionaires. Results The total average concentrations of pollutants in indoor air of 3 districts were 0. 555 mg/m3 for PM10 and 0. 512 mg/m3 for PM2.5 respectively. The total average concentration of 0.052 mg/ m3 for SO2 was below the ralated National Stardard. The concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 in the bedrooms and kitchens in each district all exceeded the related national standards, and revealed no significant differences between bedrooms and kitchens. Objective To determine gene bcl 2 and bad protein expression in tissues of breast cancer and precancerous lesions, its relation with estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor(PR), and lymph node metastasis.Methods Using immunohistochemical method, the expression of bcl 2 and bad gene were observed in 8 cases of normal breast tissues, 19 cases of simple breast hyperplasia, 20 cases of breast atypical hyperplasia and 48 cases of breast cancer.
