OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuanghuanglian injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD),and to observe its effects on the plasma levels of C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6). METHODS:A total of 100 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group received routine treatment, such as controlled oxygen therapy, intravenous dripping of moxifloxacin, bronchodilator for relieving asthma, mucolytic for eliminating phlegm,nu-tritional support. Observation group was additionally given Shuanghuanglian injection 1 ml/(kg·d)added into 5% Glucose injec-tion 250 ml intravenously,qd,on the basis of control group. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 10 d. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were compared as well as the changes of serum levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 before and after treatment and the occur-rence of ADR. RESULTS:After treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 82.0% of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in se-rum levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, serum levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 were de-creased significantly in 2 groups, and those of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statis-tical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). CON-CLUSIONS:Shuanghuanglian injection can effectively improve serum inflammatory factors of AECOPD patients, and shows good clinical efficacy and safety.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the dosage and consumption sum of opioid analgesic drug in Qingdao district. METH-ODS:The consumption data of drugs in 29 public hospitals at secondary or above level in Qingdao district were analyzed statistical-ly by ABC analytic methods and defined daily dose methods. RESULTS:In ABC analysis,5 kinds of class A drugs accounted for 20% of the total number of species, and the percentage of consumption sum was 77.38%;4 kinds of class B drugs accounted for 16.00% of all species numbers, and the percentage of consumption sum was 11.98%;other 16 kinds of drugs accounted for 64.00% of the total number of species, and the percentage of consumption sum was 10.64%. Oxycodone sustained-release tablets and Morphine sustained-release tablets with the highest DDDs consumed more health care costs, serial number ratio was 1.00,syn-chronization was good and conform to the actual needs of clinical work. CONCLUSIONS:The composition ratio of opioid analge-sic drug costs is consistent with the theoretical value, significant discrepancy between cost and DDDs does not appear.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(25):3514-3517
OBJECTIVE:To study the metabolite and excretion of polydatin (Trans-resveratrol-3-O-glucoside,TRG) and its metabolites in Beagle dog feces, and provide experimental basis for the new drug development of TRG. METHODS:4 Beagle dogs were intragastrically administrated TRG 20% polyethylene glycol 400 solution 50 mg/kg. LC/MS was used to identify the me-tabolites of TRG in dog feces after 12-24 h of administration, and HPLC was adopted to determine the cumulative excretion rate and excretion speed rate of the major metabolite resveratrol(TR)in feces samples after 0-12,12-24,24-36,36-48,48-72,72-96 h of administration. RESULTS:TR and two sulfate conjugates of TR were found in dog feces, and TR was a major metabolite, while TRG was undetermined. The excretion speed rate of TR in dog feces was the rapidest after 12-24 h of administration,reach-ing 9.65 mg/h. Its cumulative excretion rate was 39.3%,equivalent to 67.2% of TRG. CONCLUSIONS:After TRG is intragastri-cally administrated to dogs,TRG was mainly excreted in the form of TR via dog feces.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was a functional component extracted from fish oil. The experiment results indicate that PUFA might inhibit platelet agglomeration induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in rabbit and rat. The results also suggested that PUFA has extent effect of anti-coagulation in mice. These effects are related with dosage of giving drug.
