1.The Antitumor Effects of Mice Peritoneal Macrophages Transferred IL-2 and IFN-Y Gene in vivo
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
The eukaryotic expression vector pREP-8-IL-2 or and pREP-8-IFN-? was injected i.p. into mice by calcium phosphate coprecipitation method and IL-2 gene or IFN-? gene was successfully transfected into peritoneal M?s whose expression products could enhance the cytotoxicity of M?s, which secrete some TNF, IL-1 and NO, activate the nonspecific immunity and inhibit the growth of tumor effectively. In particular, IL-2 gene in combination with IFN-? gene transfection were successfully transfected into peritoneal M?s whose high expression products not only significantly enhance the M?s cytotoxicity and made it secrete high level TNF, IL-1 and NO, but also activated the CTLs of spleen and initiated specific immunity and nonspecific immunity . This would produce synergic antitumor effects. The results showed that IL-2 and IFN-? gene transfection produced more antitumor effects than IL-2 or IFN-? gene transfection alone.

In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine "Re Du Qing" on silicosis, the cultured and purifiel peritoneal macrophages in five groups obtained from mice were observed dynamically with cytochemical me- thods and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the survival times of cell cultures were 2-3 weeks, 24-48, 72, 48-72 and 48-72 hr in normal, silica, "Re Du Qing", P204 and joint action group respectively in vitro. The characteristics of cell morphology with a series of cell surface ultrastructural changes in different times of culturd and the stages of various function were different in five groups. The cell surface ultrastructural changes of "Re Du Qing" group were similar to the normal group. The macrophages in the silica group phagocytosed silica dusts rapidly died and broken down much earlier than the cells in "Re Du Qing" group. The cell surface ultrastructural changes in P204 group were less than that of the cells in silica group, whereas the eell surface ultrastructural changes in joint action group were between the cells in "Re Du Qing" and P204 groups. The activities of intracellular acid phosphatase (AcP) and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) in silica group were also much lower than that of "Re Du Qing" one. This study suggested that traditional chinese medicine "Re Du Qing" is evidently more effective on therapy of experimental silicosis.

This study aimed at evaluating the quality of the precise powder decoction pieces (PPDP) of L.japonicae Flos (LJF) compared with the traditional commercial slices with chemical fingerprint methods and DNA molecular identification technology.Different specifications of PPDP were prepared, their dry extract contents were in contrast with that of commercial slices. The three batches of commercial slices were collected, and the content uniformity, fingerprint and similarity evaluation before and after the mixing and pulverization were studied by HPLC-DAD and DNA sequence alignment. As a result, the paste rate of PPDP was slightly higher than that of the traditional commercial slices. The dissolution of chlorogenic acid of PPDP was higher than that of the traditional commercial slices.RSD of inter-assay dissolutions of chlorogenic acid of commercial slices was 11.93%,which was reduced to 8.29% after mixing and preparing into PPDP.The fingerprint showed that the slimilarity of the fringerprint of the mixed and powdered LJF was elevated with 7 common peaks. All the common peaks were increased at different levels. In conclusion, compared with traditional commercial slices of LJF,PPDP apparently improved the dissolution rate and the quality uniformity, indicating that the boiled powder of CRP obviously presented vantages in clinic.

Taking the application of logistics robots in intravenous drug distribution at our hospital as an example, this paper discussed the application effect of hospital logistics robots in actual operation, and discussed how to use data analysis to carry out a comprehensive scientific evaluation of the work effect of hospital logistics robots. The results showed that the hospital logistics robots can take charge of the daily heavy workload by using of unmanned technology. And at the same time, the transportation of medical materials by such means ensures the safety of transportation. It can also realize the whole process monitoring and closed-looping of transportation information. Analysis of operational data proves that the use of hospital logistics robots conforms to the expectation of higher quality requirements in hospital logistics, thus strengthening and improving the level of modern management of hospital logistics.

Gastric cancer is one of the major diseases threatening human health, with a high incidence and a low early diagnostic rate. There are many bottlenecks encountered during its treatment. Consequently, improving the early diagnostic rate and exploring new therapeutic targets are currently urgent challenges that need to be addressed. Telomerase is undetectable in normal tissues, but it exhibits high specificity and sensitivity in most cancers and has a definite correlation with prognosis. It may serve as a serum tumor marker and prognostic indicator. Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene polymorphism can regulate the susceptibility of people to gastric cancer, and affect the occurrence, development, proliferation and apoptosis of gastric cancer through its target gene. Substances such as resistin, visfatin, G-quadruplex and methylenedioxyaniline can affect the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by regulating telomerase expression. The mechanism by which hTERT regulates tumor invasion and metastasis is currently unclear, so elucidating its mechanism is of great significance. This paper will review the research progress of this mechanism in recent years.
