The rapid detection technology in food safety plays a vital role in the field of preventive medicine. The traditional physical and chemical detection methods have some limitations, such as costly, difficult to operate and high requirements on environment, can not meet the needs of quality and safety on-site rapid screening, and are gradually replaced by emerging sensor detection technologies. The aptamer-upconversion biosensor technology is a novel rapid detection technology, which is based on the combination of functionalized upconversion nanomaterials and aptamer technology.Compared with the traditional immunofluorescence technology,it has advantages in sensitivity, specificity and stability, and is widely used in rapid detection. In this paper, the upconversion luminescence and aptamer technologies were briefly introduced, and the aptamer-based upconverting phosphor biosensing technology and its application in rapid detection of food safety were summarized.Based on the current research status, the bottleneck and the future development trend of this technology were analyzed, which provides a reference for the application of this technology in food safety and other fields.

Objective To study the effect of bisphenol A on the structure of the spleen and the expression of ER-? in F344 rats. Methods Fisher 344 rats were randomly divided into control,low-dose,moderate-dose and high-dose groups,10 in each and treated with bisphenol A through gavage at the doses of 4 mg/kg,40 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg respectively, once a day for 17 consecutive weeks. In the end of the experiment, the pathological examination of the spleen was done and the expression of ER-? was detected by western blotting. Results Compared with the control, the weight of high dose group decreased (P

Objective To study the effects of choline chloride on activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase (mATPase) of muscle fibres and muscle atrophy in tail-suspended rats. Method Twenty-four adult female Sprague-dawley rats were averagely divided into 3 groups matched for body mass:control group(CON),tail suspension group(TS) and tail suspension group associated with choline chloride(TS+Cch).Weightlessness was simulated by 14 d tail suspension of rats;gastric lavage with choline chloride was given to 1/2 of the rats during tail suspension (15 mg/kg body weight.i.g.).Activities of myosin adenosine triphosphatase (mATpase) of intrafusal and extrafusal fibres in soleus (SOL) muscle were determined by Ca 2+-ATPase method.Paraffin sections of the soleus muscle were prepared by routine histochemistry method. Result After tail suspension for 14 d it was found: 1) percentage of type Ⅱ fibre in SOL of rats treated with choline chloride decreased distinctly as compared with that in the untreated rats (P

Objective:To determine the in vitro release of two kinds of Changankang Pellets (Radix Astragall, Rhizama coptid) coated with Surelease and Eudragit respectively and verify their colon-targeted release in vivo through X-ray photography. Methods: Changankang Pellets were made by mixing the medical BaSO 4 powder and appropriate drugs together according to original produce and coat methods. After determining their in vitro release, they were tested in vivo by 2 volunteers. X-ray films were taken after appropriate time and analyzed to determine the location and status of these pellets inside healthy objects. Results: Pellets made by this way can carry drugs through stomach, intestine and targeted-release them in colon; the coating combined with pH-dependent and time-dependent Eudragit thin layer has better results. Conclusion: X-ray radiography applying BaSO 4 powder could be taken as a quality control method for colon-targeted release drugs. The preliminary results showed that Changankang Pellets met the requirements of colon-targeted release.

Objective To study the application value of microvascular density (MVD)in determination of transrectal ultrasound hemodgynamics in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and chronic prostatitis, and to provide imageological basis for their differential diagnosis. Methods A total of 6 1 patients suspected of prostate cancer underwent transrectal ultrasound scan and ultrasound guided biopsy.38 cases of prostate cancer and 23 cases of chronic prostatitis were confirmed by pathology and retrospectively analyzed. The peak systolic blood flow velocity (Vs)and blood flow classification of the suspicious lesions were compared and analyzed. The MVD was observed by Weidner method with monoclonal antibody CD34 immunohisochemistry staning. Results The Vs and the blood flow classification of the suspicious lesions in prostate cancer group were significant higher than those in chronic prostatitis group (P<0.05).The MVD in prostate cancer group and chronic prostatitis group were 46.70±13.87 and 34.38±7.28,respectively(P<0.05);the MVD in prostate cancer (C+D)stage and (A+B)stage were 56.99±12.85 and 39.97±10.21,respectively(P<0.05);the MVD in prostate cancer with high Gleason score group and low Gleason score group were 53.79±13.30 and 36.96±7.24,respectively(P<0.05).The Vs and the blood flow classification of the suspicious lesions of prostate cancer had a significantly positive correlation with the MVD (r=0.793,P<0.05;r=0.723,P<0.05).Conclusion The Vs and the blood flow classification of prostate cancer by ultrasound can well reflect the changes of the micrangium in tumor tissue. The Vs and blood supply grade of suspicious lesions in the patients with prostate cancer are significantly higher than those in the patients with chronic prostatitis. They may be useful for the identification of prostate cancer and chronic prostatitis.

A novel suspension array technology was established for the detection of three kinds of veterinary drug residues: chloramphenicol, clenbuterol and 17-β-estradiol. The three conjugates in which veterinary drugs coupled with BSA were immobilized on the solid carrier of the suspension microarray-polystyrene fluorescent microspheres/beads as detective probes. Indirect competitive technology was employed. Competitive reactions between the veterinary drugs in the aqueous phase and the veterinary drugs-BSA conjugates on the beads for coupling with their complimentary specific biotinylated monoclonal antibodies were carried out. And then, straptavidin-phycoerythrin was added for coupling and the fluorescent signals were captured. Afterwards the detective standard curves were plotted. The regular ELISA standard curves of the three veterinary drugs were also plotted. Comparison between suspension array and regular enzymE-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was in the respects of the detective technology, the detection limits, the detective ranges, the samples detection and the multi-analysis. Suspension array technology is distinct advantageous except for specificity. There was well consistent performance between the two methods. The high-throughput suspension array provides a novel method for multi-analysis of veterinary drugs with simple operation, sensitive, rapid and low costing.
