1.Occupational stress and personality characteristics of nurse

Objective To investigate occupational stressandits relation with personality characteristics for offering basis to intervene the occupational stress. Methods Atestofoc cupational stressand personality characteristics was carried out with revised occupationalstress inventory (OSIR) and the sixteen personadity factor questionnaire (16PF) for 743 nurses. Results The scores of personal strain questionnaire (92.14 ?0.69) of OSIR for nurses are higher than the common example (84.78?18.16). and the scores of the factors in the personal resources questionnaire(123.98?0.68)are obviously lower than the common example. (130.02? 17.39) Personality characteristics are correlated with occupational stress. Personality characteristics such as vigilance,apprehension and tensiondisplaypositive correlation with personal strain andnegative correlation with personal resources. Personality characteristics such aswarmth,social boldness,perfectionism,ruleconsciousness,emotional stability and sensitivitydisplay negative correlation with personal strainandpositive correlation to personal resources. Conclusion The occupational stress of nurses is related to personality characteristics.

3.Establishment and practice of the course assessment scheme oriented ability development

The course evaluation scheme oriented ability cultivation was established. The for-mative evaluation indexes which were practiced in information retrieval course were divided into two indicators:classroom learning and performance including five secondary indexes(classroom discipline, classroom learning, homework, questions and answer questions online, personal essay and group dis-cussion reports) with the and seven observation points(pre-class preparation, teacher-student interac-tions, classroom discussions and classroom reports, experimental class performance, homework com-pletion, the utilization of network teaching platform, personal essay and group discussion), and these were practiced in the teaching of “information retrieval” curriculum, the usual results was composed with the usual academic performance and utilization of the network teaching platform. Finally, the practice results were discussed and summarized in order to cultivate the ability of the students who major in information management and to improve the teaching quality.
4.Assay of the expression and self-activition function of full length and different fragments of mayven gene in yeast two-hybrid system.

OBJECTIVETo identify the mayven-interacting proteins and study the effect of mayven on multiple sclerosis pathogenesis.
METHODSThe full length and four different fragments of mayven gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with specific primers and were cloned into the yeast expression vector pDBLeu. Then, the recombinant plasmids were transformed into MAV203 yeast strain. The autonomous activation of their expression products was detected.
RESULTSThe yeast expression vectors of mayven, which include a full-length and four different fragments, were constructed successfully. Full length P1, fragments P3 and P4 have no effect on the expression of HIS3 and LacZ gene, but fragments P7 and P8 do. The C-terminal of Mayven gene may contain a transcription activation domain.
CONCLUSIONFull length P1, fragments P3 and P4 of the mayven gene can be used to screen the mayven-interacting proteins, but whether Mayven has transcriptional activation activity need to be studied.

5.Development and clinical evaluation of an equipment with artificial intelligence real-time assistance in detection of gastrointestinal protruding lesions under endoscopy

Objective:To develop an diagnostic equipment with artificial intelligence (AI) real-time assistance under endoscopy (endoscopic AI equipment) for the detection of gastrointestinal protruding lesions, and to evaluate its performance and safety.Methods:From January to December 2017, at Endoscopy Center of West China Hospital, Sichuan University, the endoscopic images of individuals who underwent routine gastroscopy and colonoscopy were collected. The model was established based on convolutional neural network and the endoscopic AI equipment was developed. From June to December 2019, a prospective, single center, blinded and parallel controlled study was conducted to compare the differences in evaluation of protruding lesions of the same patient under gastroscopy or colonoscopy between endoscopist and the endoscopic AI equipment and to evaluated the impact of lesion size (lesions <5 mm and ≥5 mm) on the detection of endoscopic AI equipment. The main outcome measure was the detection time difference in reporting the protruding lesion between endoscopic AI equipment and endoscopist; and the secondary indicator was the accuracy of endoscopic AI equipment in detecting the protruding lesion. Wilcoxon rank sum test and chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 71 582 white light endoscopy images were used for endoscopic AI equipment training, which included 41 376 images of protruding lesions. The endoscopic AI equipment was successfully developed and obtained the registration certificate of medical devices of the People′s Republic of China (Sichuan Instrument Standard, 20202060049). The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of endoscopic AI equipment in detecting protruding lesions were 96.4%, 95.1% and 92.8%, respectively. The detection time of each protruding lesions under gastroscopy of endoscopic AI equipment was 1.524 seconds faster than that of endoscopist; but the detection time of each protruding lesions under colonoscopy was 0.070 seconds slower than that of endoscopist, and the differences were statistically significant ( Z=-5.505 and -4.394, both P<0.01). The detection time of each protruding lesions under gastroscopy or colonoscopy of endoscopic AI equipment was not inferior to that of endoscopist. The detection rate of protruding lesions under colonoscopy by endoscopic AI equipment was 89.9% (249/277) and the sensitivity was 89.9%; the detection rate of protruding lesions under colonoscopy was 87.0% (450/517) and the sensitivity was 86.9%. There were no statistically significant differences in the detection time difference, sensitivity and missed diagnostic rate between the lesions <5 mm and ≥5 mm detected by endoscopic AI equipment under gastroscopy (all P>0.05). The sensitivity of endoscopic AI equipment in detecting the lesions ≥5 mm under colonoscopy was higher than that of lesions <5 mm (96.8% vs. 84.9%), and the missed diagnostic rate was lower than that of lesions <5 mm (3.2%, 3/94 vs. 15.1%, 61/405), and the differences were statistically significant ( χ2=9.615 and 9.612, both P=0.002). No adverse events on patients and medical staffs occurred, and there were no cases of equipment electricity leakage, and abnormal work reported during the use of endoscopic AI equipment. Conclusions:The endoscopic AI equipment can report the protruding lesions simultaneously with endoscopists, and the accuracy is close to 90%, which is expected to be a practical assistant for endoscopists to avoid missed detection of protruding lesions.
6.Exploration of the relationship between sleep quality and negative life events and coping styles in adolescents based on structural equation model

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation of sleep quality with negative life events and coping styles in adolescents based on structural equation modeling, and to provide references for improving the adolescents' sleep quality. MethodsFrom December 2021 to May 2022, a total of 767 junior middle school students from three schools in Chongqing were enrolled, and assessed using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Then the structural equation model was applied to discuss the correlation of sleep quality with negative life events and coping styles in adolescents. ResultsA total of 222 adolescents (28.94%) were found to have sleep disorders. PSQI score was positively correlated with ASLEC score and negative coping dimension score of SCSQ (r=0.612, 0.590, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with positive coping dimension score of SCSQ (r=-0.435, P<0.01). The structural equation model of the relationship between negative life events, coping styles and sleep quality denoted that negative life events exhibited both direct and indirect positive effects on sleep quality (β=0.448, 0.322, P<0.05), positive coping style had direct negative effects on sleep quality (β=-0.368, P<0.05), and negative coping style had direct positive effects on sleep quality (β=0.442, P<0.05). ConclusionNegative life events and negative coping style cause adverse effects on adolescents' sleep quality, while positive coping style exerts positive effects on adolescents' sleep quality.
