Nine patients who have preceded total replacement of the hip are treated with early rehabilitational program. The patients were measured with the criteria of Hip Joint Functional Evaluation(HJFE)and Functional independent Measure (FIM). The result shows that early rehabilitational program greatlyadvanced the patients'walking ability and level of ADL.

Objective To study the adjustment principle and optimizing methods of the image processing parameters of Computed Radiography(CR), including the image density, contrast degree, tissue equalization, spatial frequency, LUT curve,etc. Methods Konica REGIUS MODEL170 CR was applied to adjust various image processing parameters on its CS-1 console. Results Images of all parts of body could be optimized and improved. Conclusion High-quality medical images are available only if the adjustment methods of image processing parameters are completely comprehended and reasonably applied.

Objective To investigate the best exposure condition for reducing the radiation dose of the chest radiography and obtaining the good quality of images. Methods With different tube voltage (kVp), tube current & time (mAs), and focus-film distance(FFD) adopted, X-ray detecting phantom was exposed by means of automatic exposure control(AEC). The dosage absorbed in skin was detected; Spatial resolution capacity, low contrast resolution capacity and low contrast sensitive degree were tested. The space and density resolution capacity were tested. The chest image quality was appraised by the way of visual observation and the measure of film density. Results The different kVp and FFD were related to the emitting skin dose (ESD), the higher kVp and the farther FFD follows the lower ESD; the higher or lower mAs has no effect on the image resolution capacity , but it had effect on image noise. The density value and seeing effect of chest film with low dose had reached good image density and needs of diagnostics. Conclusion Under the condition of 120 kVp high voltage, FFD150cm, AEC reduced density and adjusting to the processing parameters of the CR chest images, the radiation dosage of the chest computed radiography can be reduced efficiently and the good quality of images can be obtained.

Objective To observe the effect of astragaloside IV (A) and SB203580 antagonize cadmium (Cd) toxicity on expression of associated protein and blood-testis barrier(BTB) in rats and to study the protective mechanism of A on it.Methods Totally 21 SD male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, 3 rats per group:Cd [ intraperitoneally injected with 0.1%CdCl2,1mg/(kg?d)],Cd+A [at the above dose of CdCl2,at the same time with A,10mg/(kg?d)], and Cd +SB203580 [at the above dose of CdCl2,at the same time with SB203580,100μg/(kg?d)], each of the above groups was further divided into continuous five and ten days treatment groups .The control group was intraperitoneally injected with equal dosage of normal saline .The testes were studied by light , electron microscopy , immunohistochemistry and Western blotting .Results In the control group ,irregular and lightly stained nuclei of Sertoli cell ( Sc) in seminiferous tubules were observed by HE staining .A continuous electron density line of tight junction ( TJ) and normal ultrastructure of BTB were observed .After Cd treatment ,the vesicular formation in the Sc was observed .The ultrastructural damage of Sc and TJ was observed .Compared with the corresponding time point of Cd group ,these were weakened in morphology of testis and ultrastructure of TJ after Cd +A or Cd +SB203580 treatment .The positive products of zonula occludens-1 ( ZO-1 ) and claudin-11 were localized mainly in the base of the seminiferous tubule .After Cd treatment , the average absorbance (AA) of ZO-1 and Claudin-11 was decreased significantly compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).After Cd +A or Cd +SB203580 treatment,AA of ZO-1 and Claudin-11 were increased significantly compared with that of the Cd group(P<0.05),though lower than that of the control group .The result of Western blotting showed that phosphorylation-p38MAPK in Cd group was increased significantly compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).After Cd +A or Cd+SB203580 treatment, it was decreased significantly compared with that of the Cd group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cd decreases ZO-1 and Claudin-11 expression and damages ultrastructure of TJ in BTB , asⅣhas protective effect on it , and is related to inhibiting activation of p 38 MAPK pathway .

Pathological types of gastric cancer in stage Ⅲ C include T4a-SEN3,T4b-SIN2,T4b-SIN3.Celiac artery metastatic lymphadenopathy fused into blocks,usually from bottom to top.Limited operation space revealed anatomical and pathological factors,the dissection of the celiac artery lymph nodes,processing the left gastric artery root difficulty.Application of novel celiac artery lymph nodes dissection path,avoiding the limitation of the celiac artery lymph node dissection space exposure factors,so that the dissection of the celiac artery lymph nodes is more complete,processing the left gastric artery root easily,reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten operation time,increase the average lymph node dissection and the Ⅲ C gastric cancer resection rate.

By summarizing and analyzing the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of 17 cases of adrenal lymphangioma, the imaging characteristics and pathological types of the disease were discussed. The results showed that the imaging of adrenal lymphangioma was non-specific, and the appearance was similar to that of general cysts.Howerer, the density of the cyst was slightly higher than that of simple cysts. Some cases showed calcification on the cyst wall, and a few showed adenoma-like appearance. The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological examination. For those patients with tumors ≥4.0 cm, endocrine function, suspected malignancy, or obvious clinical symptoms, surgery is recommended.

Objects:To observe the effort of rehabilitation therapy after SPR.Methods:Twenty CP patients with spasticity were operated from December 1996 to October 1997.Occupational therapy was used in conjunction with Bobath method which formed the base of PT.Results:All values of muscle tone before and after operation were significantly different.Strength of many muscular groups was lower than normal level before operation and decreased further postoperatively.Sitting,kneeling and standing posture improved after operation and rehabilitation.There were 9 independent walk cases improved stride length,heel contact pattern and they had no scissors gait after rehabilitation.Conclusion:The goals of rehabilitation training focused on building muscle strength,stretching contractures and building up right posture control,inhibiting abnormal movement pattern,and gradually forming nornmal movement pattern.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Pingyangmycin combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide on the huge faciocervical lymphatic malformations (LMs) in infants.Methods Sixty-seven infants with LMs located in head and neck from January 2009 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed in Kunming Children's Hospital.Thirty-five males and 32 females were enrolled,aged from 1 month to 4 years,with a median age of 1.3 years.Computed tomography and ultrasonography were used to evaluate the location,size and extent of LMs before treatment in all the patients.The size of lesion varied from 5.2 cm ×7.5 cm to 9.2 cm × 10.5 cm.All patients were given local injection of Pingyangmycin combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide after puncturing fluid with uhrasonography guiding under general anesthesia.The injection was repeated every 30 d when necessary.Results The number of injections varied from 2 to 5 times,with a median number of 3.9 times.All cases were followed up for 5 to 36 months.Thirty-two cases (62.68％) were cured,improvement in 19 cases (28.36％) and no effect in 6 cases (8.96％).The total effective rate was 91.04％.There was no severe allergic reaction or pulmonary fibrosis.Secondary operation was performed after 6 months in 12 cases.Two post-operative complications were found,1 was minor paralyses of mandibular branch of facial nerve,with mouth askew,the other was trachyphonia,who were both improved after rehabilitation treatment.Conclusions In order to avoid serious complications,the huge LMs may be given local injection of Pingyangmycin combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide after puncturing fluid with ultrasonography guiding.Graded sclerotherapy provides for a less invasive and shorter course of treatment.The complications and risk of secondary resection increase slightly if sclerotherapy has no curative effect.
