Objective To observe the relationship between visual-spatial perception impairment and the characteristics of asymptomatic cerebral infarction (ACI). AIM: To improve the acute cumulative death rates method (ACD method) in animal by oral administration. METHODS: A mathematic model was established to evaluate the dose-toxic effect relationship by twice oral administration and the experimental steps were improved too. The methodological quality was explored using the simulation data from computer program and the real experimental date from the reference paper. RESULTS: The results showed that the experimental data could be fitted to its theoretical data from LD_5/2 to LD_ 95/2. Concentration-time curve after po ordinary powder of Semen Strychni in mice were fitted to a one-compartment with T_ 1/2(ka)= 1.136 h,T_ 1/2(ke)= 7.100 h,and T_ max= 3.576 h. CONCLUSION: The improved ACD method can be used in the pharmacokinetics of TCM by oral administration.

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Balanophora simaoensis. Methods Chromatography and spectra were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures. Results Four compounds were isolated from whole plant of B. simaoensis and elucidated as methylconiferin (Ⅰ), butylconiferin (Ⅱ), 4-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl confieryl aldehyde (Ⅲ), and brevifolin (Ⅳ), respectively. Conclusion Butylconiferin is a new compound.

Objective To perform gene diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) in 3 family members who were negative for DMD gene detected by multiplex PCR and to provide genetic counseling for their family members accordingly .Methods The clinical data and genomic DNA of patients and their family members were collected ,DMD gene mutation were detected by multiplex ligation dependent probe amplification (MLPA) or the 2nd generation of high‐throughput sequencing .Results In the first family ,3 male patients were detected deletion of Exon 7 and 2 female were heterozygous carriers .In the second family ,it was found in the proband that point mutation of c .3127C> T in the Exon 23 of chrX‐32486626 and c .3127C> T heterozygous mutations was confirmed in his mother ,the mother was pregnant with a girl .In the third family ,point mutation of c .2411G>A was detected in the Exon 20 of chrX‐32509581 in the proband and his mother had c .2411G> A heterozygous mutation .Conclusion MLPA or combining with the 2nd generation of high‐throughput sequencing can offer effective gene diagnosis for the patients of DMD and their family members ,and provide the basis for genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis .

Objective To analyse the distribution characteristics of negative pattern of hepatitis B virus Markers (HBV‐M ) in healthy population in Hangzhou district in 2014 ,and provide strategy for the prevention and control of HBV infection in HBV‐M negative population .Methods The HBV‐M (HBsAg ,HBsAb ,HBeAg ,HBeAb and HBcAb) in blood specimens of health examina‐tion population were tested by using ELISA .For 300 cases preserved HBV‐M negative specimens ,HBsAg and HBsAb were detec‐ted by using chemiluminescence immunoassay and HBV‐DNA was detected by using PROCLEIX ULTRIO? Assay .The viral load of HBV‐DNA reactive sample was quantitatively determined .Results Among 9 143 blood samples ,2 213 samples were HBV‐M negative ,and the negative rate was 24 .20% .The negative rate of male to female was 1∶1 .21 .Using chemiluminescence immunoas‐says and PROCLEIX ULTRIO? Assay simultaneously ,we found one case of low concentration of HBsAg(both HBsAb and HBV DNA nonreactive) ,four cases of low concentration of HBsAb(both HBsAg and HBV DNA nonreactive) ,two cases of HBV‐DNA reactive(HBV‐M negative) .One HBV‐DNA reactive sample could be quantified as 560 IU/mL .Conclusion In HBV‐M (ELISA) negative population of health examination of Hangzhou district ,a few subjects had low concentrations of HBsAg or HBsAb or HBV‐DNA .For HBV‐M negative population ,quantitative detection of HBV‐M and HBV‐DNA before HBV vaccination is recom‐mended to determine w hether they need HBV vaccine and the HBV vaccination plan .
