2.Advance about cytokines in nervous systemic immunological diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):114-117
Cytokines involve in many diseases. It' s reported that reduction or increase of cytokines is an important factor to lead to immunological diseases in nervous system. Other studies have found that certain cytokines in the different stages of the same disease play a different role. Understanding the specific mechanisms of cytokines in autoimmune diseases of the nervous system is necessary for providing theoretical basis of new ways to treat these diseases. This article will review the progress of some main cytokines in nervous systemic immunological diseases.

4.Effect of adefovir combined with thymopeptides α1 in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B of positive HBeAg
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(22):3048-3049
Objective To explore the effects of adefovir velocimeter(ADV) combined with Thymopeptides α1 in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) against hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods 67 cases of CHB of positive HBeAg were divided into coupling group and single group. 34 cases of coupling group, after being treated for 26 weeks with thymopeptides α1 and ADV,continued to be treated 52 weeks with ADV. 33 cases of single group were treated for 52 weeks with ADV alone. Alanine aminotransferase periodically (ALT), total bilirubin, HBV DNA,HBeAg,anti-HBe were detected at regular intervals. Efficacy were evaluated after finishing the treatment. Results The liver function were both improved obviously in two groups (P > 0. 05). Frequencen of seroconversio of HBeAg/anti-HBe and negative conversion ratio of HBV DNA were much higher in coupling group than that in single group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions The effects were better with Thymopeptides α1 and ADV than that with single ADV. Coupling Thymopeptides α1 and ADV could help to resist and remove HBV.

8.Relationship Between Angiopoietin and Angiogenesis of Gastric Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To study the relationship between angiopoietin and the angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma, and to investigate the inter-regulation effect between different vascular growth factors which exist in microenvironment of gastric carcinoma. Methods Literatures about angiopoietin and angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma were collected and reviewed. Results There is a relationship between the expression of angiopoietin in microcirculation and the angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma. Yet, it is still a disputable issue on the inter-regulation effect of different vascular growth factors. Conclusion Angiopoietin may play an important role in the processes of sprouting, development and apoptosis of the microvessel of gastric carcinoma.
9.Syphilis in 100 Married Couples
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2003;0(09):-
Objective To uncover the possible factors of rapid increasing incidence of syphilis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients firstly diagnosed as syphilis and their spouses were analyzed. Results There were 65 couples (130 cases) both were infected with syphilis, accounting for 65%. Among these cases, 25 males firstly diagnosed, 15 of them were primary syphilis; and 40 females firstly diagnosed as syphilis, 32 of them were secondary syphilis. Among 65 syphilis couples, 48 spouses were quickly diagnosed as syphilis through contact tracing, but the other 17 spouses were not diagnosed as syphilis until 1~3 months later, and most of them were latent syphilis, accounting for 83.2%(54/65). Chancre, which may be noticed by the patients themselves, was not so common in this group of patients, accounted for only 28.5%(37/130), and mainly in males. Conclusions The infections rate of syphilis between spoused is high, especially latent syphilis, and chancre is low, which might be one of the factors for the rapid spreading of the disease.
10.Osteoporotic chronic pain:how to understand and prevent it?
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(38):6194-6199
BACKGROUND:For the treatment of osteoporosis, clinicians general y focus on improving bone mineral density and reducing the incidence of fractures, but often ignore the ease of osteoporotic chronic pain.
OBJECTIVE:To review the research progress in osteoporotic chronic pain from domestic and overseas literature in recent years in order to provide reference for basic and clinical research.
METHODDatabases of PubMed and Wanfang database were retrieved with key words of“osteoporosis;chronic pain;treatment of osteoporotic;vertebral compression fracture”in English and Chinese to search papers published from March 1999 to March 2014. Articles related to characteristics, pathogenesis and drug treatment of osteoporotic chronic pain as wel as surgical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Final y 49 articles were summarized according to inclusion criteria.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The pathogenesis of osteoporotic chronic pain includes congestion mechanism and mechanisms of cytokines and lactic acid accumulation, but its exact cytological and biochemical mechanisms are not very clear. Commonly used drugs in the treatment of osteoporotic chronic pain include calcitonin and bisphosphonates. Calcitonin plays an analgesic effect by inhibiting bone resorption to indirectly reduce the hydrogen ion concentration, suppress prostaglandin synthesis, improve animal pain threshold, and increase the plasma concentration of beta-endorphin. The main pharmacological action of bisphosphonate is to inhibit osteoclast formation and activity, inhibit bone absorption, improve osteoporotic bone pain, improve bone mineral density, increase bone strength, and prevent osteoporotic fracture. Benign and malignancy tumor of the spine and osteoporotic spinal compression fractures can be treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty. After treatment, the vertebral height can be restored completely or partial y, the kyphosis is corrected, the vertebral stability is increased and pain is relieved. Combination of various treatments is effective for the treatment of osteoporotic chronic pain, and meanwhile, the prevention and treatment of osteoporotic fractures has a positive role in prevention and treatment of osteoporotic chronic pain.
