Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on corneal cell viability in mid-term preserved medium. Methods:prepared the medium which contained minimum essential medium (MEM),dextran (40000),HEPES and so on.New Zealand′s white rabbits′ corneas were preserved in the medium and the medium with bFGF(10ng?ml -1 ) at 30~34℃ for 16~18 hours, and then transmited to 4℃to be storaged. At 3rd,5th,7th day after preservation, the viability of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) were assessed by trypan blue-alizarin red stain;the ultrastructure of comea was observed by electron microscope.Corneal cell proliferation was monitored by PCNA immunohistochemistry. Results:The corneal edema and folds in the medium with bFGF are slight. The cornea transparency, cell shape and the cell viability in bFGF group are better than that in matched control group(P
2.Availability on initial distribution volume of glucose in assessing the capacity status of patients with e-sophageal cancer
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2017;33(9):875-877
Objective To use SVV as a standard and observe the availability of IDVG in assess-ing volume status of perioperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods Thirty patients undergoing selective esophageal cancer surgery were enrolled. The values of SVV were obtained from Vigileo sys-tem after tracheal intubation.Baseline blood glucose was measured through radial artery, and then 5 g glucose (50% glucose solution 10 ml)was injected through right jugular vein in 30 s.Blood glucose levels in 1,3,5,60 mins after the injection were assassed via radial artery blood samples and IDVG3 (3 min post injection of glucose)was further calculated. The correlation between SVV and IDVG3 was studied using Pearson correlation analysis. Results There's no difference in blood glucose level CT0 and CT60 [(5.60±0.74)mmol/L vs (5.77 ± 0.76 )mmol/L].There was a negative correlation be-tween SVV and IDVG 3 mins after glucose injection (r =-0.79,P <0.001).Conclusion IDVG of 3 min post injection of glucose can predict fluid volume state in patients with esophageal cancer.
3.Study on New Technology of PVA-film Coating for Dengzhanxixin Capsules(Herba Erigerontis)
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
The fluid-bed spray dryer was developed for PVA-film coating of the granules made of extract from Chinese traditional medicine. The experiment result indicated that the dissolution rate of granules from Dengzhanxixin Capsules wash't affected by PVA-film coating. The coated granules could be filled into capsules easily. Their stability was highly raised. This new technology basicalcy solved such problems as: easy moisture-absorbing of extract after vacuum drying at low temperature, difficult capsule-filling and poor stability, which led to the assurance and lift of preparation quality.

Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2004;0(06):-
Objective: To summarize the clinical application of reservation of partial duode- num in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: 21 patients of pancreaticoduodenectomy were per- formed with partial duodenum, trans-ligment of Treits and upper-jejunum reservation from June 2000 to June 2005 in our hospital and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There was no death in operation; 2 cases with incision split due to infection after surgery were cured by secondary suture; the rest were discharged from hospital from hospital successfully; a mean period of in-hospital was 21 days, without bile leakage or pancreatic leakage. Follow-up period was from sixmonths to five years, and there were 18 cases with 1-year survival (85.7%), 14 cases with 2 - year survival(66.6%) and 3 cases with 3-year(14.2%). Condusion: Reservation of partial duodenum can reduce trauma caused by extensive anatomy and shorten operation time.
5.THE EFFECT OF WHOLE BLOOD TRANSFUSION ON BLOOD VISCOSITY IN BURN SHOCK
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Blood viscosity was determined in 50 normal individuals. No significant difference was found between males and females, therefore the values were pooled. In 10 burn patients (burn extent ranged from 30% to 90%). blood viscosity was determined in the first 3 postburn days. All of them received whole blood as a part of the resuscitational regime. The amount of whole blood given was approximately TBSA% burnedxbody weight (kg)?0.3ml. The blood viscosity returned to within normal range in all cases on the 3rd postburn day.Blood viscosity was determined in 20 uninjured dogs to obtain its normal values. A 25% napalm burn was inflicted upon the animals, and they were divided into 2 groups of 7 each. Group A received the same fluid replacement protocol as what was given in human patients, while Group B animals were replenished with balanced salt solution in the amount of 5ml/1%TBS A/kg in the first 24 hours, and dextran was given as a colloid in the second 24 hours. No significant difference in blood viscosity was observed between these two groups during the observation period. The above findings suggested that whole blood as one of the constituents of replacement fluids for burn shock would neither enhance blood (?)scosity nor impede its recovery to normalcy.
