1.Research progress of bone morphogenetic proteins-9 induced periodontal ligament stem cells osteogenesis differentiation and it′s signal pathway
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(12):1327-1332
Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are members of the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) superfamily and play critical roles in skeletal development, bone formation and stem cell differentiation.BMP9 is one of the most osteogenic BMPs, promoting osteogenesis differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells ( PDLSCs) both in vitro and in vivo.Recently, signal transduc-tion studies have revealed that BMP-Receptor-Smads and BMP-Receptor-Mitogen activated protein kinase ( MAPK) play vital roles in BMP9 which promote PDLSCs osteogenesis differentiation.Several studies revealed that transcription factors closely associated with os-teogenesis differentiation are found in the downstream of the Smads and MAPK pathways. This review aims to summarize our current knowledge of BMP9-mediated osteogenesis by presenting recently completed works which may help us to further elucidate these path-ways.

3.Application of improved BP algorithm to surface EMG signal classification
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
The application of improved BP neural network together with the wavelet transform to the classification of surface EMG signal is described. The data reduction and preprocessing of the signal are performed by wavelet transform. The network can identify such four kinds of forearm movements with a high accuracy as hand extension, clench fist, forearm pronation and forearm supination. This paper compares the results by standard BP algorithm with that of Bayesian regularization together with LM algorithm. Experimental result shows that the improved BP neural network has a great potential when applied to electromechanical prosthesis control because of its enhanced training speed and identification accuracy.
4.Integrated denoising steps for electrocardiogram signal
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
The ratio of signal-noise of the ECG(electrocardiogram) signal is low.In order to eliminate the noise in ECG,improve the performance of ECG monitors and the diagnosis efficiency of computer-aided system, various kinds of noise rejection methods have been proposed.Generally, maybe all of them are useful to the denoising in some certain, but not full.In this thesis,a series of denoising steps are introduced. As a result,a relatively original ECG waveform is detected.

Objective To improve the data disaster response capacity of hospital information system and protect the safety of hospital data. Methods The data for disaster-related technical characteristics was comparatively analyzed. Results The variety of disaster recovery technologies has the advantages and disadvantages to choose the best program. Conclusion Only the establishment of disaster recovery applications can solve the data security and protect the hospital's business continuity.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(13):2091-2095
BACKGROUND:As a conventional internal fixation method, anatomic plate has some shortcomings. Recently locking plate has been widely used in treatment of Pilon fracture. How to effective reconstruct articular facet at the distal tibia and to reduce soft tissue damage have attracted increasing attentions. OBJECTIVE:To compare the curative effect of locking compression plate versus anatomic plate internal fixation in treatment of Pilon fracture. METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed among 72 patients of Ruedi-Al gower II and III Pilon fracture, who were selected from Sanshui People’s Hospital of Foshan between January 2010 and August 2014. The involved patients were randomly divided into two groups:36 patients of observation group were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation, and 36 patients of control group were given anatomic plate internal fixation. The average operation time, postoperative recovery time, postoperative complications, curative effect and postoperative fracture situation were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The average operation time and the average postoperative recovery time of observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). In terms of postoperative complications, there were less cases of delayed healing and non-union in the observation group than in the control group. 26 cases of observation group and 22 cases of control group recovered wel after internal fixation, observation group was better than control group. There was no significant difference in the radiological evaluation results of postoperative recovery between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the anatomic plate internal fixation, locking compression plate internal fixation can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of delayed healing and nonunion after internal fixation, and improve clinical curative effect in treatment of Pilon fracture.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
This paper mainly introduces a new method for detection of QT interval in ordinary ECG. As the interval between QRS waves and T wave in ECG, QT interval represents the depolarization of ventricle. QT interval and its aberrance can be used to forecast malignant abnormalities of heart rate. Wavelet transform is a time scale analysis method of the signal. It has a high frequency resolution and a low time resolution for the low-frequency part of the signal, and has a high time resolution and a low frequency resolution for the high-frequency part. On the basis of the characteristics of the starting point of QT interval, the second derivative of Gaussian function is adopted as the wavelet basis and applied to multi-scale transform of ECG signal. The waveforms with QRS waves as starting point and T wave as the end point are selected as the subjects. Then the measurement result is transformed into corrected QT interval, that is, QTC. QTC can be applied to forecasting the diseases.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Telemedicine is the significant object of the medicine in the future. This paper introduces an available counteractive mechanism which is derived from the orthogonal Latin squares, and a modulation method for the data transmission of the telemedicine system is proposed. This method could resolve the problem of overlapping interference from multiple accesses on one channel efficiently. At the same time, it also has potential advantages in increasing the user numbers in one channel and improving the channel utilization.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
Sixty-eight cases of naevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus were observed from 1990 to 1996 in our clinic. In order to differentiate easily from other pigmented disorders, detailed analysis was carried out. The results showed that this condition principally occurred in young or middle-aged women, manifested as dark greyish spots scattered bilaterally and symmetrically on the zygomatic region. Histopathologically, there were elongated, slender spindle-shaped melanocytes scattered in the upper portion of the dermis, their long axes run parallel to the collagen fibres. It suggests that the naevus reported differs clinically and histopathologieally from naevus of Ota.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2010;26(6):521-523
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of vitrectomy for persistent fetal vasculature (PFV).Methods The clinical data of 11 patients (14 eyes) with PFV, including posterior PFV (one eye) and combined PFV (13 eyes), were retrospectively analyzed. Vitrectomy was performed for all patients, lensectomy was performed for seven eyes, retinotomy was performed for five eyes, retinotomy and scleral buckling was performed for one eye. Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. The follow-up period ranged from eight to 74 months, with the mean of 44 months. The visual acuity (VA) and intraocular pressure before and after surgery were comparatively analyzed. Results There were no intraoperative complications in all the patients. The surgery was performed successfully in 12 eyes (86.0 %)and failed in two eyes (14. 0%). The postoperative VA of five eyes (35.7%) increased, four eyes (28. 6%)didn't change and five eyes (35.7%) decreased. The postoperative intraocular pressure of two eyes (14. 3%) increased, 11 eyes (78. 6%) didn't change and one eye (7. 1%) decreased. There was one eye with persistent hypotension and one eye with recurrent retinal detachment after surgery. Conclusion Vitrectomy can prevent complications and improve visual acuity in some PFV patients.