6.Studies on the secondary metabolites from marine fungus 09-1-1-1
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To search for novel antifungal structures produced by marine fungus. Methods Using the Pyricularia oryzae (P.oryzaae) bioassay method to screen marine fungi led to the isolation of marine fungus 09-1-1-1.Active metabolites were isolated from the broth of the marine fungus 09-1-1-1.Results Two compounds were extracted from the mycelium and their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods as 3a,12c-dihydro-8-hydroxy-6-methoxy-7H-furo\furo\xanthen-7-one(Ⅰ,sterigmatocystin) and 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(1-hydroxyhexyl)anthraquinone(Ⅱ,averantin).Conclusion The P.oryzae bioassay was a cheap, quick and convenient method for the screening of bioactive substances from marine fungi.Compound Ⅱ showed potent inhibitory activity to the mycelia of P.oryzae.The MIC of compound Ⅱagainst P.oryzae was 1.6 ?g?mL~(-1).
7.EFFECTS OF INTERMITTENT OVERPRESSURE IN EAR CANAL ON ENDOLYMPHATIC HYDROPS IN GUINEA PIGS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Intermittent overpressure of 20cmH 2 O was delivered to the external ear canal of guinea pigs. Histopathological changes in the middle and inner ear were examined under light microscope. Auditory evoked potential was recorded. The expression of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) was investigated by immunohistochemical SP method. We found that intermittent overpressure could minimize, but could not interrupt the development of endolymphatic hydrops, and could not improve hearing function. Expression of ANP decreased in the cochlear lateral wall after 2 week intermittent overpressure. The results suggested that intermittent overpressure of 20cmH 2 O was suitable in this experiment, and that ANP positive cells had an autocrine/paracrine function.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;26(4):300-301
To investigate the effects of brachial plexus block(BPB) and satellite ganglion block(SGB) on the blood flow of upper limb, 22 patients were randomly divided into two groups, and given BPB(group A,n=11) or SGB(group B,n=11) with 1% lidocaine 10 ml every other day for 5 times. Ulnar-radial artery blood flow was measured by using a TCD 30 minutes before and after the block. Finger pulse amplitude was measured by pulse oximeter 5,10,15,20,30 minutes after the block. The average increase in ulnar-radial artery blood flow was 13 cm/s in group A and 5 cm/s in group B. Finger pulse amplitude increased by (9.04±2.12)mm in group A and(3.54±1.42)mm in group B.A significant difference was observed between the two groups (P<0.01).It suggested that BPB could induce more increase in blood flow of the upper limb than SGB.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To elucidate the effect of ischemic preconditioning(IPC)on regional fluidity of myocardial cell membrane during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods Seventy-five felines were randomized into three groups: Group A (CPB group,n =25),in which CPB was conducted without aortic cross-clamping (ACC);Group B (IR group,n =25),with 60min ACC followed by 60min reperfusion, and cardioplegia used during period of ACC;Group C (IPC group,n =25),with protocol similar to that of group B except for three-cycle IPC applied before ACC. Electron spin resonance (ESR) technique was employed to monitor membrane regional fluidity of cardiomyocyte during CPB in all groups. Results Regional fluidity of myocardial cell membrane kept unchanged in CPB group and markedly decreased during ACC and reperfusion periods in IR group. Though the regional fluidity of myocardial cell membrane during ACC and reperfusion periods in IPC group was slightly decreased compared to CPB group,it was significantly higher than that in IR group. Conlusion IPC can protect myocardial cells from ischemia and reperfusion injury by maintaining the fluidity of myocardial membrane during CPB.
